Took longer than it ever has to get an oil change. Once I finally got back in my car and turned it on, my check engine light was on. Had other things to get done so went to leave anyways, until I was pulling out and the car was vibrating and brakes were not working properly that I almost was in an accident. Turned around to go back, turns out the tech left something loose or unplugged, which "happens every time" I was told. Thank gosh I wasn't in an accident! I would have definitely taken it to court. Also, asked for my tires to be filled and that was not done, but yet they were rotated.

I have been contemplating buying my 1st truck for a few years now. I have stopped into Gervais ford from time to time and they were always courteous and helpful with all my questions. I never felt pressured and uncomfortable even when I was only looking. So when the time came to buy a truck, Gervais Ford was the 1st dealer I started the buying process with. I worked with the team at Gervais Ford and they went out of their way to get me the truck I wanted in terms of color combination, options packages, etc. Once we found the exact truck of my dreams, the Sales Manager and I agreed to a price that was competitive to the larger dealers. My post sales experience has been fantastic. The truck was delivered spotless and they did a nice job adding and installing a spray in bed liner and tonneau cover. I must say I was reluctant to switch from a BMW car to a truck. Boy, I regret waiting as long as I did to take the plunge. My F150 Lariat Super crew is a real pleasure to drive. Thank you Gervais Ford for making my 1st truck (Ford) purchase as easy and enjoyable as it has been to date!

In 2011 I purchased a new Ford Fusion Hybrid. Over the years I have nothing but rave reviews for the staff and workmanship at the Quick Lane and at Regular Service. The workmanship is great and all questions are answered in a pleasant and thorough fashion.

Our 2016 XLT Explorer was the best car buying experience we ever had. Gloria and Jeff were fantastic to work with gave us all the time we needed and made it very easy to find the vehicle of our choice. The best part was we never felt pressured and they always had time to answered all our questions in person or via e-mail and explained all features of the car perfectly. Helped us check how the car seats for our Grandkids would fit. My wife and I said this was how car buying should be. Great job Gloria and Jeff and the Gervais Ford Dealership.

Your Finance Manager was great, found us a great rate. Salesman was competent. The owners son would not move on price, I think I paid a little more than I should have, but overall a good deal was made.Great Truck, pushes snow WAY better than I had hoped.

I found a 2008 Jeep Wrangler online, I went to the dealer to test drive it and fell in love. I worked with a sales person to get the sale going on it. Between the sales person and finance manager I had next to no calls from either of them letting me know I was having trouble getting financed for it. I had my father co-sign for me, and once again I was the one who had to reach out to them to see if I was able to buy the Jeep. The sales process took about 4 days, in that timeframe a few things needed to be fixed on the Jeep. The back head rests were missing, and the tire pressure sensor was bad. Instead of fixing it during the days that I was waiting they had me bring it back to them after I just bought the car, (I live and work 45 minutes away from them). To top it off within 2 days of owning the Jeep the check engine light came on, (the car wasn't state inspected yet). The check engine light ended being an issue with the emissions, so I then had a rental car for almost 3 days while all these issues were being fixed. By then I was very upset with the entire process with the dealership that I spoke with the owner. He apologized and told me he would have the Jeep delivered to my work. I agreed, but when I left work that night the tire pressure light that was supposed to be fixed by the Jeep dealership down the road from them was on again immediately when I turned the car on. Once again, I was extremely annoyed it needed to be fixed again. I told them I would bring it to the Jeep dealer right down the road from me so that I wasn't in another rental or having to drive the 45 minutes back and forth. They agreed to pay for the repair wherever I brought it, Come to find out they had placed a bad sensor to replace the already bad sensor. Finally no lights are on, but I am still waiting on the head rests to be sent to me. The thing is though I would recommend them because they actually fixed and paid for everything this Jeep needed (especially with it being used). They understood they screwed up from day one and they tried to make it up to me and correct each issue and they actually apologized sincerely. Being in a sales position myself for work I was hoping for better customer service without them having to make up for it in the end. I've bought many cars from dealers who showed better customer service, but when something did happen they told me off, which this dealership never did. I don't expect every sale to go the way it did for me, but I recommend being patient with them, especially if you are buying a used car from them.

I've been a customer of Gervais Ford for 15 years. They've been extremely good to us. They are so very accommodating special requests such as coming out to your house to pick up the car. There have been multiple times where we needed work done on the car and any unscrupulous places could have really taken us to the cleaners. They've always been up front about our options and on several occasions talked us out of spending extra money on a repair when they felt it wasn't really needed.My most recent issue involved a mouse and our Ford Focus 2015. The mouse attacked the heating system's blower motor and fan. The entire bill would have been $550 as it was not a warranty issue. However, they used some of Ford's customer loyalty money as well as their own loyalty program and my bill was reduced to $100. I cannot recommend Gervais Ford highly enough. The service department was great. My Escape has only 3k miles on it (purchased at Gervais) and I asked them to check out everything after a flat tire that had been changed. They handled it quickly and thoroughly at no charge. Well done!

Service is not reliable. Bring vehicle and leave it all day and come to pick it up at night to be told they did not realize it was there. How can that be when you pulled the work order and had my keys. That's pretty sad. Inconvenience me because I was planning on going away. They offered me a rental until my car would be ready at 7 pm. Not enough. I've had several bad situations and it's time to no longer do business with them.

Have done business with this family business for over 22 years. The sons took over and they forget about customer service and the customer is first as the founder and over did for all the years he was in charge. The bottom dollar more important then the loyal customer. Shame on you sons that have taken over. Treat customers like people and not be greedy owners. Disgusted. Never ever will buy another car or send some to this place

We went to lease a car, the process was so easy and pleasent. The entire staff was great. Our daughter really liked the experiance, and wants us to buy her a car there when she turns 16. Just when my lease is up...lol. Smart kid. I will be proud to drive such a beautiful vehicle and keep the Gervais Ford licence plate cover. (I will put one on the front that says, "My other car is a Tardis") Great place, I highly recomend them.

I have purchased 5 cars at this dealership. I have found everyone there from the sales staff to the repair crew to the parts dept. to be nothing short of what I would expect from a company where I am spending a lot of hard earned money. I am sure that some people might have had a negative experience, but I can truthfully say that I am not one of them.

I came in to purchase a truck and they just didn't seem to care, lazy sales people, no information available. I wasted my time and my gas to drive there. I should have figured it out went the the internet response was almost non existent. I purchase a vehicle two days later....elsewhere I do not recommend

I purchased a used - but steill under warranty - Ford from another dealer, and brought it to Gervais for warranty service on two occasions. In both instances, I dealt with knowledgable folks, and the work was done promptly and well. I intend to continue to use Gervais for service and parts.
