The service people were very helpful and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my automobile. They did not say I need extra things done like other mechanic. Wesley, the technician, and Dave, the customer service representative were great.

Who knew that a 12 mile bike ride with my husband would have led me to Gervais VW. Anthony was phenomenal to deal with, as was Bobby. The two together made the experience of purchasing my car comfortable and convenient. Anthony was able to explain not only the features of my new vehicle but all the accompanying paperwork.

I had to bring my leased car in for an emissions sticker. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager came to my car door with an umbrella to escort me into the building. Awesome buying experience. Called and explained what we wanted and what we could offer down/trade. By the time I came in that afternoon Bobby and Anthony were prepared to show us what they could offer and within an hour we had made a deal.
