The service people were very helpful and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my automobile. They did not say I need extra things done like other mechanic. Wesley, the technician, and Dave, the customer service representative were great.

Who knew that a 12 mile bike ride with my husband would have led me to Gervais VW. Anthony was phenomenal to deal with, as was Bobby. The two together made the experience of purchasing my car comfortable and convenient. Anthony was able to explain not only the features of my new vehicle but all the accompanying paperwork.

This is the fifth car I have bought from a Gervais dealership and I know in the future I will not go anywhere else. First class dealerships. No pressure. I cannot say enough about Bob, Peter, and Rick Gervais and I can't forget our salesman the great Paul Giangrande. First time dealing with Bobby at VW, very nice guy who was there to listen. I had to bring my leased car in for an emissions sticker. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager came to my car door with an umbrella to escort me into the building. Excellent experience. The sales staff and ownership shows a lot of respect to customers. This was my best car buying experience. They don't take their customers or potential customers for granted.
