I had an appointment for service on my 2021 GMC truck which I made over the phone. When I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment but could be "fit in". After a Tow Hour wait my truck had not been moved and was told That because I did not have an appointment I would have to wait. After another 45 minute wait my truck was done. I then was told that they would reduce the charge because of the long wait. I then asked what charge since this was the first service on my 2021 truck. The associate then said ,Oh your right. and rewrote the bill. My solution is not to ever come into Gettel again

Had an appointment on September 4th, 2020. . ( Last Friday) at 3:30. I got there 15 minutes early. They took my car back right away that was good. I think there was at least 5 customers waiting and couple people showed up after I did....weird thing to me they left before I did. The girl working at the the front (Lynne she seemed nice but she called my name 2 times to tell me my car was ready so 1st time I followed her to parking lot and I'm like thats Not my car. So I go wait another 15 minutes she calls my name says my car is ready i go to the front where she is and she ask me is that you read pointing outside and I'm like wow this person doesn't even know what she's doing. I was getting concerned may someone else took my car. So I go and sit back down wait again and got tired waiting so I walked outside and a guy pulled my car up i tried talking to him and wanted to know what service he did and if he checked my brakes cause was little concerned about them. He yelled something from distance i had no clue what he said but he was gone he didn't have time to talk to me. Guess it was time for him to go home. So she got it right third time. I'm not sure why I was treated this way. So I ask Lyne can I talk to guy ( Eric) she said yes because I wanted to know what he did to my car. So she took me to look for him he was gone. So I told her I was concerned about my brakes so she gets in my car pushes on brake pedal and tells me probably just needs lubricant bring it back and they will check. Why wasn't it done when I was there. I'm very disappointed the way I was treated and not sure what was done to my var yet next day or so I get text message from Lynne asking me to do a review...really after the way she did her job? Did she really think I was giving her a great review. NO WAY.. BARBARA ALINSO

George is very good, listens, then makes notes, and gives you an approximate shop time wait. I was there for over an hour, with 2 checks by him in the lounge area. The service Tech gave me a video recap of his work, and I was more than satisfied with his answers. The Colorado has only needed warranty work 2 times in 2.5 years, and the level of service just keeps getting better!! If there were a 6 star rating.....I would have picked it!!! Hal L.

Gettel never disappoints! I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I drove 3 hours to have repairs done to my car and I will continue to make the drive for any future repairs. The body shop provided excellent customer service and made my car look brand new again!

The dealership was very neat and clean. Our salesman was very professional and friendly and went over all the options we had as to what to purchase. we were pleased with what they offered for our trade-in. The salesman went over all of the equipment and showed us how to run everything. we love the comfort of our new car.
