Laura was a pleasure to work with and made the transition fun and easy! They fought to get me the best price for my trade in order to get the deal done! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Had an appointment on September 4th, 2020. . ( Last Friday) at 3:30. I got there 15 minutes early. They took my car back right away that was good. I think there was at least 5 customers waiting and couple people showed up after I did....weird thing to me they left before I did. The girl working at the the front (Lynne she seemed nice but she called my name 2 times to tell me my car was ready so 1st time I followed her to parking lot and I'm like thats Not my car. So I go wait another 15 minutes she calls my name says my car is ready i go to the front where she is and she ask me is that you read pointing outside and I'm like wow this person doesn't even know what she's doing. I was getting concerned may someone else took my car. So I go and sit back down wait again and got tired waiting so I walked outside and a guy pulled my car up i tried talking to him and wanted to know what service he did and if he checked my brakes cause was little concerned about them. He yelled something from distance i had no clue what he said but he was gone he didn't have time to talk to me. Guess it was time for him to go home. So she got it right third time. I'm not sure why I was treated this way. So I ask Lyne can I talk to guy ( Eric) she said yes because I wanted to know what he did to my car. So she took me to look for him he was gone. So I told her I was concerned about my brakes so she gets in my car pushes on brake pedal and tells me probably just needs lubricant bring it back and they will check. Why wasn't it done when I was there. I'm very disappointed the way I was treated and not sure what was done to my var yet next day or so I get text message from Lynne asking me to do a review...really after the way she did her job? Did she really think I was giving her a great review. NO WAY.. BARBARA ALINSO

Kristie Wilkinson is easy to deal with. The only thing I wish is that the dealership would detail the cars if a certain dollar amount is spent in servicing the vehicle. I believe the dealership used to do this but I spent a large amount and the vehicle was at the dealer for a total of 3 days...would have been wonderful to have it detailed when I picked it up. Words cannot explain for what exceptional service I got. Talk about dedication, devotion. Brandon is one of the best, for what he does for that purpose. Not only he worked hard, most importantly he listen and pure honesty, which is very rare these days. Brandon got me in a car I thought I'd wouldn't get Into. My sister highly recommend me to come here and let me tell you, I'm glad she did. From cape coral to port Charlotte is beyond worth it!!

From the moment I walked in to after I left, it was a great experience. My salesperson, William, was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I wanted. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to get me to purchase something I didn't want. He took the time to show me the features of my vehicle and paired my phone to the vehicle. He called me a couple of days later to check in too. I had no issues with Juan in finance. He was able to get me a wonderful payment plan and also didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. I would highly recommend Gettel to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
