I use Gettel for all my repairs/scheduled maintenance. I purchased the vehicle there when it was Palm. I have never have been approached with an upsell of service or an unneeded repair. My husband had taken his car to a “recommended “ auto repair shop and was charged for a repair that needed to be fixed by someone else. I don’t find the rates too much more than an independent shop, if at all.

On 4-8-21, I had a gentlemen named Paul reached out to me about a complaint I filed back in 2018. The complaint was never settled nor responded to by the dealer. Paul called and was very professional and explained that he was reviewing the events that transpired back in 2018 and he wanted to apologize on behalf of the business. He stated that he was not part of the organization at that time but he felt that my complaint warranted a call. Needless to say I was shocked to receive the call and it really made all the difference to just here that the Dealership acknowledged the mistake and wanted to apologize. Paul did not have to go out of his way to make things right but he did. It is important to note that because of his commitment to Customer Service, I will again consider the Gettel brand when I look for another vehicle. Since the event in 2018 I have purchased 2 vehicles with other dealers as I did not want to patronize the Gettel brand, but that will change on the next purchase. Thanks for the call Paul, I wish you all the luck at Gettel!
