Hey man these guys shoot straight and they don’t hassle you at all. I definitely will purchase another car from them in the future. I also wasn’t there all day either they gave me a number and was off with the car I wanted. Best car buying experience I ever had!!!!

Giant Auto Mart is probably the best place I have ever purchased a car. The Manager is one of the nices people this is what customer service was like back in the day. The car salesmen know there vehicles. I got an Acura Tl3.2 amazing car I do not think I will ever buy another car except for an Acura. If you are looking for a car and live in the Houston area and do not want to spend a lot but want a great vehicle and great customer service go over to Giant AutoMart.

I have been with this company for at least two years now. I have gotten two vehicles from Giant Auto Mart. When I was referred to Giant I received great customer service from Erik. I was indecisive about what I wanted. Erik looked at me and said that I would love the Kia Spectra. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I ended up getting it. When I needed repairs there was no hesitation were I was going. The service was quick and I got my car back in an appropriate time frame. Mark was very helpful with anything I needed and answered questions that I had. I now have a Mitsubishi Galant which I am getting from Giant Auto. I have no problems when I make my payment the ladies are very friendly when answering the phones. When it is time to get my daughter a car I will be going to Giant Auto Mart. I think if I was not referred to Giant I would have still been looking and wouldn't have found anything I liked and would have settled.That would have not been good on my part because I don't know about cars and I would have just rushed to get anything.

I recommend this dealership they treat you like family they make sure all your concerns are taking care of I recently had a accident and they are already helping me to get in another car they don't hassle so neither do you they make it worth it they get you in a car in less than 20 mins Kevin helped me out a lot he is always just a call away for any troubles I have I really recommend this place they have all kinds of cars in all perfect conditions thank you giant auto mart !! We have been with giant auto mart for almost a year and we havent had any problems. Since day one we fell in love with our car and we didnt have the whole downpayment we came to a payment agreement and and left that day with our car and they even helped us find a good car insurance. Really good auto sales with great customer service no credit needed thats the best part low payments a month.

I wanted to take a few seconds and tell you about my experience with Giant Auto Mart. I had been looking for awhile for a Nissa Xterra without a million miles on it. Well by total accident I cam across the lot and saw one, not only did it have decent mlelage for a used car it was in mint condition on the interior and exterior. Well after I decided this was my car I was dreading the paper work, etc. But to my surprise not only did it go very smooth the were willing to work with me and the down payment, ttl, and also made my payment schedule perfect. I overall had a great experience with them and will be buying another vehicle from them at the beginning of the year.

We had been looking for awhile to find a Nissan Xterra that didn't have a million miles on it when we by accident came across this dealership. Not only did it not have a bunch of miles it was in mint condition, interior and exterior!! I knew right away this was my car! So then comes all the paper work, etc....Well I was amazed at how EASY and quick it went and on top of that they were so willing to work with us on the down payment, Ttl, and also was able to make my monthly payments affordable for me. I had the best experience with Mark and the other staff and continue to now. We will be buying my husband a new truck in the beginning of the year and you can bet it will be from Giant Auto Mart! Hands down the best dealings we have ever had with dealership!

I thank Kevin so much for helping me, I had been all over town looking for a car and everyone I went to tried to sell me any thing and i was not happy at all.So i looked online and found Giant Auto and i spoke to Kevin and he assured me that he would get me in a car that same day and he did! My experience was smooth. I called prior to coming in and spoke to a rep on the phone. He asked me about my situation and financials. He said he exactly the vehicle I needed. He gave me a checklist and told me to come in. I came with all my checklist and left with my new vehicle. I am very happy and satisfied. I got a quality SUV for me and my family.
