I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and inspection a couple of weeks ago. I received an appointment and it was confirmed for 7:45 am. I received this confirmation both verbally and was sent and e-mail confirming the date and time. When I scheduled the appointment, I made the service advisor aware that I would need to wait for my car seeing as I didn't have a ride available. He told me by having the appointment and getting their early I should be able to get in and out at a decent time. The morning of my appointment the service department was packed. My car had to be parked behind 5 or 6 cars. The person who checked my in said there was a bit of a wait when I told him I was waiting. A shuttle was not offered. He did say it should be less than 2 hours though. I checked on the car after an hour and 45 minutes and it still had not been taken back. He proceeded to tell me that he told me it would be a wait etc. I realized that but it was almost 2 hours and my car had not been taken back to be serviced. I asked about why it took so long if I had an appointment. I asked if all of the people that had been brought back and serviced were were scheduled before me. He proceeded to tell me they don't make appointments. When I told him I had an email etc. he said that is just the time to drop off the car. That is ridiculous. Don't tell customers they have an appointment if your policy is not to schedule appointments. Don't waste my time. I could have been in and out of a Quick Lube place and probably received better service all around. This is the third time something similar has happened to me here at Giant Chevrolet. I will not use the service department there again.

WE are extremely happy with Giant Chevrolet, Visalia, Ca. Staff in service department extremely helpful and more than accommodating with servicing our car. We loved the fact that everything about the car was written so we could understand exactly what was wrong with our car and the parts that will be needed. Giant ordered the parts and they came in when Giant told us they would be there. Giant Chevrolet, Visalia scores 11 out of 10 in our book. Also our car was ready when Giant Chevrolet told us it would be ready. *******

I had my truck towed to the shop for its appointment and called 3 times and talked to 3 different people letting them know that I was going to do it, when it was coming, and when it got there. But the day of the appointment “apparently” no one knew it was there acted like they haven’t seen my truck so I had to go there to find my own truck. No one seemed sorry or acted like they cared that this happened.

My Experience at Giant Chevrolet was absolutely wonderful. I made the prelim set up over the phone and I could not have been happier with the service I experienced. I drove from LA to Visalia because the sales rep I spoke o on the phone was so great. His name is Justin and he provided by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. It is worth noting I had bought a Chevy truck here in Los Angeles and compared to the service I got with Justin it was an awful experience. Justin was clear and provided me with the answers I need. I'm in sales so I understand he is out to make money as well, but with the way Justin approached me on the phone and then when I went to see him in Visalia I felt confident in the deal I was getting on the new truck. He told me exactly what I was going to get, and when I got there it was exactly what he told me, no hidden BS about anything on the truck, price, or hidden fees. He also spent extra time to make sure I was acquainted with all the knowledge n the various Chevy apps, and how to get set up with all the extra stuff. He also walked me around the dealership introducing mew to the various departments and I thought that was a class move on his part, because it made me feel welcomed and a part of the Giant Chevy experience. I would like to also say the finance guy Steve was incredible, very clear and explained everything to me with patience-as this was a big purchase and Steve made me feel very good about this buying experience. And the receptionist Jasmine was wonderful, really made me feel welcome. Overall I cant say enough about my experience with Giant Chevrolet of Visalia, I feel very confident that I will always take the extra trip up north to buy, or get additional work done on my truck because of the friendly and great staff of this dealership! I had a very good experience with everything until I got in my car to leave and my floor mat was full of dark foot prints. I told Javiar and he came out to the car and took it back and cleaned it for me. He was great!! I have a very light interior so it was bad. Even if I had a dark interior I would not have liked it. I can't believe they would wash it and tell me they had washed it and then left the mat looking so bad. I thought they never get into the cars without a paper being put down or putting those paper booties on their feet.

I was very impressed by all aspects of my dealings. Greeted by salesperson who listened to what I wanted, collected relevant information, showed and explained the vehicle. Price was fair and very competitive. No surprises during paperwork. Enough questions to make sure I understood details and options in financing, add-ons., options. Letting me decide what was wanted ad respecting my decisions. Have to admit this was soon best car buying experience I've had in my 62 years. Now I'Lloyd expect this in future.

I noticed on the bill that the tire pressure was brought up to approved levels. 55 in the front and 80 in the rear. I checked the tire pressure when I picked up my truck and noticed that the pressure was at 57 lbs which is where I want it to be. My question was: If the tire pressure was not brought up to what was said on the invoice, what else on the service that I paid for was not performed?

They were vey accomidating. There was wifi and a TV to keep me entertained during my stay. They are very nice people. As the employees would walk through the customer lounge, they would all say Good Morning and ask how I was doing. I thought that was very special, since this is my first car and the first time I've had the oil changed. It was a pleasant experience.

Bought a new Chevy Equinux enjoying it! Brought it in for the first oil change and tire rotation and servicing came from out of town to learn that I couldn't have it done! I was informed that I had to wait until I only had 20% oil life left ! No where in my Manuel or paper work or no one informed me of this! I wasted my morning and drove 30 min. For n u othing other than having to return at a later date to havey car serviced! Customer needs to be informed a little more about servicing rules!!

Zach, the saleman that I worked with could not have been more perfect. He introduced me to everyone, didn't let my very young age get in the way of anything, he treated me just as he would treat anyone else interested in purchasing a vehicle. He gave me the history of the vehicle and what Chevy's idea was behind it whereas normally I've seen saleman just try to sell me the vehicle. Zach did an amazing job and really showed me what he loves about the car which ultimately made me fall in love with the car as well. I was switching car brands, from Honda to Chevy and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Not only Zach, but everyone at the dealership has been super amazing, probably some of the best service I have ever seen when buying anything, not just a vehicle. Everytime I climb into my car I fall more in love with it and I can't stop telling everyone how happy I am to have gotten this car and that I couldn't have made a better choice when picking the dealership or the car. When its time to purchase a new vehicle, I will be going back to Giant Chevrolet Cadillac and speaking with Zach about buying a new vehicle.

got to my appt and just like they said it was about 40 mins and I was on my way; plus they offered to give me a free car wash but I knew it was going to rain the next day so yes next time ill take them up for that offer

It was a good experience and they did relay well to help us get the car. I was just expecting some type of bonus or incentive for getting the car. I feel that if i would have look at more dealership others would have help me just the same and provided some type of incentive.

I've been servicing my truck there at Giant Chevrolet for the last 7 years and I just want to say how great Eric Liden is as a service advisor. Eric greeted me by my first name which made me really impressed that he remembered my name from my last visit, and he's really the first service advisor that's really been honest. Eric tells me what my truck really needs to be done and what needs to be done in the future which I really appreciate because there's times that I forget about services that needs to be done to my truck. Where in the past I had several service advisors try to have me pay services that I recently had done or didn't need to be done. I felt I was getting ripped off. So this last visit I appreciated Eric's honesty and his great customer service. Giant Chevrolet needs to appreciate Eric's performance and really look into hiring more employees like him. So today I'm a satisfied customer and I will be returning to have more service work done in the future due to Eric Lidens customer service and honesty.

We had great service at the dealership. We called the day before and talked to Zach to make sure we could come out and try the automobile we were interested in for a reasonable price. (We had an hour drive to get there). We had tried to work with the chevrolet dealer in Fresno. They were not completely honest or helpful with us. We were looking for a specific car with certain exterior and interior colors. The Fresno delaership had guaranteed us there were plenty of them around however after going to them 3 times they were still trying to convice us to select another color as they didn't have what we were looking for on the lot. We found it at Giant Chevrolet online. Zach worked with us to get the car we wanted for the price that we could afford. The finance people offered us various services but were not pushy with the services which we appreciated. I will recommend Giant Chevrolet to anyone I know who is looking for a car. It was worth the drive from Clovis!

Great Customer Service! Everyone one there was so helpful in the car buying process. I so happy with my new Malibu. Zack was very helpful during and even after the car was bought.
