We stopped by Giguere Auto Wholesalers after my wife saw several Dodge Caravans listed for sale. Our credit was really crappy, but Jeff gave it his all....... and secured a very good loan with a local credit union. AND at a great used car loan rate! He was very straight forward with our best options, offered insight on how to re-build and strengthen our credit rating, and was very personable. As a single mother, I am always anxious when looking to purchase a new (well, used but new to me) vehicle. My guard is up and I am just assuming that I will be ripped off or treated like I know nothing about anything. Lets face it, car shopping can be a painful experience for single women. After a couple of AWFUL experiences at other dealerships, I was ready to give up but then I saw this cute wrangler for sale at Giguere. I read the dealership reviews and they were excellent, but I was skeptical thinking that my experience would be different. Boy was I wrong! From the get go, this was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Jeff and his son, Jeff Jr., were extremely helpful, friendly and SO easy to deal with. When I mentioned to Jeff that I had a few "bumps" in my credit history, he did not make me feel bad about it, and furthermore, went on to find me the best financing he could. These are honest folks, selling good quality vehicles and making the whole process painless and stress free. There is no pressure and you know where you stand as far as pricing and financing goes. Giguere was awesome! We bought a used Dodge Durango from them last summer. They stayed open late on a Sunday to accommodate our driving over from VT! There was an issue with the transfer case switch that was discovered during the test drive. They fixed the problem (for free) and even drove the car over to us a few days later! Great service! The title says it all, and this is the philosophy of Jeff and his team. This is a small family owned business, who focusses on putting the customer first and doing all they can to make you happy, and to make sure your car buying experience is as smooth as possible. I first emailed via cars.com inquiring about a Honda CRV, and within an hour I had a response from Jeff telling me that the car was still available and if I had any questions to let him know, and that he was glad to here my interest in the vehicle, I had emailed other dealerships to inquire about their vehicles and only got a 2 word response. However, later that afternoon I had a call from Jeff to followup on a time that I could come by and look at the car. The first appointment I made I couldn't make it, and he had no problems rescheduling. When I got to the dealership on Sunday I was greeted by one of his sons who was very personable and explained that his dad (Jeff) was just finishing up with a customer and that he would be right out. About 5 minutes later Jeff came out, took me straight to the CRV and popped the hood (he had nothing to hide and was very open and honest with me). After starting the vehicle his other son came out and was about to move some other cars so that we could get out, again very personable and greeted me with a smile. He's doing a really good job teaching his boys about customer service, and raising them right, and thats when he told me that he tells his boys that without customer service, there is no business. After a quick test drive I knew I wanted to buy the car, and I did. Jeff was really good at taking care of me, and he made all the paperwork as painless as possible, and his detailing crew did an amazing job cleaning the inside and outside of my car (which is their standard for all their vehicles, and they really know how to make it look great), it looks brand new. If you need to get a car, get it from Jeff, you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Jeff!

Jeff Giguere & his family run a tight ship. Welcoming, professional & too the point. They put me in a truck I love, fast & with a payment I can afford. Circumstance had forced me into car shopping. Giguere Auto Wholesalers had been recommended to me in the past by a repeat customer of theirs, in hind sight I wish I had called them years ago! After speaking to Jeff on the phone in regards to what type of vehicle I was looking for & what my budget allowed for he went to work securing financing for me threw a local credit union. I live & work over an hour away, Jeff offered to have his son who works for the family business pick me up while the paperwork for financing & credit check was processed. It did not fit our needs so after discussion, he showed us two more and left as my husband and Discussed the possibilities. We drove it and he brought us inside to discuss the options he could do for us. His wife came home and he introduced us to her. He said several times during the conversation you are the customers you run the show. He assured us we would be happy and he would do everything in his power to make that happen. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He showed us a truck that I liked . It had just come in on trade so it had not yet been checked out by his mechanic, Chris. I took it for a test drive and it had some issues. Jeff said he wanted to make sure that I was happy with the truck. I bought my car from there the other week and when I got it home we noticed the windows switches were a little on the messed up side I called and told them about it and they got the part ordered and as soon as it came in they called to tell me and they had me in there the very next day right when they opened. I am one that likes to be early and when I got there the stall door was open and my car went right in and in about 30 minutes i was driving out of there with everything done. Payments are good I went to the Irwin zone and they wanted twice as much for my monthly payments Jeff and all of them work with you and they will try there best. Not your typical used car dealership! From the minute Tracey & I stepped onto their lot we were greeted by Corey (one of the salesmen employed there) who immediately asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. He showed us a Chevy Silverado w/extended cab that we liked. While Corey was retrieving the keys we saw an Avalanche that we liked better so we had him get the keys for that one instead.When he got back, we took it for a test drive and immediately loved it. At that point, that's when we met Jeff & his wife. Tracey & I filled out some paperwork to see what kind of financing we could procure, & because we had some credit issues we were turned down at the 1st bank. Jeff immediately saw this as a challenge & said he had a few options that he wanted to investigate. He was very honest with us and kept us informed of his progress on a daily basis. We were able to get financing thru a credit union because of his perseverance. We ended up purchasing a much better truck, a few years newer & had under 60k miles. Almost a new truck! By the way, "KUDO'S" to whomever they have detailing their vehicles, because the truck looked brand new! Even the bed of the truck had minor scratches, like someone had only hauled cardboard boxes in it. Tracey & I loved the the service and attention to detail so much that we are recommending them to all of our family & friends! Tracey wanted an engagement ring, but instead of going to Jared's we went to Gigueres! P.S.- They also do mechanical work, so we will be stopping in for an oil change & service soon.

I sold cars at large and small dealerships a few years back, so I have expectations of how to be treated by a dealer. I also know a thing or two about doing business professionally. This place gets straight A's in both categories. From the moment I arrived, I was treated as though I was respected and appreciated. My sales person and owner had the truck that I was initially interested in up on a lift so I could look her over. After driving it for a mile or two, I diagnosed several major issues and Jeff responded better than I would have had I been selling it. He mentioned he had a newer truck that hadn't been run through the shop yet, so we looked at that one on the lift too. In less time than it took to drive the first one, I knew this truck was it. We worked out and agreed on how to handle two issues that we diagnosed on the spot and the deal was done. By the way, it was after 8:00 P.M. when we decided to drive the second truck. I was concerned that I was pushing the late day envelope, but, Jeff was a Pro who seemed very comfortable putting forth what I consider "going the extra mile". The following day, I was picked up after work and driven to the dealership to sign paperwork and drove my 2010 Tacoma regular cab away. I waited a month to write this review for a reason---and this truck is still standing up to anything I put her through. A big Bravo Zulu to Giguere Auto & although I know this truck will last 20 years, I'm certain I'd buy another one from them the next time. around,

I but a f150 from them they said everything was fixed on the truck and come to find out they did not fix everything and they were playing g phone tag with me to fix the window problem and I was told that Jeff was going to call me back to talk to me and take care of the ticking problem it has and fix the windowindows and I still have not her anything from Jeff and it has been two months now and there is also a vibration issue in the front end and I was told they changed the ball joints well I will find out next week bec I have to sent the truck into the shop now and pay for it myself bec these people Dont know how to take care of there customers and I would not have anyone ik go there ever to buy any car from there now .

I recently bought a dodge truck from giguere... I had been through some credit problems in the past so I assumed there wasn't really a chance for me... I started my process with Bob who was very helpful and didn't pressure me one bit... After we started the credit process he realized he wanted to get the owner Jeff involved... Jeff and his lovely wife were able to get me approved right away through a high interest bank... Now here's what separates them from the rest... Most dealerships want money and don't really care about your interest rates or the loan you receive... Jeff on the other hand spoke to me as a person and treated me like a friend.. He didn't like the different banks responses and didn't give up... He ended up finding me a a rate that was half of the original bank loan! I was shocked! Tie that together with a warrantee and I was so happy! I honestly had enough with the stereotypical used car sales men but giguere is different! I recommend atleast taking a look there and taking to Bob or jeff.. If you buy or not you will atleast see that there is such thing as good customer service in car sales... Thank you guys

I've been searching for a vehicle for some and have been struggling... I drive by guigere everyday and they seem to have a ton of vehicles on there lot... After dealing with your typical used car salesmen at different lots I stopped in with my tail between my legs... I was immediately greeted by Bob who was very nice and didn't pressure me at all... I found a few trucks that looked great and we started the process.. My credit has been low since my divorce but we gave it a shot anyway.. I needed special attention due to this and that's when Jeff and his lovely wife got involved... They taught me things about credit I had no idea about before.. They found a way to get me approved which was amazing in itself. Must dealerships would've just called it good and took there money and sent me on my way. But Jeff treated me like a friend and said I want to do better for you.. He kept trying and trying till he got me an amazing rate.. I was shocked at how persistent he was and he pulled it off! I feel great in my new truck and I can't wait to tell all my friends... I feel they gave more than what my jeep was worth which was a plus too... These people really care.. I had been searching the lakes region for several months. i had noticed that Giguere's had consistanly cleaner looking and lower priced vehicals than anyone else in the area. his answer is simple. it is him, (Jeff) his wife, and his son. He doesn't have the overhead costs others do. he lives where his business is, so honesty and quality are going to be his key selling points. He worked with me on a price that we could both agree was fair, and the whole process of buying my truck from him was probaby shorter than it took me to write this. He made any repairs needed on the truck, ( new brakes, and ball joint ) 24 hours later, i had my truck. simlple. easy. Giguere Auto Wholesalers were great to work with. As a first-time car buyer, I was skeptical of anyone trying to sell me anything, and had bad experiences with the Auto Serv up the road. Jeff and his associates were very reasonable, however, and didn't look at me as a piece of meat. They understood my price range and worked with me on getting the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Overall, I would go to Giguere again in a heartbeat, and probably will when I need another car. I went to Giguere Auto in Tilton to look at a plow truck that they had for sale, and I would like to say that I had one of the best experiences in buying a vehicle. Even though I had never met Jeff before, he made me feel very comfortable, he was not pushy at all (which is a plus in my book) he explained everything about the truck not only to me but my daughter stopped there on her way back to Amherst NH and he was also very informative to her. Jeff & his wife were very very helpful, due to my husband being blind they even delivered the vehicle to my house, they are very honest and trustworthy. If you have a 9-5 job or a 5am to whenever the jobs done job, it doesn't matter. Tony took care of me when at 8 pm i was able to get out of work and wanted to test drive a truck (on a weekday mind you) and stuck with those late hrs through the week because I was picky. Not your typical dealership. Family environment, Jeffs wife makes you feel like you are a friend offering food and drinks, conversing, they even have a well mannered dog (princess)who loves attention and helps pass the time. Jeff is very helpful, informative, and will guide you through your purchase. Its a hassle free buying experience. Most dealerships after sale interaction is very limited, not at Giguere. We came to look at a jeep wrangler and bought it, when we came back to pick it up jeff told us he had done brake pads,calipers and axle joints to make it right! While looking for a truck to haul our camper we found it through searching the internet. We went to check it out, while talking with Jeff and telling him what we would be using the truck for Jeff told us he was going to give us his honest opinion, this truck would not be enough for what we would want (it would do the job but not safely). Jeff never tried to convince us to buy anything but gave us a lot to think about, he even suggested we go home and rethink things and come back when we were ready to look again. We did return the next day, he asked us to try a couple of different one to give a clear picture of what was available. We did purchase a truck, he was never pushy, always professional and caring. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for someone who is honest and puts the customer's safety first.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a honest and straightforward used car dealer. Not pushy to sell you an auto or truck. I have purchased a 30 ft. motorhome,and just recently,a Jeep liberty. Both were a great deal! Wait...not just a great deal but an awesome deal!! I showed the Jeep Liberty to a used car dealer down the street from Giguere Auto,and he said he couldn't of sold me that same vehicle for what Giguere Auto sold it to me for!!! Jeff is the most honest car salesman i have ever met.He even let me take a test drive on a Sunday NIGHT,as my work schedule did not co-incide with "normal business hours" at other dealers. I'm in the market for a third car,and you can be sure I'll be seeing Jeff at Giguere Auto 1st! Thanks Jeff & Tara for the honesty and hospitality!

First and foremost, I hate shopping for cars. Jeff has made the whole process easy and a pleasure to do business with him. I purchased a 2002 Ford Expedition, which unfortunately had a few minor issues in the beginning, but Jeff and his staff stepped up to the plate and did everything they could to diagnose and fix the problems. (vacuum lines and a coil) He was flexible with his schedule and made sure he was accommodating in getting the vehicle in and serviced as soon as possible. Truck is running great and I have had no further issues with it. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in search of buying a vehicle.

I drove over 2 hours to arrive to a friendly face who greeted me and I found that this was the actual owner .. Jeff at Giguere Auto.. He showed me a few cars and I finally decided to buy. He made sure the vehicle was inspected and cleaned - and after looking up the loan value through kelly blue book I saw that he was giving me an unbelievable deal .. He made me feel very comfortable and I had an excellent experience.. I would highly reccommend this dealer to any of my friends and family .. He also made sure to let me know that if I had any issues to call him and let him know and he would take care of me .. Best Car Buying experience I have ever had .. Highly Reccommend!!!

Purchased a truck knowing a seal needed to be repaired. Got it home, also needed new tires ( due to rott) and the brakes needed to be replace. The rear brake drums were faulty and incorrectly intalled. The drums had been modified to fit. This repair was Not listed in CarFax history. Under the NH Unsafe Vehicle Act, which is referred to as RSA 358F,this brake issue should have been disclosed. Intead the inspection sticker was slapped on it and it was sold as is. Not cool.

I saw the truck online and with the price I thought it was a mistake. One of those to good to be true prices. I decided to drive up and check it out. I was extremely surprised when I showed up and relized that was not the case. The salesman Jeff was incredible. He answered all my questions about the truck and when he didnt know the answer he asked his mechanic. I took the truck for a ride loved it and bought it. I was driving away in my new truck within an hour. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

When I purchased my car from Giguere Auto I was amazed at friendly service I received. It is a great family run facility. Jeff and his wife Tara were the most hospitable people I have ever met. We were offered coffee, tea, or soda plus a bonus of cookies. They answered our questions without hestitation. The paper work was a snap. We stayed longer then we perhaps should have but we so enjoyed the company of these two wonderful people. We would recommend our family and friends to go there
