Gilbert Ford is the place you should get your vehicle from. I bought a Cadillac from Nathan last year and he made my buying process so easy that I took my daughter a few days ago to get her a car. My husband purchased a jeep wrangler a few weeks ago, and our experience dealing with Gilbert Ford and the staff was amazing. Nathan our sales guy kept in constant communication with my husband regarding the process since my husband was trading in a Corvette for the jeep. Nathan took care of every detail, he was very professional, and extremely helpful during the process. The rest of the staff were amazing, they made you feel at ease, will definitely visit them again when are ready to purchase another vehicle..

Nathan was awesome! We made the mistake of going to a bigger dealership first and they tried charging us all kinds of extra fees, we walked out and went straight to Gilbert and got everything done within an hour and a half. Nathan was so patient and helpful. We will be back in the future.

After a frustrating experience at another dealership I was all the more impressed by my experience at Gilbert Ford. In selling a vehicle to them I was given very fair price, but also treated like an important customer. I was greeted upon arrival by Nathan, and a process that took over an hour at another place was done in under 10 minutes here. I was even given a ride home, which was a surprise, given how far away I live. All in all, just a good experience with friendly professionals. I will definitely go here my next vehicle purchase.

after gilbert ford ok okeechobee put a battery in my car that i was charge for wasnt happy bout that.and then to notice that the cloth like case that wraps around the battery was cut down the side.why would they have to cut it if they put the same kind i had that came with my car..i think they put the wrong one it wwhen .when i call them to fine out why the man said he would fine out when the guy gets back. they never have call me back yet 3days now and call.because they know they did something wrong.i will never that my car back there.and would tell anybody not to go there Roy is his name and he was rude to me on the phone. im naot happy at all..no one from there care.

My family unexpectedly needed a new vehicle. After searching the Gilberthasit.com website, I found a 2015 Ford Escape with low miles within my price range. I could not find a better deal within 100 miles and this was in my back yard! I set up an appointment to see the vehicle for when my wife got home from work. We test drove the car, loved it and wanted to start the paperwork. I had to go to work in two hours and Gilbert was great in expediting the paperwork. We were in and out in two hours. Our salesman Ralph was extremely helpful. I went back a few times over the following few days with questions and everyone was more than accommodating. I definitely recommend Gllbert Ford and Chevy. I got a great vehicle for a great price and was treated in a very friendly manner.

Third factory defect issue with this otherwise great looking vehicle. Service department has been most patient and understanding in solving issues with this Mustang. Would not even condsider another service department. I trust them 100%

My issue started during the Ford warranty period 37,000 and continued on until the emissions system of the truck was out of warranty at 50,000 mi. I was charged $863 at that point, and two weeks later the problem returned. Then they advised that the needed repair would be $3,000 saying that they had followed Ford process troubleshooting. I decided it would be cheaper to trade the truck on a new one, and never return to Gilbert.

It was a great job and completed within a reasonable amount of time. They have an excellent waiting room with many amenities. The oil change was what we needed and friendliness was wonderful.The service clerk was polite and helpful.

I just would like to say how much I liked doing Business here !The service I received when purchasing a used vehicle was almost unbelievable ! When I pointed out a problem with the truck I was buying the sales manager said he would have it fixed at no extra charge to me ! Plus He gave Me a vehicle to drive while that one was being fixed!! Then delivered the truck to Me !!! What Service !! When I do purchase a new Thuck I will make the drive down to Gilbert Ford to do so !!! Over 180 miles by the way ! I have a Ford Escape 2013, and have had poor experiences with the local (Advantage) ford dealer in Stuart, FL. So I tried Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee because they were rated well online and had great remarks for customer service. They are 50 min out of my way, but it was worth it to me to give them a try. My vehicle needed an oil change and recall maintenance. I was not disappointed! Everyone (and I mean everyone) said good morning and greeted me while I waited. The service took a few hours, but I expected that. They kept checking in with me to let me know the progress. All the staff were friendly, warm, and happy. An item of mine was accidentally left behind in the service dept - I called and they quickly mailed it back to me. They were apologetic and courteous. I'm so happy that I've found a new home-dealer for all my vehicle needs.

I really appreciated the quick response to all of my questions. Other dealerships basically ignored me (In West Palm Beach)and didn't followup with me. Gilbert Ford has a very professional environment. It's staff from the parts department to the service department is very knowledgeable on all Ford products and services. They are very prompt with getting your vehicle serviced and Ford certified. Gilbert Ford 's management has the highest respect for all their customers from the Owner, General Mgr, and Sales. Our family has the highest respect to our local Ford Dealership and would never shop or do repairs outside of Okeechobee.

Only problem was telephone no one answered so I called Chevy and ask them if there was a problem with phone they got in touch with someone and they called me right back made an apointment for next day at 9 got tbere they took my truck in and I waited it was very quick in and out everyone was very nice and nice waiting room also

We had a low tire pressure issue which they found an object that imbedded into the tire. We chose to order 4 tires and do our oil change which we were notified by e-mail that it was due.

Your service department was great. We purchased our Ford from Langford Ford new and always took it there for service, but since they changed hands we were not happy with the new owners. We had issues with the rims on our truck, they are corroding. They said they would look into it, nothing happened, they weren't interested. You took pictures and seemed to be seeing what could be done. The rims are in the 5 year warranty. Thank you for your service. Dave Schlager

I have just recently started to use Gilbert Ford for my truck services. Everyone I have spoke with and dealt with at Gilbert Ford has been very professional and courteous. Who could ask for anything more? The other day I needed airbags installed on my truck, as I haul a trailer often. I chose three places to get quotes from (Gilbert forward being one), and Gilbert Ford came in the cheapest so I went with them. Once again they did not disappoint!Thank you Gilbert ford! PS; I thought you should know I travel 40 miles one way to get to this dealership, passing by other dealerships on the way.

Finally found what I was looking for through Cars.Com and the vehicle was at Gilbert Ford.It was/is A 2011 Ford Ranger XLT....Last of the Good ones....too bad Ford discontinued them....(Bet-they'll be back!)....any way the Whole staff at Gilbert Ford were accommodating,friendly and very helpfull.Michelle-in sales was 1 of the best-next was John in the service dept,next was Chadd in parts and finallyJohn Whidden business manager-All good people,the type that you would just want to go in and say "hello"....even though i'm appro.45 miles away it was a worthwhile experience-I feel I made a good decision.If your in the market for a Ford vehicle-Give them a shot-I think you'll be glad you did.....

I saw a 2014 Ford Mustang GT online here at Cars.com when I was about to move from South Dakota to Florida and the dealership held it for me for a couple of days until I made my 2000 mile drive south. The car was beautiful and had a good time buying this car. I recommend this dealership and Michelle was a big help, the online Sales rep, in helping me get this vehicle, holding it until I arrived in Florida, and with anything I needed help with after the buy. Plus she is easy on the eyes and fun so that is always a plus!
