We had the best car buying experience of our life!! I was given a quote by email and that is exactly what we paid when we arrived at the the dealership. No gimmicks, no games. In hindsight I wish we would have purchased all of our past vehicles from here. We would have saved a lot of money and had fewer headaches from haggling with other dealerships. Update 06/04/2021 Went back to the dealership to purchase a second vehicle. Had a wonderful experience working with Marvin, Zach, and Javier. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

I'm usually patient and I understand that during these times when the dealership is understaffed it can get busy.. but I find it hard to believe that not one person bothered to come to my attention. Why are there 4 staff members in the service center who can't even simply acknowledge a customer who walks into the room looking to be serviced (2 of them were playing on their phone by the way)? Not asking to get my car serviced right away but just hoping someone would just notice me or tell me "give us a minute and we'll be right with you" so I don't have to feel like I have to wait 20 minutes and be turned away and waste my time. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for these guys... UPDATE: Went back the next day and service was completely different. The team that serviced us was fantastic and did a great job taking care of our car and we came by the next hour to pick it up with no hassle. Also spoke with Kelly who was very thoughtful reaching out to me to discuss about my experience previously. I've updated my review to reflect my feedback towards Gillman Honda's recovery and positive service the following day.

If you’re looking for a vehicle with toddlers in tow, I highly recommend Gillman Honda. We had a great experience there yesterday. They had the best prices in the area. We called ahead for availability of the vehicles we wanted to look at. Mr. Sela had them waiting for us when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the features. He was also amazing with our two toddlers and made the entire process easy, which isn’t always the case when you are shopping with toddlers.

I always dread going to the dealership for any reason, but let me just say that Sal Ghazi, who helped us with our car choice, made our experience easily the best I ever had. What an awesome guy and an amazing person who I hope I can send my kids to one day to get their first car. They will tell you whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2014 super duty Ford truck from them which had a rolling truck bed cover and a console safe. The bed cover didn't seem to open and the safe combination was unknown. The truck also had no tailgate so the cover was kind of important. The director of used car sales promised me both of these problems would be resolved with a call to the previous owner and I would be on my way quickly. After 5 and a half hours of waiting I was told the bed cover was figured out, but they hadn't been able to contact the previous owner. After another hour of waiting, I was told that there was another manager that knew the previous owner and they would call me the next day withe the combination but the cover was resolved. Another another hours wait, they Finally gave me the keys and I just wanted to get home. The next day I figured out the cover was broken and called the director, no answer, but I left a message with my concerns and received no call back. I called the safe manufacturer and they gave me the default code which didn't work and the alternative was to drill out the lock and replace it. Another call to the director, by the way he wanted a Google review, and I basically told him get me the combo and I'll leave a decent review again no response. I'm going to have to drill out the lock and order a new one. DON'T LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR OR BETTER YET, GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!
