I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Jorge Amparan. He was able to help me purchase my 2021 Honda Civic. This was an awesome experience. Jorge was very knowledge and helped me through this process. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to work with Jorge, he was very understanding of my needs and budget, was not pushy like a typical salesman and made this experience very smooth. Great environment and people .

What a great place to do business at. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years started with a 2010 Pilot the last vehicle's have been a Honda Elite and an Accord Sport. Cannot complain each time I have needed maintenance done oil changed. The entire service department has gone above and beyond ensuring our vehicles are top of their game and ready for whatever life may throw at them. One of the many sales professionals there at Gillman is Jaime Perez. He made our Accord purchase as easy as it can be painless. Integrity means a lot for this Vet. I can say your word is what I expect when you shake my hand and make my every experience a great one. I would say to those working at Gillman who still need a reminder of what sales and professionalism is to sit down and take pointers from Jaime Perez. A Veteran himself that spoke my language. Keep up the good hard work, always taking the hard right over the easy wrong.

I recommended my friend to go to Gillman Honda and buy a vehicle because I had a great experience. She worked with Joe Cardenas which he was friendly and easy to work with. Her past experience wasn't to pleasant at another dealership so she was very pleased. I will keep recommending friends & family to go to Gillman! She is a happy Honda owner now!! Thank you

I called Gillman Honda and was delightfully connected with Mr. Cody Robinson.His skill and knowledge was noticed immediately. I told him exactly what I wanted for my niece ,who is an airman at Laughlin Air Base, about 2 hours away. He worked out a beautiful Deal for her on a lease that changed because of her credit. So we obtained alternate financing to make the deal, but the insurance was to high at initial quote, but Cody suggested that we shop for a better quote which we did. After getting the better quote my niece came in to get the car, but Navy Federal had already sent the check to the barracks. No fear though, Cody worked things out and got her into her new car that day. Taking care of our military members was his top priority, and he did an outstanding job of it. His avid professionalism and consistent communication made this a seamless transaction, even though he had to jump through a few hoops and juggle his other customers to make this military client happy. So, bypass all other salesman and wait as long as it takes to get Cody as your salesman. Great job Cody Robinson !!! Thanks Vince

Gillman detailing services, or rather, lack thereof, failed to detail the interior of my vehicle. Not only once, but twice. Both times I waited a minimum of 2 hours and both times I was utterly disappointed. Not to mention I live about an hour away. I have purchased a Honda previously from a different dealership and the experience was amazing. I naively thought all Honda dealerships would be great, but unfortunately, Gillman was not. Not thus far anyway. I am dreading having to go back for maintenance when due. P.S. normally, I don't leave bad reviews, but this has been such a frustrating experience.
