Second Challenger purchased thru sales associate Maycio Vining; can't say enough of his professionalism and eagerness to help, and all out just going out of his way for those little extras to make the sales go smoothly, even after final sale and car pick up extras like help in registering uconnect, following to home to set up garage door opener, things like that...there was this one mechanic tech, don't remember his name; maybe Maycio will tell the dealer owner his name; who like, when the first bought Challenger, was very helpful and also, in my opinion, went above and beyond and continued this professionalism on the second Challenger, the dealership should consider itself lucky to have these two.

The Service Advisor was very nice, professional, and kept me informed of what needed to be done and where the technician was in the process of working on my Jeep. I wasn't kept waiting for an inordinate amount of time as I have been in the past. I mostly appreciate being treated like a human and someone who's time and money mattered to the dealership - I haven't always been able to say this after a service visit. This visit gave me hope that things were changing in the area of customer service and that is a good thing. Thank you! The young lady that was my Service Advisor was top notch for a young new employee.

Prompt service, courteous and friendly staff. I will always come here for my service. Ginn never sales me anything that I don't need, which is a relief on my wallet and to me. As a woman, you don't want to be felt as if you are being taken advantage of and that is the reason I keep coming back. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of, but instead you are made to feel like family.

We were on our way to the airport when the check engine light came on in our 2014 Charger. This was the nearest dealership so we pulled in to the service dept. I walked in and asked one of the service dept employees if there were a lot of people in front of me. He said there were a few and asked me the problem. When I told him that I was on the way to the airport and that my check engine light came on he immediately said let's check it out. He checked the code and took care of the problem in a matter of minutes and had us on our way. I really appreciate his promptness considering that we were on our way to the airport. I would recommend them to anyone and highly appreciated his service

Ginn was our first stop in what we thought would be a two day dealer to dealer experience, We met Jimmy Bramblett when we stepped on the lot and he inquired what we were looking for. Daryl was not pushy and did a wonderful job following up after our first car. That is why we went back to him. When we bought our first car the owner came out and talked to us for about 15 minutes. The service department is not very professional at all. I had a scheduled appointment which was made 3 days ahead of time. My appointment was at 8am on 9/15/2014. I arrived at 7:55 am. One of the service techs pulled up my information and advised me that he had to see if he had the part because they may have used them all on other cars. Needless to say, they did not have the part and did not call me to advised of it. The service department did not seem to be very apologetic about wasting my time and simply said things happen. I will not be going back to this dealership again for service. My husband and I was considering purchasing a new Jeep from this dealership and I would not want to patronize a dealership with such poor customer service.

I have just purchased my fourth car from Ginn. Jeff made the sales process easy, from a quick review of my trade to a simple to follow option for payments He even did some last minute negotiation top get the payment exactly where I wanted it. The entire process for paperwork took less than an hour and I was back on the road. Even with last minute changes the process was simple. The service department is reliable and easy to do business with.

This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience i have ever had. I let Wes N. and Ryan S. know what i was looking for and they found it. 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. Super clean and in excellent shape. They went the extra mile with new tires, floor mats, replacing wear and tear items....the little things. They worked out the details prior to me showing up at the dealer which meant i didn't have to spend hours haggling over price or financing. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle you definitely need to call these guys. I'll never buy anywhere else.
