Matthew Gonzalez in the service department was phenomenal. He definitely kept me informed periodically of what had been done to my vehicle. I also met Herschel which works there also. Herschel's a really super cool guy. Super friendly environment. Will definitely be coming back again and even recommend it to all my friends.

Lets start with Jerry Hicks (salesman) and Gladstone Dodge. Went to Gladstone Dodge today to get some clarification on purchasing a Ram truck. Some on the truck specs. are sometimes very confusing....such as towing capacity, and packages (Big Horn packages). We were not going to purchase today because we COULD NOT find the truck we needed (with 3.92 rear axle for towing and the panoramic sunroof (demanded by my wife). Jerry showed us trucks on the lot....but none had the needed packages. Then he showed us a Laramie that was beautiful. But no 3.92 axle. Then, after a lot of looking and discussion about price, he found one from another dealer to work with...IT was perfect! After that, we met on a price that worked for everyone. Jerry was very helpful. If he did not know the answer, he immediately went to get the info. Gladstone management should know that Jerry worked with us until he sold us a very nice truck with what we needed, not just what was on the lot and easy. Nice Job Jerry. I would recommend that if you are serious about finding the vehicle you really want and it is a Dodge, Ram or Jeep, you should talk with him. Now, Sean and Ron. Sean went through items that were necessary but not on the truck---Side Steps, etc. and the undercoat and sealant program (which I was thinking all the time he was talking "not going to do that." But after he finished, it was affordable and much less than I was thinking. Ron is a very personable guy and extremely nice. He helped with all the financing gave several options. Both Sean and Ron were very nice and helpful. On a last note. In my opinion, it is not enough to get a good product at a fair price. It is necessary that you feel you can trust people that you do major business with. And a new truck purchase for us is major family business. Nice job, good experience, Gladstone Dodge. UPDATE: Two years has passed and I love my new Ram truck. No problems and excellent service when needed. On March 25, 2021, I took my 2019 truck in for a recall service. While there, they asked me if I was interested in trading it in (said that they needed late model trucks). I went back the next day to see what they had in mind. They offered me a very interesting deal on a 2021 Ram truck. Jerry Hicks again worked with me to find a new truck with exactly what I wanted. Nice Job Jerry.
