We had an wonderful experience today with the entire Hyundai Glassman team. Everyone was friendly and not-pushy. We leased a 2021 Hyundai Venue Denim from Crystal. They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. Crystal worked with their manager Shawn and were able to find us the perfect deal - they got us taken care of quickly (Even being the last customers of the evening). We definitely recommend this dealership - it was a pain free experience.

Dealer called me to make an appointment to test drive a Tucson Hybrid. Was explicitly told they “definitely had a few of those on the lot and I should make an appointment to test drive and ask questions.” I made the appointment for 1-2 hours after they called, and when I arrived I was told the Hybrid’s should be sometime in the next few weeks. 20 minute drive for nothing 👍🏽 at least I know to go somewhere else in the future. The salesman was polite enough though.

I didn’t expect to get a good deal on a new vehicle in this market. Charley wanted to sell me a 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy as much as I wanted to buy it. I have been dealing with an intermittent issue with my new 2016 Subaru forester, and as of today I have been to the dealership 4 times, spoken to the service executive (Mike) and been in contact with Subaru of America's customer service, to no avail, my issue still persists and I have gotten nothing in the form of customer service from Subaru. I was promised a call back from Mike, but after calling in and leaving messages for 3 weeks with not so much as a call back, I decided to stop in at the dealership because it was time for a scheduled oil change. I found Mike at the service counter, and he finally acknowledged my presence after 3 weeks of ignoring my calls, only to inform me that i would have to deal with Subaru of America's customer service from this point on. A call or something would have been nice, people don't like to be ignored. So now I'm stuck dealing with customer service on the phone, and their advice to me is to bring the car into the service center when the radio issue happens again... last time it happened Mike told me to not bother with bringing the vehicle in and that he would just recommend a radio replacement for my vehicle. Listen, I've been getting the run-a-round with this issue, and considering that this is the first New Vehicle I've ever purchased, I should have gone with the Honda CRV as opposed to the Subaru Forester...I spent 14 months deployed with the US Army, only to come home and buy a brand new car that doesn't perform like a new car and to the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I expected more from Subaru considering their reputation, but I guess all the advertisements and testimonials were all just fluff, Subaru doesn't care about it's customers, and Glassman Subaru has a poor service executive running the show there. I realize I'm not making any friends with this review, but you're not retaining any customers with your service either. I expect more from my first brand new car, but my faith and confidence in Subaru is fading fast.

Service Department is the best. Marcy, Brad always takes the time to explain my service and repairs and anything operational that I can't figure out. They also go that extra step to make my visit fabulous. Appointment start and completion times are kept which is very important to me. Customer Lounges are very comfortable for waits, plus the bagels/donuts and beverages are a very nice touch in the AM.

Ardin helped me find, test drive and buy my new Subaru Outback. He was helpful, humorous, positive and professional. After coming from another Subaru dealer, where no one even looked at us when we went looking, having an attentive sales person, who answered all our questions, was a great experience. He asked me about what I was looking for, answered questions about the options available, and showed us the brand new Lapis blue Subaru they had in back - plastic still on. I probably made it easy for him, because that was pretty much exactly what I wanted. :) But he worked with us a bit on pricing/financing as well, and I feel like we got a decent deal. Everyone that we came in contact with at Glassman was friendly, from the sales person who greeted us at the door, to Ardin, to the financing person. So thank you! It was a great overall buying experience.

When I finally got to talk to a rep. he said the car had sold 3 days ago.... Why not take away the listing then?? Not overly happy with them, but the business is big and they can be picky.

I had a rattle in the area of the dashboard. I took everything out of the glove box, including taking out the glove box. I took everything out of the center console storage compartment. I still could not find the rattle. I forgot about that little compartment above the rear view mirror. I had stored my extra garage door opener in there. It only took the tech about 2 minutes with a very short test drive to pinpoint the source of the rattle. It was the extra garage door opener rattling around in that overhead compartment. Did I feel stupid? You bet I did!.

I was originally contacted by Bill, but the day I went to visit. Arden was assigned to the deal. At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the sudden change in dealers and different VIN, but eventually it was a lot easier to work with Arden and in person. He was very professional. He upholds the highest standards of customer satisfaction. I was not too keen on purchasing a red exterior and beige interior, but I fell in love with the model of the vehicle and it runs very smoothly. I have been a customer for 11 years and two cars now. I leased a car once during that time through another dealer and was never as satisfied so my next lease was through Glassman. Service associates are always friendly, efficient and helpful and remember me and my needs every time I come in. When I take my car for regular maintenance I never have to wait longer than 30 minutes for everything to be done and paid for. There are two clean and comfortable lounges so I can watch tv, read, or work on my iPad.

I went to two other Subaru dealerships before going to Glassman. The other places just wanted to push me off to the parts department. The young lady 1. Listened to what I needed. 2. Shared with me what needed to be done, how long it would take and gave me an idea of what it would cost (and she was spot on). 3. When the parts arrived - she called and got me right in and it was all fixed in about 20 mins. I watched everyone there - they were busy (I can see why with this level of service) but they always gave their undivided attention when someone was talking with them. I am on my second Subaru and plan to buy more. My next one is going to come from this dealership. Great customer service after the car is sold is what sells me on this place. Very bad experience. I purchased a used Subaru here. I was told an "out the door" price that the salesman had no memory of. I was given one key for the car . Really ONE key. After calling the salesman he first said " Its a used car" then said he would talk to his manager . I waited 2 days and then called and talked to his manager who said it was the first he heard of it . He said the key would be ordered. I then called 3 days later and talked to the owner. He agreed I should have 2 keys. I then asked the owner about the Documentary fee and Delivery & Handling Fee 299. He said it is standard ... it is not. I then asked for the papers stating the car is Certified and he said he would get them. 2 weeks after buying the car I was called to let me know the key had arrived. I drove there, had it programmed and received my 2nd key. 2 hours out of my life used because of their unprofessional staff. I was also given my Certification papers that was forgotten. I was hung up by the manager at one point . No one ever apologized. I would NEVER recommend this Dealership. After having the car for a few weeks I discovered damage on the bumper that was poorly repaired. I have had couple estimates to have it repaired properly 450 to 850. Mr. Glassman has a collision shop . Looks like they do poor car body repairs if it was done there and if not it would have considerate to repair the bumper properly. This was a memorably bad experience. I share often to NOT go there.

I had a great experience buying a new car for the first time at Glassman Subaru with Michael Beach. He was professional and very helpful in helping us decide what the right car for us. The entire process went smoothly. I also got a remote engine starter installed the next day, and the service team was fantastic as well. They were friendly and efficient, and I couldn't have asked for more.

This was my first experience with taking my vehicle in for an issue, in my case it was a recall on my Soul and a key issue. The staff, especially Stephanie and Sarah were great. Sarah explained the process, told me how long to expect the repair would take and explained what would be done. Repair was done on time and when I came back, Stephanie took the time to take me to the office, explained what was done and for my key, explained what needed to be ordered and what to expect. Nobody has ever done that before. In addition, I wanted to mention that even though Sarah helped me, it was Stephanie that must have paid attention to who I was as she was the one that greeted me before I got to the station to pick up my vehicle, these people were friendly, appeared to be happy to be there and looked like the enjoyed what they do and that transmitted back to the customer.

I would like to say that this is an awesome team. From the moment i pulled in to have my car serviced everyone was eager to accomadate me.They were nice and really made me feel comfortabe. What made me really convinced is that they were eager to assist me. Just recently I injured myself on the job and not only did they show concern for me but I was assisted when going to the lobby. Several of the crew asked what happened to me and when I asked if they could vacuum the inside of my car they did it for me. I just those things of going beyond their duties set them above the rest and I will without a doubt continue to have my vehicle serviced at the telegraph location. Thank you so much!

I have driven a Saab for 14 years and have always had great service. In the past, Kim took care of me, but now with the consolidaton of the service area, Stephanie has proved to be just as capable and friendly. When I made the appointment for the 60,000 mile checkup and asked how long it would be there (I assumed I would have to sit and wait for it) Mike offered me a loaner. I was delighted, as it enabled me to run all my errands on my one day off. I hope to keep my Saab running for another 60 000 miles! Thanks.

This past winter was rough on my car...we took it in to Glassman for our scheduled maintenance and to have it detailed (more on the detail part later). We were promptly greeted by Stephanie our service agent who always has a smile and is just excellent to say the least. The service work on the car was outstanding (thanks Tony). Now about the detailing why not go to a car wash you ask. Because who else knows how to show room a car but the people at Glassman. When we brought the car in it had some type of red marking on the rear along with road patch and 4 months of what this winter dished out.when they finished it was all gone inside and out. They even brought it inside so it would not get dusty from the construction that was going on outside. When we picked it up it was like it was brand new. Why go anywhere else.

My car stopped running and was towed to the service department where Stephanie helped me out. She was great and super honest (when I have been to other Kia service places, I feel like I am getting the run-around, and often am!). They were able to finally diagnose the problem with my 2007 Rio where all the other service places in the past had failed, as well as tell me other things that were wrong with my car that needed to be fixed. They fixed my car super quick and helped me get a rental for the two days my car was in the shop! Overall, I am very pleased with Glassman's service department and will definitely be back!

We brought our 2014 Subaru Forester in for the first maintenance at 7500 miles. Sarah took care of us - she is a great person, who by far exceeded all of our expectations. And I know the car needed help right away! Jason was very friendly and helpful on the phone, and my appointment was made for 10:30am. I went over the Laundry List of problems with Jason and he showed me to the Customer Waiting room. I was prepared for a long stay, but as it turned out, the car was finished before 12:30. Very fast. Kyle, the technician who worked on the car, was very professional and showed me a serious issue that needs attention. I will be back with the Subaru soon! I feel that I'm in good hands at the Glassman dealership, whether it's for work on the Subaru or my 2003 Saab. Thank you!

I want to start out by saying Glassman has a wonderful service department, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with anyone that has taken care of my service needs, but there is one person who stands out above the rest, Stephanie!!!!!!! She is the best of the bunch, no matter who's waiting on me she has always made sure I was taken care of even if I wasn't her customer on any particular visit, she goes that extra mile to make you feel as though you are an important customer, and not just with me, I've watched her act this same way with other customers, so it's truly a wonderful display of character on her behalf. I want to compliment the Service Department for the cooperation for getting my seat upholstery issues resolved, especially Service Adviser Stephanie Cilli. She was the key person in getting this issue taken care of after putting me in touch with DPSM Scott Muirhread . Scott was a complete pleasure to deal with and knew about this problem and immediately let me know that this would be taken care of. It took a while to get the correct seat covers for my Sonata, however Stephanie kept me updated to the progress of the seat covers. As oppose to putting my repair work off until the next business day may car was looked at by several mechanics and fixed within an hour. I have no issues with the repairs and I am extremely pleased with the hospitality. Not that any of our vehicles have ever needed a lot of service but when the regular maintenance or recently my husbands non-Kia but GM truck needed service this group was right on top of EVERYTHING! You always get greeted with a smile maybe even a little song and dance if the crew is really happy LOL. Like I said It's like Cheers and that's why I've been coming here for 37 years. Only regret wished I still had that '77 Cutlass Supreme but have loved all my GM's and Kia's since!

Overall I am very pleased with Glassman. I was a dedicated customer at summit place KIA in Waterford. The needle that broke camel back with me was I had never had to make an appointment before for a oil change and service insisted that he was really busy and as a customer I looked in his garage doors and there wasn't a car in the bays. I had bad experience with them before in the parts department on which I was calling for pricing information. I am willing to drive the extra mile for Glassman because they time to listen to their customers and you receive a friendly smile all the down to the person delivering your car out of service. The service techs. Ones in waiting room and get you instead paging. Out standing service.

I brought my new Subaru Outback to your service dealership twice, once at 2500 miles and the second time at just shy of 9000 for routine service this last Friday. The manual says service should be done every 7500 miles and, indeed the first time I came I was instructed to come back at 10,000 miles. I came back early for convenience. When I left this time the sticker said I should come back at 15,000 miles, 1500 miles sooner than the manual would have instructed. I called to clarify this and I was told that the dealership recommends every "6,000-6200 miles". It sounded like the guy on the phone was making up a story. If it were true why was the first rescheduled maintenance after 7500 miles? It sounded like he was trying to cover up for a small error by saying" we recommend 6000-6200 miles". So here is the issue. If I can't trust your dealership on such a small point, how could I trust the dealership on the safety of my car when my life is on the line. H. Paul Lasky

My check engine light came on, I called the dealer and was told to bring it right in. Within a hour or so they located the problem. They ordered the part, repairs were completed by the end of business the next day! The only thing I was unhappy about was the cost which they had no control of. I am very satisfied with the fast and efficient service.

I have had this SAAB WAGON in for repairs a couple of times. I'm very pleased with Stepanie and the service team that worked with her on my car. This car has over 180.000 miles on it and it still runs strong. They always had my car ready in the time frame that was needed. Never had a issue with repairs or parts. I spoke with the Manager and I may have been a little harsh in my review. I was not pleased with how Lafontaine Hyundai handled the problem with the trailing arm issue and I was mistrusting Glassman which was not right. Glassman did what they was told to do which was better than Lafontaine.

I just had a 30,000 mile service done at Glassman Hyundai. I have done every single service since I bought my car at Glassman Hyundai, and I have always been happy with them. You pull up, there are always plenty of service people to check you in right away. They help you find coupons for services if there is one out there for you, and they get you the best prices, and quickest service. This time, they even found another major issue I was unaware of that was covered under warranty and took care of it. I highly recommend their services!

I got off an airplane and found myself stranded with a broken car. Had it towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. In the morning, Stephanie called me first thing and arranged for a shuttle to pick me up from my hotel (outside of their usual pick-up route). They said my cost would be $118 for a diagnostic charge, but in the end, they didn't have to do much at all and so they surprised me and told me I'd only be charged $60. I got to talk to Nate the mechanic about the car and he even took me for a test drive in it. I was very impressed with the quality of service I got there--they went above and beyond, especially considering I'm from out of town and not likely to be in that neck of the woods again. The only downside was I was seriously interested in purchasing a used car, but the guy who showed me the cars didn't think I was serious and half-heartedly showed me two cars--one that was way worse than my current ride, and one that didn't meet my basic requirements. I would have traded in my car that day, but now I'll look for a used Subaru closer to home. Can't say enough about Stephanie and Nathan though! Thanks, Glassman!

I was charged a $118.00 twice for a repair job. I brought the vehicle in for inspection and was charged $118.00. I schedule an appointment on Thursday February 21, 2014, and was charged an additional $118.00. after being told that would go towards repairs. I honestly feel you do the customer a dis-service when you don't stand by your word. Very disappoint with this time of service.

2014 Legacy too new for an oil change. They just checked it out for me. Out the door in 20 minutes. I love my new car.

The best service that you will ever have. Stephanie, Mike and Tony are the best. They let you know what is going on with your car when you take it in for service. I am confident that the work is done correctly and Stephine puts me at ease with any questions that I may have. Clean, Quick, Quality Workmanship which is why a brought a second car from them. I can say that the Glassman Hyundai staff is like a second family for me.

BEWARE!!!!! SHADY, DISHONEST, DISLOYAL BUSINESS!!!! My husband put down a 1000$ deposit on a Ford Explorer Friday 1-10-14 and received a txt message on Monday 1-13-14 from Mike saying he sold the car. Wait a second first of all you send a txt when you took our money on Friday only to sell the car on Monday and your busines is closed on Sunday, you never called prior to the transaction to inform us of what was going on but you took our money with no problem. Mike knew we were coming from NY to pick the car up in Detroit and we were told that this was a deposit to hold the car, until we could pay the remaining balance. We had no other vehicle in mind and was banking on this one. We have been corrosponding with this man for over a week via txt/phone daily. When the txt was sent earlier in the day we had to almost hunt him down to get him on the phone to explain what happened. This is a dishonest company, their business is disloyal and they are in the business of taking advantage of hard working people. We trusted then to do what they said they were going to do and we were mislead and mishandled. This is why Small businesses will never be successful because you have to deal with liar like this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

In this age of information it is easy to go into a dealership armed with knowledge and high expectations. After visiting several dealerships and a having a few horrible experiences I was getting more and more prepared for battle instead of business. Alex greeted me as I arrived at the dealership and listened to what I wanted. He gave me all the information I asked for and prepared a deal after reviewing my trade in. Their offer was almost exactly what I planned to "haggle" to get (actually a few dollars in my favor). It was refreshing to get a fair deal and not have to fight for it. They made the process easy and I drove off in my used car a happy customer.

This has truly been the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle... I purchased a used 2008 Dodge Caravan before I could even get home the back tire was smoking and a noise was coming from under the car somewhere.The Sales Manager and even the General Manager did nothing to help me. When I got there no one was even willing to believe they sold me this piece of junk vehicle as if I was lying about the problems.THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE AND I HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO PAY THE COST

I've been shopping for a new or used car and Hyundai is one of my options so far. Marty at Glassman has been really helpful and easy to work with. He'll give me a call if he gets a new low-mileage used car that I might be interested in but does not bug me too often. Very thourough in explaining the necessary information I should be aware of.
