Throughout my career on the road I have driven as much as 50,000 plus miles per year. My relationship with my dealer and their services have be important to keep me on the job. There have been many dealerships over the last 50 years and there is only one Glenn Sain. Every one in the dealership welcomes you and you are more than a customer, you are community. With that said, they know how to treat customers like neighbors. Every one from the welcome desk, sales, finance and all in parts and service, they are the worlds best. (Except maybe Danny's stories, but they are funny.)

I am so disappointed in the ethical practices of this dealership. We live in Nevada and purchased a GMC Yukon remotely from this dealership. We were sent pictures of the exterior and interior of the vehicle and we were assured that both the tires and brakes were good and adequate to drive on. In Nevada, vehicles can't be sold with less than 50% brakes or tires, so I expected when they said they were good and adequate to drive on that they were at least 50%. When we took possession of the vehicle, we took it to a local dealership to have the car inspected as well as a Discount Tire because one of the tires had a slow leak. We were told by the dealership that the brakes and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced, and Discount Tire said the tires were bad and all needed to be replaced as well. We purchased this vehicle in good faith that the equipment was sound and are so upset at this result. We called the dealership to see if they would do anything (help reimburse some of the repair or replacement cost) and we were told no and that it wasn't their responsibility. Terrible way to do business!

My truck 2020 GMC has been in the shop for over a week they still don’t know what is wrong with it and have given me run around answers all week till today finally got some straight answers but they still have no idea what’s wrong.

While the sales experience is great, as well as the service they provide, I don’t necessarily understand why they only offer car washes to new customers. I’ve taken my car here for an oil change 5-6 times and each time I asked for a wash and vac the service department says that their wash bay is only used for the sales department. Seems backwards to me.
