We lost our fairly new car in the recent Hurricane at a time in our life where we have many major expenses coming our way, and replacing a car we planned to use for many years to come was not something we were prepared to use our savings on. Natale at Glen Toyota was empathetic and honest with us. It was reassuring to feel like we were in the hands of someone who cared and did the best for us he could, especially in the current circumstances of car shortages and high consumer demand. While we realized we couldn't be picky during this time, we left Glen Toyota with excitement over our new car and a great deal of appreciation for Natale and how he treated us during a vulnerable and distressful time for us. It was the first time my husband and I were able to smile since we endured the damages from the hurricane. Both Natale and the business manager were kind and patient; they took the time to explain everything we had questions about. They are both the kind of people you feel you could be friends with. We are so happy we ended up at Glen Toyota, and can move forward from the effects of the hurricane.

I spoke to a saleswoman several times looking to lease a corolla LE on 8/19and 8/20 for my daughter. The saleswoman said we have cars and an appointment was made which we promptly attended. A different salesman greets us and calls for saleswoman to meet us. Saleswoman never appears and attending salesman informs us we don't have any cars until sometime in September. Why am I even here??? Don't lie to me!!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

I just came back from a great experience at Glen Toyota. and I want to take the time to recommend Javier Flores as your go -to salesperson, Buying a new car in this time of stress, I was unsure about the experience. Javier was very kind, patient and professional. Javier is truly the opposite of the bad stereotype of a bad car sales person; he is sincere, decent and communicative. Throughout the entire experience, he was available to me and walked me through buying my new car step by step. I am a Toyota person and was not happy with Prestige.I discovered the Glen Toyota service center and began to take my car there regularly due to Jason and his amazing crew and now continue to be very happy with Glen! Need to updated my car and this was one of the places that had the model i wanted in stock. Unfortunately the trim sold before we got there so we went one above. The sales rep helped us with great compromise on both sides. Walked out with the car. Finance needs to be better appraised and upfront about the Service Warranties and what may void them. Luckily I knew that most of these Warranties DO NOT cover For Hire Vehicles.

Very poor service repair. My car was in service for 4 times with leaking water inside the car. They changed gasket in the window twice - the rubber is not even you can see and feel bumps/ water still leaking/. 4th time I left car for 3 weeks - nobody even call me what's going on. When I called so many times they transferred me to so many people to talk - I asked to talko to manager and it was so many of them everyone was manager - but my car problem is still not solved. When I went so many times there to speak with Scott/ he knows this problem since the beginning/ he was always saying that they housing the water for 3 weeks last time and can't find deffect. I'm really disapointed with Toyota service. I don't know what to do maybe somebody give me any advice.

Every lease I have gotten from Glen Toyota has been a wonderful experience! A car buying experience can be a person's worst nightmare, but buying from Glen Toyota couldn't be better. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were treated with great customer service. The salesmen weren't pushy or annoying as many sales cars men can be, but rather patient and friendly while giving us ideas that were within our price range to look at. The financing department was wonderful to work with as well, and between coming in, buying, and signing we were in and out within a few hours. Glen Toyota will always have our business!

We have leased 3 vehicles from Glen Toyota now and we have always had a wonderful experience. We have worked with Tom Distefino all three times and he as very helpful, attentive, and great to work with. The folks here in general have always treated us well and have helped us get the cars/SUV's we wanted. We have actually moved south and still drive up to get our cars every two years. This is a top notch dealership, where I know I can find the car I want and not feel pressured into anything.

From start to finish everything was excellent. I went in thinking I could only afford a used car and came out with a brand new 2016 Corolla LE. After such GREAT service & information given to us by Salesman, Ariosto (Junior) Rodriguez & the General Manager, Rich Locurto, we drove off the Toyota Lot in a 2016 Toyota. We've purchased quite a few cars in the past. We're 2 seniors, 81 & 80 years old, & never had we had such good treatment from the dealerships we dealt with! Usually it's "Senior Beware" but certainly NOT at Glen Toyota!!!

My 4th visit for routine oil change. People we bought car from recommended we use their service. I was very happy to see that the service/care is genuine, staff is very nice and all questions are answered without any hesitation or attitude.Today's oil change service was coordinated by Nicole Willis who was totally professional and represented Glen and Toyota very well. Nicole has a sense of humor and uses that to help her clients feel comfortable. We definitely did!I don't believe I am saying this but my wife and I look forward to having our car serviced at Glen. This is our 5th Toyota with all others from dealers further east and the best overall experience by far.Coffee machine is great. Newspapers are welcome. donuts -- I love. Greeter-guy who meets you at the service department did a fine job. That first impression is important.Lastly, Brian of the Service Dept helped my wife and I with setting up the digital speedometer (which had stopped working) and the GPS system. the a/c vents and a/c controls were explained by Brian in a slow, instructive way. he wanted to know if wee had any other questions before he got out of the car.We were very appreciative for the great service from Nicole and Brian. I do a lot of my own research, it is important as a young single female to be well informed. Going in, I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I went in, test drove the car, agreed on a price, signed papers with finance and was taught how to use the technology on the car all within about 2 and a half hours. The whole process was smooth, streamlined and painless. Every part of the process was pleasant, sales person knew the answers to all of my questions, was very polite, and test drove on both highway and side streets to see handling of car. He also did not pressure me in any way. The finance person was knowledgeable and the paper work was minimal and very fast. The product service representative was very tech savvy, and also again very knowledgeable about the car (as he should be). I was offered coffee/water repeatedly throughout my time there. It is reassuring to know that there are still places that treat you the way you want to be treated, especially in the car business. Well done, Glen Toyota.

Bought a Certified Pre-owned (cash) in the evening and I believe but can't prove that it was a bait and switch operation whereby they showed me a car with no body damage and clean Car Fax. I took the car home and in the morning light it was clearly evident that this car was side swiped and there was a crimp in the front passenger side bumper. I drive it to Morristown and back and when I returned home I saw the front bumper on the passenger side was falling off!!! I took the car back immediately and wanted them to take the my trade in car back and the General Manager said "this isn't Macy's you can't return a car." He promised he would make all repairs necessary. Here I am still waiting for the car. Now I fear that there may be something else I don't know about wrong with the car. What grief -- never again will I trust anything those people say. I would NEVER have bought it if I had seen the crimp or the swiped side. Trapped!! unless I want to go to a lawyer.

I walked in for my scheduled appointment on 8/24/15 . Was not greeted not did anyone tell me to just let me know they would be with me. A gentleman walked in past me and they helped him immediatedly . Obviously, he knew someone . rude staff ! Horrible customer service .

I emailed several requests for quotes to various Bergen County Toyota dealerships, but Jeny Vargas's quick, detailed, and very competitive quote and swift answers to follow-up questions came ahead of every other dealership's. Her responses and help were the prime reason I visited this dealership to test-drive the new 2015 Corolla I had my eye on. Marvin Escobar, my sales professional, welcomed me to the dealership, took me on a test drive, and was excellent to deal with when we put together some numbers. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a no-pressure, helpful sales pro as Marvin to work withit was a very easy experience and I was happy to sign the quote. I apologize profusely for not getting his last name, but Mike (Mike Kasyjanski or Finn?) then sat with me in the car and comprehensively demonstrated all its features, which I really needed as my old car pre-dates most of the gear in my new one by 16 years! He answered all my questions and got me literally rolling with the new car, so I felt a lot more confident driving it after Mike and I spoke. Again, my profound apologies for no last name, but Mike in finance then got me through all of the paperwork with zero delay and answered all my questions about the details. I had dreaded the car-buying experience, but overall, Jeny, Marvin, and the Mikes made this purchase smooth, professional, and memorable. Many thanks!

he worst service ever I received. I am from Pennsylvania bought toyota sienna 2012 was promised that floor mat will be shipped along with registration. My temporary tag expired last week, and still did not received.I thought of going on there personally (2 hours one way) and what i get is generic 4 piece floor mat. That was insane!! what the am i suppose to do with that !!! I felt like being cheated.When I asked for my registration they said i have to pay additional 128$, i also told them used to my existing plated they still got new tag and registration for which and charge me 128$ on top of what i already paid. I had no other choice to go for i.The whole thing cost me salary for my entire day, kept me waiting for hour and thirty minutes!!!. and 4 hours drive back and forth driving time.Beware guys!!! don't trust their words !!!

My 2007 Prius got totaled in an accident. Started off on True Car and Glen Toyota were the least expensive dealership. The car I originally wanted was already sold when we finally got there. We worked with Moses in sales. He was good at answering all my questions because I didn't know what I wanted. He worked with me on my budget and what car would fit within it. He let me test drive different cars. Glen toyota was patient while I waited for my insurance check. I am happy with my decision to own a 2014 Camry!

We just purchased a used car from another dealer and needed a duplicate key. Due to close proximity to Glenn we contacted them by phone with our need and they suggested they could oblige us and made an appointment for 8am the following morning. We asked for the same key, one with laser key and keychain attachment as the one we have. After one hour, we received a programmed key without the laser key and keychain attachment. Apparently, Glenn Toyota needed to order the laser key and keychain attachment from California? We declined the key as it was not the key requested and we were not advised of their inability to furnish our request. Fortunately,there is another Toyota Dealership in the immediate area able to provide excellent customer service by listening to the requests, offering options to the client and being able to fulfill all the customer requirements without needing to send to California to complete a clients service request. All within an hour.

I had anxiety about what was to be the third Toyota dealer I was going to visit. So instead I called. Jessica picked up, we talked for a little bit about what I was looking for and my trade in. So we set a time for me to come visit Glen Toyota. When I arrived Jessica came to meet me. Soon after meeting Jessica introduced me to Moses, Thanks Jessica you're terrific........ So I quickly get comfortable with Mo, the man knows his Toyota's. I was looking into a Prius C, then I saw a Corolla S on the floor. I asked Mo about the Corolla's, so Mo changed gears and we went to go look at the Corolla's out on the lot. We looked at L, LE & S models, I told Mo i was very interested in Corolla's. Soon Mo came back with a color I wanted and a price that was awesome. DONE DEAL......Mo is a terrific sales consultant and recommend him to anyone looking into Toyota'sNow it's time for all that paper work that no one likes. Warranty, Maintenance, Monthly Payments ETC.... Mo introduces me to Mike Finn, what a great guy that made all that paper work smooth and hassle free. We had horrible treatment at another Toyota dealership. We almost didn't want another Toyota because of this treatment. We own 2 Toyotas and love the cars. So we called Glen Toyota using my work's employee pricing through HR. What a DIFFERENCE!Jeny Vargas called us prior to coming in. We talked through what type of car we wanted and she said she had 4 on the lot to show us. We walked in and they contacted Jeny. She talked, smiled and laughed with us a few minutes and then introduced us to Rafael. He showed us one Sienna and we fell in love with the ride. We wanted a Sienna with leather heated seats, blind side assist, backup camera, and back automatic open/close. Jeny came back to talk with us and Rafael. She found one and Rafael showed us that one and we bought it!Mike in financing was WONDERFUL too. He had all paperwork ready to go so we could talk and really enjoyed getting to know him as a new friend. Afterward Jeny and Rafael came back in to meet with us including Mike. Just to say "thank you". Mike in delivery showed us al the gadgets and gizmos of our new Sienna. I have to say "THANK YOU" to all of them for reminding both of us why we love Toyota! When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Dmitry. After only a brief conversation it's like he could read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted. Dmitry was friendly, caring and awesome to work with. I have already told a couple of people about Dmitry and will continue to spread the word that Glen Toyota has incredible sales people working there and they are guaranteed the best experience possible. I also need to mention Evan, who went over all the features of the car and set up my Bluetooth and Michael, best finance guy at any dealership.

I am late in reviewing the dealership as I moved from NJ to GA. I am still doing the unpacking. I was blindsided by the referral from Truecar.com. [ It is just a referral service and gets paid by the dealer. Even the Consumer Reports magazine uses their pricing ] . I went for a certain car with certain options and at a certain price from True car. [ I did not have the time to walk away and go to other dealers for the exact car I wanted. I was relocating from NJ to GA. Had to sell my old car, arrange for my house selling, etc. ] I had to or did buy more options than I needed- factory installed mats at $ 225, premium JBL speakers at $ 785. Glass etching at $ 189, etcThe manager Mark , a genuine weasel who sat behind a glassed office [one way mirror type] saw me wait and squirm for 5 hours on Friday 8/15/2014 and a six and half hours on Saturday 8/16/2016. I had to swallow his insults. After the final price was settled I wanted to know the cost of leasing the car. My intent was to lease as my need would be different in the new place of my residence. Mark quoted an outrageous price. He would not give me the break-down of the lease pricing. He said that he was not there to educate me about lease-pricing. Anyway, I have a printout from them - the net capitalized cost was about $ 4400 more than the agreed upon price allowing for the acquisition fee, doc fees, and first year fees.. That was a rip-off . He would not explain why and kept me waiting for a long time for an explanation.Finally, I bought instead of leasing. If you decide to patronize Glen Toyota, and buy a car - buy what you want NOT what they want to sell you. If you do not like what they offer, WALK AWAY. If you are thinking of leasing from them, think twice. Take an accountant with you. And read up on lease financing. I read two books on it. But still , I did not get my deal . They will skin you alive. .In NJ once you buy the car you are stuck. You can not cancel. No cool down period. My sales person - Dmitry was very nice and a young kid , EVAN, was helpful in synchronizing my phone with blue-tooth in the car.

Went to Honda in Paramus, they tried pushing a two-year old used van on us and were not willing to negotiate.Went to Glen Toyota, Dmitry greeted us at the door and gave us the deal we were looking for on a brand new Sienna. Less than the used Honda van.Dmitry was very friendly, worked quickly, and took care of us. He is not pushy, and is a pleasure to do business with. Dmitry and another sales person went out of their way and personally followed us back to Honda to turn in the leased Civic. We drove the Civic, Dmitry drove the Sienna.From Honda we drove away in a beautiful new Toyota van.Thanks again, Dmitry!

We had an idea of how much we wanted to and could afford to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. We made a deal with Bruce over the phone. We said we would only purchase the car if they kept that deal. Our sales rep at Glen Toyota, Rafael, kept true to this deal and we paid no more than what we originally negotiated with Bruce. It is very refreshing to see that there are a few professional and honest sale consultants of which Tom Distefano of Glen Toyota is one. Prior to Glen Toyota, we had visited a couple of other dealerships. We left frustrated because we did not find the personnel as honest and as forthcoming as we would have liked. Went to another dealer and spent hours only to be disappointed. After a few days, I went to Glen Toyota. I was greeted right away with a smile. I asked to see the new Rav4 and they had a good selection. The salesman, Tom Destefano, went over the entire vehicle explaining how everything works and why the Rav4 is a great choice. The first price he gave me was much more competitive right from the start than the other dealer. He even set up my first service in 6months. Definitely will recommend the deal and Tom Destefano

I wanted to buy a new Toyota and was having trouble getting a good price. The dealer I went to wouldn't give me the right time of day. Because I was shopping for the car I wanted in stock at the price I wanted to pay. A friend told me to go to Glen Toyota. They are good people and ask for a salesman name John. He older then the young guy you see at most dealers and will take his time with you.So I want there and ask for John. He was busy and I waited for him. He cam over and said It will be about 15 minutes and I will be with you. I watch him take care of a person that was picking up his car. What a professional guy. No crap just down to business. When It was my turn he answer all my question. I about the car I wanted and had it in stock. We went for a test ride and came back and finish the deal.I drove home with my new Camry SE 2014.5 and couldn't be happier.The dealer and the sales staff saw on the ball. every thing went smooth like I would expect.Don't judge the book by it cover. The dealer show room is old but the staff is up to date.

Fell in love with my first Rav4 about 8 years ago and leased my third one again through Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn. Love the staff and I'm in love with the service plan and agreement. I was in the market looking for a pre-owned, certified Toyota Camry. After few attempts at other north jersey dealerships I've decided to give Glen Toyota a try. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. I had Dmitry as a sales guy, and he was great. Not pushy or overwhelming with information, just right. He'd asked me for the features and general information about the car I was shopping for. As a result, I got a 2012 Camry XLE with only 7k miles at a steal of a deal. Even though my credit history is a little shaky, the finance guys were able to get me approved and even called the bank to drop the interest rate. In one word, TOP NOTCH, will definitely recommend to others. Thanks Guys.

in april of 2014 went to glen toyota to test drive rav4 , liked vehicle got price was ready to leave when salesman came back with lower price, was going to leave again, salesman came back with lower price, this happend till we had price $2800 lower than anyone else. put depost on car, on monday, when we were going to pick up car, dealer told us car was hit by "oil truck and could not be repaired" but, he had other vehicles he could sell us. we asked dealer for accident report which he said they didn't need to do. contacted Toyota USA complaining about glen toyota, told us to contact customer service rep at glen toyota who would work out this problem for us. Mr. almonte told us in 2 weeks he would have rav4 limited we wanted at the price agreed apon. 2 weeks pass, no call from dealer, wife called, could not find car but, would order rav4 for us at the agreed apon price with all features we wanted but, would take 6-8 weeks to get from toyota. 7 weeks passed, on tues day, 6/17 my wife called customer service rep. joe castanedas at glen toyota, left message concerning our new car delivery. no return call. on wednesday 6/18 wife called mr castanedas again, no response. i sent mr castanedas email concerning new car status of delivery. no response. thursday 6/19 went to glen toyota to see mr. castanedas in person, he was not availed. saleman told me car was not delivered may be it would be in next delivery in 8 weeks, but, he had other cars on lot he could sell us. asked to talked to mgr. he made me wait 15 minutes, then came out and told me they did not order rav4 limited for us, that he was not going to sell us the car for agreed apon price and to go to another dealer, he would refund our deposit. 10 weeks have passed and still no rav4 from this dealer. going to lawyer today, and media to expose the type of dealship this really is. so far, toyota usa has not responed to our emails for help.

I was in the market for a Used Scion TC as a first time buyer at a dealership. I found one at Glen Toyota at a great price and in great condition. Frank was my salesman. He was very friendly down to earth and not pushy. Personally my credit was horrible and I wasn't sure if Id get approved. so Frank asked me to make a deposit to hold the car while they did the paperwork on the car. 2 days later I was told I was approved to come in and do the paperwork to pick up the car. To get the loan paperwork done i was brought in to meet with Dominic. at this moment in time he rushed me through the paperwork to get everything signed. Told me about about how my car is covered for a 3 year warranty, oil changes for 4 years, and wheels and tires protected for 5, lojack and GAP protection. I was so excited to jump in my car, I failed to realize all these services came at a charge. No one ever asked me if I wanted them. Later that night I analyzed the contracts as I should have, then realized these extra services were costing me about an extra $6,400. Also the actual cost of the car wasn't the price we agreed on (an extra $1,780). This car was costing me an extra 8k above the price I agreed to purchase plus taxes and fees. This is not the worst part. A few days later I went back to the dealership politely to speak to Dominic to refund most of the extra services they added without consulting me. He then went on to "making calculations" on his computer to telling me that doing so would change my interest rate to 26% causing my monthly payments to go up. According to him, acquiring these extra services kept my interest rate lower. and that I can get a pro rated refund when I come back in a year to refinance the loan. Refinancing was something I had already planned on doing. Being a first time buyer, I stupidly believed him. Fortunate for me that wasn't enough convincing for me. A few days later I called Toyota Financial Services and asked to verify everything Dominic told me. Surely enough it was a lie, after I was approved my rate cant change for acquiring different services. I am not so much upset, mostly disappointed that they took advantage of me and my situation. Currently I am in the process of getting all this fixed through TFS. Overall very happy with the car, Frank was great to work with but watch out for Dominic Hughes the Business Director. Never buying from here again.

The finance guy Mike also showed me different products Toyota offers and I bought an extended warrenty because I am planning on keeping my new car for a while and the warrenty was a good value. Kept emailing Veronica at our local Toyota dealership for price as we had already test driven vehicle elsewhere. Kept getting promises of prices to be sent but not with the options we wanted. Sometimes had to reply two and three times to get an answer, then received more emails computer generated asking if I need any help that she would be glad to help, not answering prior email. Always had an excuse but seemed very nice. Did not seem qualified to help customers or handle the job period, but meant well. We finally went to another dealer and got the new vehicle quickly.

at the dealer they did not explain and show their product fully. one being an example of a test drive, we were not offered a test drive. they also did not explain the contract at the time of signing them. they also did not provide us with a second spare key when we drove the highlander home. then,after we had purchased the car and used it for about three days the seat warmers were becoming too hot. then when i was sitting on the front passesnger seat i touched my back and my chair feeling it was burning. my sweater was burned and the seat warmers were too hot. then we returned the car to the dealer. i also called the insurance and the warranties to cancel everything and the payments. then they let us borrow a rav-4 to use while they were going to fix the highlander. they let us use the rav-4 for two days and called us to return it. we returned it at the dealer and we signed a receipt to show that we returned the car. one of the staff membembers also signed the receipt. after a couple of days they called and said that they will file a complain that the car was stolen. they were harassing us to get the car. then now they dropped off the car in front of the house and left it there.

It was a breeze doing business with them. I did my research and got online quote and trade-in estimates from multiple dealers. With a decent online quote (no tricks in the fine prints) for my 2013 Sieena from Krystal, I walked in to talk with the friendly gentleman Joey. I spent less than 20 minutes to get my deal done both on the new car and my trade-in sides. They spent a few days searching for the model and color I want and got the car as promised. The delivery process was great too- no wasted time and not a single push for the extended warranty from the finance department. My wife and I bought a total of 7 cars in the past 10 years (becasue of moving, family, and some car problems). Honestly this was the best car buying experience ever. It was even better than some luxury car dealers I bought car from... I saw some bad reviews here regarding the service department but I guess I will not use that too often since it is a toyota. Worst case I can find other toyota dealers for service... Anyway, the sales department is very professional and efficient and I highly recommend Joey as the person your sales person. STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEP. AT GLEN TOYOTA!!!My Toyota Highlander 2011 needed replacement of the rear door under warranty, they needed the car for 7 days and Toyota provides a free loaner for this service call, I was told that they will order the parts and call me.after I called them twice to arrange a day to drop the car I was advised that they will have a loaner car on May 29, I verified with them that they have the loaner but when I arrived they COULDNT FIND THE CAR, SOMEONE TOOK IT AND THEY DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE BACK, it didnt appear that Jason was too surprised about it and without any apology he just told me that they will call when it shows up. No big deal its my time.After two days they called so I went there again, this time Robert asked for my credit card and driver license, so I just made sure that there will be no charge for the loaner car and he indicated that they just need the CREDIT CARD information so they can charge any damages or insurance co-payment for the loaner, then he pulls out a Glen Toyota car rental form and fills in only my information and my credit card information and leaves the rest of the form blank, which is all the rental charge details, and EXPECTS ME TO SIGN A BLANK FORM and leave it with them.So I had a simple request that under notes he will indicate that they will not charge for rental, this did not sit well with Mr. rude and he immediately told me that it must be done this way and if I dont like it I can take my keys and leave, I asked him if there is a manager I can talk to and that really got him going, his answer No, I am the only one you can talk to.I think I asked relevant questions about the process and there procedures, and my request was reasonable, and I did it in a respectful manner but apparently the employees at Glen Toyota service department are not used to provide decent customer service. The only favorable reviews on this website relates to Glen Toyotas sales department, maybe they should train the people at service too.I also just found out that they NEVER ROTATED THE TIRES ON MY CAR like they should be, and they told me they did.Toyota pays for oil change and tire rotation for my car in the first 3 years and Glen just bills them, who know what else they didnt do. dealer has made a mistake in the dmv paperwprk that resulted in temporary plates expiring - in spite of assurances that new temps would be sent , none are sent -multiple phonde calls are not returned leaving the car vulnerable for ticketing - all they are interested in is evaluation - i gave my honest evaluation of the dealership to toyota - i guess they did not like automatic excellent that they hoped for so that they dont even bother tto correct their mistakes .br forewarmed= if problems after the sale - you are nothing after the sale - buy at your own peril

This is THE worst car dealership I've ever worked with!!! Really!!! Unfortunately, I had a misfortune to lease my wife's car from them, which they have tried to impose more fees and other charges, so I really had to be careful and watch every step... Then, when we had brought our car there for the maintenance, they have screwed up with one of the hubcaps and it fell of somewhere on the road. Unfortunately we hadn't noticed it for few days and then they had denied its their fault. But wait, the next oil change, the same thing had happened again and another hubcap was lost, but they had denied it all the same, because, as they put it "oil change doesn't require any work on the tires...". It may be true, but why would it fall off the same they on the way to the store??? On top of that, the staff behind the counter in the service department was rude enough to just show me the door saying "just leave...". I had sent an email to the service manager, but was, as expected blown off. Anyway, stay away from them, they are AWFUL.. I don't think I'll be dealing with them again!

I live about a mile away from Glen Toyota. Still, I leased my Highlander from another dealership. Glen Toyota was about $200 more expensive than the other folks.Now every time I am get this car serviced I have other troubles - their schedules are always full, they can only accept the car in the morning etc. Now I just completed the service and few days later "Check engine" shows up and now I can't drive my vehicle on a weekend as of course their first available day for check is 3 days away.Ohhh. Stay way to avoid troubles. You should be enjoying your can and not speaking with unfriendly customer service on Saturdays.

Went in for an oil change, told it would be an hour. An hour twenty minutes later I still saw my car sitting in the place I parked it. Manager said there was an issue with another vehicle, so AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES AFTER I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE NO ONE HAD EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. Was told they'd get to it soon and it would be 25 minutes to do the work.Needless to say, they've lost a faithful customer for good.

Not a happy camper! This was the first dealer I visited when it came time to buy/lease a new Rav 4. Main reason being the convenience of the location.A salesman (whose name I forget unfortunately) approached us and offered a test drive of the Rav 4. We did the drive and came back to negotiate (or so I thought). I had with me multiple ads and information from Kelly BB/Edmunds, etc. on the pricing. The salesman wanted no part of that. He gave me a price, I could take it or leave it. He did not even attempt any negotiations whatsoever. After I questioned him on why he was so stonewalled, he became visibly upset and said we can leave if we don't like the price. So we did! We ended up at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, where they were happy to negotiate (see my review there). One problem with Prestige is that they took an extremely LONG TIME TO SEND MY EQUITY CHECK REFUND FOR MY TRADE IN. But that is another review.

I had been to several other car dealerships and found them lacking in these qualities. How someone treats me is just, if not more, important than the actual deal. I got both at Glen Toyota. Bill was a gracious host and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I even bought my son back that week and we purchased a car for him. I will recommend Glenn to my friends, and I will ask them to speak to Bill. He is truly a good sales person who not only wants the deal, but wants his customer to be completely educated and satisfied with what he is offering them.

Came in after finding the camry I wanted on the internet and I must say they did a stand up job. Their pricing was honored, and they were very easy to work with. I got a great deal on my 2008 Toyota Camry, it had very low mileage and in a great price range. I almost thought I was getting cheated out, but I looked at it, test drove it, listened to it and it's like brand new.

After talking to a friend about dealerships, he recommended Glen Toyota. I got to find out for myself that just how helpful and friendly the salesmen were. They helped me find just the yaris I was looking for. Now, 6 months later, I have never had a problem with anything or anyone. No surprises.

Yesterday I purchased a brand new Prius from Glen Toyota. I can't believe how helpful my sales guy was. This was my first hybrid, so he went out of his way to teach me everything I needed to know about the car before leaving the lot. I doubt I would have gotten this treatment at any other dealership.

I got the color, model, and monthly payments that I wanted and could afford. They treated me like a person, not a number. We just got my son first car, a used RAV4, from Glen Toyota. It was a good experience. We found the car online and put in a request for information. By the time we got to the lot, they had the car ready for us to test drive. They were very patient with my son throughout the whole process and answered all the questions he had. The finance department was efficient, and we were able to take the car home sooner than we expected. I think I will return there for my next car.

Very pleasant purchase experience. We were not rushed or pressured. The sales person listened to what we wanted and was helpful in every aspect of our purchase. We were shown the available selection, given the opportunity to test drive, and all of our questions were answered. The purchase was accomplished quickly and efficiently. The finance person was also very pleasant to deal with, he explained everything related to the purchase and we did not feel pressured to accept anything we didn't want. I will recommend this dealer to friends.

Recently, I made my second purchase from Glen Toyota. The first was a used Toyota that I bought 3 years prior. I loved that car and I actually enjoyed my car-buying experience at Glen so much so that I returned there to buy again. I drove away very pleased with my experience again! I don't normally write these reviews, but went to this dealer off the recommendations and wasn't dissapointed, good experience, fast trasaction, took some time to finally drive off, but a lot less than most dealerships. Would recommend them, friendly service, non pressure environment.

I recently leased my second car with Glen Toyota. I shopped around a lot to other manufacturers and other Toyota dealers and Glen Toyota once again came out with the best price with no 'surprises' when you get to the dealer or to the finance manager. I used their chat option from their website and we were able to work out all the numbers online. The staff was very courteous and friendly. All in all, it took a little over 2 hours to walk in with my old Camry and drive home in my new 2011. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota!

Got my second car from Glen toyota and My time spent was better than the first time i came in. I gess they had a change of staff. Last year the people weren't as professional and i felt like my needs werent being met.I am pleased with this weekends trip. I will continue recomending Glen Toyota!

I would like to thank the people at Glen Toyota for their help on January 14. I did not buy a car from them yet. They knew when I arrived that I would not be buying anything, but this did not cause them to rush me out. I'm and buying a car this month, and I am the kind of person who has one hundred questions about everything. Before going to glen, I went to a Honda dealer that I will not name, and they told me I can find the answers I am looking for online. They werent even busy; they just didnt want to waste their time on me. At glen they were patient and I will definitely go with Toyota, and it will come from the Glen Toyota Dealership. It is that easy to lose a customer but for glen they gained one.

I have always been a fan of buying Toyota vehicles. But this is the first time I have used Glen Toyota. Everyone was really friendly and was ready to answer the questions I had about financing my first car. After talking with them for some time we came up a deal that worked for me and that I could afford. I am very happy with my Camry.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone. As a first time buyer, I was hesitant about the whole process. I have heard horror stories about dealerships and how they rip people off. I worked with Joe on getting the price I could afford on a new Camry. After discussing different options we were able to come up with a number that I was definitely happy with. I would recommend coming here, it was such a breeze purchasing my first car.

I when in to trade my 2009 Toyota Highlander and it was the greater deal I got Juan gave my full KBB value for my truck it only had 2716 miles and they gave me a great deal on a new tundra an Juan when out of his way to give me 0% finances they were great and all of you should go see juan Espinel and they gave me the bed liner for free

When in today and pick up my brand new car I work all the pyment with Genero and I got to the dealer the car was clean and all paper work was ready I have never been in and out so fast from a dealer like i did today i was out of there in less theam 30 minutes great staff and fast i will recomemder this dealer

After extensive research on the Rav 4, I went it to inquire about a lease. I informed the salesman I had done extensive research and I wanted to know what price above invoice he could offer me. After talking to a finance manager he offered me what he said was $1000 above invoice, when in actuality it was $1500 above invoice. Again prior to coming to the dealership I had the VIN # and the exact specs. Very poor service on a Tuesday afternoon, end of the month also. He would not even budge on the number. If you're looking for a deal this is not the place!! Beware of the Finance Managers.

Dishonest from the start. I was told one thing and after the contract was signed additional charges appear. After approaching the sales manager Jose Lobo he became very abusive after finding out I called Toyota Corporation on the dishonest contract by Jose Lobo. When asked to speak to the customer service manager Jose stated he was that manager. again dishonest. I attempted to contact the general manager Mike and he refuses to return calls. Beware of this dealership. Avoid at all aspects. Toyota is aware and taken action now.

Mr. Lobo treated me with absolutely no respect during my experience in dealing with them. Each was rude and unresponsive in "helping" me with my transaction. In fact, at one point during our conversation, Mr Lobo told me "I don't need your business." This was during the return of leased vehicle. I understand that they don't have much interest in me if I'm not buying or leasing another vehicle with them, but they have just cemented the fact that I will never again do business with Glen Toyota or Toyota of Hackensack. In all likelihood, i will never again buy a Toyota. Additionally, the entire service experience over the 3 years of the lease was about as poor as any i have experienced.

Obviously my husband and I had a different experience from the other reviewers, perhaps because our circumstances were a little different (and boy am I glad for that after reading the other reviews). We asked for email quotes from multiple dealers (and told them as much on our initial call), so they knew we were shopping around for a 2009 Prius (package #2). We were given all the numbers by email and Glen Toyota had the lowest bid. The numbers were all confirmed before we picked up the car. When we arrived the numbers were honored and the staff was friendly, helpful and fast. Perhaps our experience was so good because there was no negotiating involved.

On top of the fact that they have an incredibly small car lot with very few vehicles to choose from, this place tried their best to cheat me. After researching and test driving many cars, I finally decided to get a brand new Toyota Corolla (base model, manual transmission, no options). I went to Glen Toyota because they were the closest dealer. I called and was told that they had the exact car I wanted on a nearby lot and would get it for me first thing in the morning. When I showed up the next day I was told that the car was actually at the dock and would take 3 hours to get (which if true, meant it could take weeks to get off the dock). I was about to leave when they told me it was actually on a lot in Hackensack and they could get it in an hour but that I had to agree on a price first (they claimed I would not have to sign anything or put down a deposit, but I am sure they were lying about this also). Having done my research I sat down and told them that I wanted $1,000 off the price (on top of a $1,500 rebate offered by Toyota). The salesman then proceeded to write out a long and complicated calculation. Basically, he subtracted the $1,000 I wanted off first, then added in the $1,500 rebate (he said he did this to calculate the sales tax, which I believe if you took the rebate as cash instead of putting towards the price of the car, which nobody does, might be true). So he calculated the sales tax then added in the rest of the fees, then subtracted the $1,500 rebate and claimed that that price was the sales price and that it included the rebate and that I had to agree to that final price. The problem was he added in the rebate and subtracted it once, which mean I got 0! I kept doing my own calculation and came to a number $1,500 lower than his. He kept saying that I did not understand rebates and that I was getting the $1,500 rebate off the price of the car (he kept pointing to the minus $1,500 at the end of the calculation. He left multiple times, to talk with a manager in his office, and came back each time asserting that this calculation was correct. I knew he was full of it when I kept getting a lower number and he finally said "well, would you take it at that price?". I left right away, went to another dealer, gave them my same offer, and they came to the right price the first try. The salesman was a cheat, his manager was a cheat, and this place should be avoided!

I had my front and rear brakes done in May 17'07 at Glen Toyota. They claimed to have replaced the rotors, drums, pads and shoes. I paid approximately $800+ for the brake job. Unfortunately, I felt a pulsating problem on my front wheel lately and had my personal mechanic checked it instead of going to the Toyota dealership on August 12'08 (18 months later). To our surprise, we found out that the front rotors were not new as indicated by Glen. As matter of fact, they were resurfaced and put back on with new pads. Unfortunately, I do not have any proof that they actually did this sneaky business by charging me new items that they did not replace. As usual I called Robert (sales person that recommended the service) about this and he denied the entire accusation reaffirming that Glen does not scam their customers. This is what he said everything they invoiced or said in the receipts are what they did which was replaced everything new. I should have request for the old parts instead of trusting them to perform service entirety. Can you believe new original Toyota rotors go out within 15 months of regular city driving? 18,000 miles!!!! Instead he accused me of driving harshly and caused the rotors to wear out faster than the life and it is not Glen's or his fault. Unfortunately, more than a year has passed and the warranty for the brakes service is over and there is nothing I can do about it. I am reporting this as a warning to others that plan to have their service done at Glen. Please be wary of them especially when they claimed to put in new parts instead recycled with your old parts.

I purchased a 2005 mini van, they tried to douple dip on a recall item and charge me over $1500.00. My local gas station repaired the problem with some simple lub oil.I will never ever go to this dealer again or recommend to any one, we have 6 cars in my family, they have lost a customer for ever and I will tell as many people as possible about this unfair dealership

My wife and I walked into this dealership in particular because my father had purchased his car here a few years back. We were greeted by this salesman named Gary and we told him our story about just getting married, buying a new house and wanting to buy a new car as well. We were specific in our choices and wanted to know more about the FJ Cruiser and the Rav4. He said that he'd show us around, but when we asked him about any sales or incentives going on he flat out said, "No, not for the FJ or the Rav4." My wife, (being less forgiving) wanted to leave right there and then, she refused his answer and brought up the fact that the website had mentioned the 0%APR deal causing Gary to stutter and back peddle. How could a salesman not know what deals are going on for their cars? Shouldn't he know of all the promotions to help out his sales and his customers? So far not off to a good start. While he went and fumbled around to search for keys to an FJ Cruiser, I noticed a table that had all of the "Red Tag" sales of the cars they had on the lot. I found an FJ Cruiser Demo model in the pile which listed a sale price of $26k and asked to see it. After taking a look, we headed back to his desk to crunch some numbers and off he went to calculate. I thought to myself, "I bet he's going to come back w/ a figure and MSRP of the car that is completely off from the sale price we had seen. When he returned, he produced the numbers for both leasing and financing on the sale price, which was almost $3,000 more than the sale price that I'd seen on the Red Tag!!! I demanded to have a look and he insisted that I have a seat so he can retrieve the tag. (my mistake, I should've gone up there and retrieved it myself) I saw his dumbfounded look when he pulled up the tag that I mentioned and he quickly made a B-line for the corner office manager. After he emerged from the office he came back w/ the Red Tag sales and the Demo model tag I had seen and, shown my wife, was now gone! He said that it never existed. Was I supposed to believe that I had imagined the whole thing??? We proceeded to the manager's office just to have him quickly dart out his door to greet us. He asked if he could produce that price, would I then buy it.This is classic Text Book Car Salesman 101. Present the higher price, hide the sales tag sticker, come out your office acting all friendly and offer a price lower than the higher price, which was really the original sale price. I wasn't born yesterday, but to any average person this would've been a steal! "Wow, they're knocking off $3000 to sell me this car!" So I mentioned to the manager that there was a tag there that said the car was less than what Gary had tried to sell us. The manager (sorry I forgot his name) told me that the tag never existed and if it did, someone probably stole it! WHAT!?!? What kind of place does this? Are all of the Toyota dealerships going to be like this? Or far worse, are all the dealerships going to be like this? I have a couple of friends looking to buy a car and I assure you I will let them know of the lack of customer service these guys at Glen Toyota have and to not refer them any where near them.

The worst possible experience I could imagine. I came to test drive Toyota Sienna. When I was entering the parking lot, their forklift backed up right into my car. Well, accidents happen - we just need to do the right thing. The manager of the guy who did it said "just a second, we'll take care of it" and went into the building. Immediately their truck with the unfortunate forklift left the scene, then the owner came out and said that nothing happened, that I was harassing their employees and that I should leave immediately since this is their premises. Of course, the police wrote the report (no, they do not consider it hit and run - the forklift is not registered or insured, so it is not a "motor vehicle" and for it to leave the scene of an accident is OK, I guess).<br>Save your old vehicle, don't get any more grey hair than you have. Buy a car somewhere else. I sure will.
