I mainly worked with the Service dept (Deb) and she was excellent at keeping me abreast as to what was being done and when I could expect my car back. We were working with Car Shield and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I would consider buying my next car from this dealership. Employees like Deb really make you feel at ease and give you that small town "I really Care" feeling. A very big THANK YOU to Glenn Buege Chevrolet and all who personally worked on my Acadia. Customer Service is a priority with all personnel at Glenn Buege dealership. On the way for a routine oil change my cars computer system shut down - (still drivable at 35mph) upon arrival service did not know the exact wait time - they offered several options, including a loaner. I waited. It matters when other staff acknowledge your presence; service kept me updated on progress and after recalibrating was on my way within an hour! Business integrity combined with friendly service is appreciated.

Madison was absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely transparent with the quickly moving inventory and also extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend shopping here for a new vehicle.

I hate it when something happens to my vehicle, but I love taking it to Glenn Buege Chevrolet. I love this dealership. I would not take it anywhere else. I get great and friendly service. Glenn Buege Chevrolet in Eaton Rapids helped us out on a very busy day for them when we needed the car repaired and ready for use the next morning for an out of town trip. We had good communication from Steve in the service department and our car was repaired that day. This is where we go to purchase new vehicles which we have done three times now even though it takes us thirty five minutes to get there with other dealers being closer.

Service was performed quickly. Car are never returned with any grease in them. Employees very friendly and helpful. Always say hello when I'm waiting for my car. I wanted info on the new Tahoe and all my questions were answered. I then ordered my new Tahoe. Have bought numerous cars from this dealership because they know how to treat their customers. There are two Chevrolet dealers closer to me but I prefer the people and service at Buege.
