Purchased a used Ram 2500 truck from here and I’ll admit I was a little skeptically the internet salesman (Ben I believe) told me the price was higher than advertised, and wouldn’t budge off the price at all. Then the next day informed me it was already sold. I called and spoke to someone else (I asked for a manager, not sure who I spoke to) directly and got a completely different treatment. Very easy to deal with. Drive 5hrs with a cashiers check to Gainesville to pick up the truck. Met with Johnny and he was extremely pleasant to deal with and allowed me and my wife to drive the vehicle by ourselves so we could discuss. The truck had a few things that I noticed, but David West one of the managers quickly offered to either fix them, or send me a refund back (since I had a cashiers check for the exact amount). I was hesitant because you hear horror stories. Went ti finance dept to finalize and that too was extremely easy. Left with my new/used truck, and a hat. Will be contacting these guys again when the time comes to purchase another. Thanks Johnny (salesman), David West (Manager) and F&I guy, best experience ever at a dealership!

Made appointment for regular service and state inspection. Got in and out quickly and courteously. Service advisor updated me on everything checked and serviced to put my truck in A-1 shape ready to go. Everyone very knowledgeable and thorough. Smooth. Thank you!

Excellent service, I want to thank Dave so very much. I appreciate Dave and everyone at Glenn Polk that helped me get in the vehicle that I wanted so much. I’m going to enjoy my new 2021 Equinox. I was in desperate need to get my car serviced. I needed a loaner, so that was going to make things even harder on my part. Kyle went above and beyond by not only getting my car serviced very very quickly but also getting me into a loaner as soon as he could! Everybody was so nice and so professional are usually use Holiday!! Have for 10 years. Glenn Polk is now my Chevy dealer
