I was very happy to be greeted by Jamie when I came back to have my truck's brakes serviced. It was nice not to be talked down to while having the issues explained. The service wasn't fast but it was thorough and the waiting area was comfortable. I feel comfortable knowing that my older vehicles were in good hands and will be running for many years to come.

We absolutely had the best salesman that we have ever experienced over 43 years of purchasing 13 new cars and 2 used cars at a dealership. Grant was very informative but not pushy in the least. He asked what we were looking for in the way of a vehicle and price as well. I basically told him we would be in touch since me & my husband had very different opinions on what kind of vehicle we were looking for. We contacted him the next day and they had everything worked up from their end by the time we arrived exactly the way we wanted it. Sincerely The Cox's

My check engine light came on my less than 1 year old Trailblazer. The dealership I bought it from told me I could bring and leave it. It would take 2 to 3 days to look at it and they don’t have any loaner or rental vehicles, and won’t for 2 or 3 weeks. A very we don’t really care about you and your problem attitude. Called Glenn Polk Sanger and they said bring it in immediately. Let’s hook it up to diagnostics and first see what we’re dealing with. If it’s serious and we need to keep it we’ll go from there and get you a loaner vehicle. Luckily it was not serious. They ordered the part that it needed, which was covered under warranty. They confirmed that it wouldn’t hurt to drive it till the part arrived. They were very professional and kind. Had me in and out in an less than an hour. They will now be my go to dealership. James Wood’s could of taken the 45 minutes to do the diagnostics and sent me on my way. Instead they wanted to way inconvenience me. And how can a car dealership not have a loaner car for warranty work? Or the means to secure one from a rental company. Didn’t care for the “it is was it is, take it or leave it” attitude. From now on Glenn Polk Sanger is where I’m going!

First let me say I hate shopping for a new car, but Charlie Pickett my salesmen was awesome. He went above and beyond, he even was kind enough to pick me up from Dallas Love Field when I flew in from Tulsa, OK to pick up my new Tahoe. He took time to help me understand all the features before I set out on my 4 hour drive home.
