I stopped by to ask about the current state of new vehicle availability and information on ordering a new vehicle. The salesman, Ben Rollins, was very informative. As I described what I was interested in, he realized he had a vehicle on the lot that matched most of what I was wanting. We discussed both the available vehicle and the new build. I decided to go with the new vehicle on the lot. The salesman, finance department and parts department personnel were all excellent to work with to get this vehicle finished to my specs. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with the purchase of a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Glenn Polk Ford in Gainesville. TX.

I took my Ford Escape in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service manager was very friendly and professional. There was an emergency occurring, and he warned me of a long wait and advised me to return after lunch. I appreciated his courtesy, especially because I had my 3-year-old granddaughter with me. We left to finish our planned errands and returned after lunch. My car was immediately serviced and I was on my way in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the customer service I received today.

My wife and I enjoyed meeting Harry and working with him and the Glenn Polk team this month. We traded our 2018 Tahoe for one of the new Broncos. The experience was simple and smooth. Harry was great...none of the usual hours spent back and forth working out the details. They gave us a great trade and even brought the Bronco to Denison for us when we couldn't get off work. We liked dealing with them so much we went back a couple weeks later and traded our second vehicle with them. Great experience! We're glad we made the trip over.

A recent service visit went so much better than we had feared. We are trying to keep our 2013 Explorer in good condition, but she was running rough. We received great, personalized service. The shop did not waste our time, and fixed the issue quickly after diagnosing it effectively. The friendly staff are knowledgeable as well as caring.

Jason Fallows did an amazing job and truck is running amazing. Also the pricing for the amount of work that was done was more than OK! I would highly recommend any Ford owner to have Jason and his team service and repair their vehicle!

My car went down shortly after the 4th of july took it to my local mechanic and he said its a dealership problem .So I took it to Glenn Polk these guys was awesome talked with Eric in service dept and he said might be a week in two days he calls with the problem and the amount to fix it and in a day and a half was driving it home.Will continue with these guys better service more honest and friendly than the dealership I bought the car from.

When I walked into Glenn Polk Ford, I was in the market for a new Ford Truck, but wasn't exactly sure which model to select. That's when Chris McCarrell, Colt Weatherby, and Ford Yeager stepped in with their knowledgeable expertise and made my decision relatively easy. They had a relaxed sales approach, and I never felt pressured to pick a particular truck. They gave me a great deal, and I drove away with a truck that I love! We were in the dealership to buy a truck. Everyone was very nice, we just feel like they need some TRAINING in Customer Service. The buying process took 6 hours, we were there from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm . We were not even offered so much as a glass of water! The workers all came in at 12 to eat lunch and we could have run to a fast food place, but there was NO communication. They kept saying it will only be a bit longer, which kept stretching to hour after hour. Glenn Polk staff- You could at the very LEAST give your customers a bottle of water, not have them walk in the rain to the finance office, and communicate better to your customers about the time. Hungry, thirsty customers are unhappy customers. We'll go someplace else next time.

I have 2001 Ford Sport Trac bought new at Glenn Polk Dealer in Gainesville TX. I noticed that the body mounts to frame have just falling apart. I called the dealer and they said theres no recall or help from dealer.Theres no reason for this to happen except poor quality and workmanship.
