Love my car! I've been waiting for two months to write a review and let me tell you I didn't have any problem with it. Mina helped me with the test drive and everything, he was very patient. I never felt under pressure, I took my time and took the best decision. I still believe I got a very good deal. It was great working with you guys.

Whoever on here is posting positive reviews is lying. Trust the negative reviews, they are correct. Bought a 2014 Ford Escape for a total of $9,600 all-in. Test drove it, inspected what we could, etc, and drove it off the lot. 3 days later had emissions done so we could get a tag and it failed. Check engine light came on and the code was for catalytic converter operating below max efficiency. Took it to our mechanic and turns out the turbo is leaking oil and causing the catalytic converter issue and both the turbo and the CC need to be replaced at a cost of about $2,100. Had this mechanic for 25+ years and he refuses to do unnecessary work so I trust he knows what's broken. He stated "there is no way any car person could have missed what is happening with that turbo. In fact, they pressure washed the turbo and CC to make them look new and problem free so they obviously saw things were not right and tried to cover them up. Four attempts to speak with Mila and he's never there and never returns calls. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Car dealer is essentially a scammer. Tried to sell a bad car that wouldn’t even drive off the lot. He Insisted the car was good but it was a lemon. When I insisted I didn’t want the lemon: dealer became mean and tried to keep my $7,700. Dealer agreed to refund after raising his voice and then saying he was keeping $500 of my money! All since I didn’t take the lemon car...The car that couldn’t even drive by itself off the lot. Worst car experience of my life.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I BOUGHT A CHEVY TRAVERSE CASH FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, and let me start off by saying this, I was fully aware that this was AS IS. But my wife and I test drive this SUV for a while and everything was fine. AC blew snowballs, the ride was smooth and it only had a little over 98,000 miles on it. So why not buy it. Man I wish I read the reviews first because I would have turned around and went across the street! The next day, the AC stopped working and the engine light came on. So I called, I didn’t speak to Mina at first but the other tall skinny guy and said “I know I bought this AS IS, but can you guys fix the AC for me?” Without hesitation, he told me to bring Chevy back and their mechanic will take care of it. I called again a couple days later and spoke with Mina and without hesitation, he said to bring it by. I took it there that day and didn’t receive a call or update of any kind about my Traverse. I called and called and didn’t get an answer for days until one day a young lady answered the phone and said that the number I called is a personal number and not the dealership. Mind you I used google every time to call and speak to the gentlemen at the dealership. She told me that people always call asking for the dealership but her number doesn’t belong to that business. Who wants to do business with anyone like that?? Do you?? I made a mistake dealing with these people but DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. When you see this dealership please just go somewhere else!! There are plenty of dealerships in that area, I suggest you try them. Based off a lot of the reviews I can say this guy is a scammer! He needs to be put out of business. I wouldn’t refer this dealership to my worst enemy.

Absolutely worst car buying experience. They are not honest people. Sold me a car that water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced , after keeping the car in their shop for almost whole week they just replaced the thermostat. Ended up paying $750 for pump. Poorly handled car sales and unethical
