Why I Wouldn’t Switch. I’ve been taking my car for service for two years and would not think of taking it anywhere else. Although, the number of visits are minimal because of the quality of the car. The quality of service/repair is excellent I’ve never had to return because it wasn’t done properly. From what I can tell their pricing is competitive. They respect your time and are willing to accommodate you when you’re in a tight schedule. Facility is a very clean. The personnel is friendly and I cannot say enough about my advisor Angelica.

My experience at Global Auto Mall was remarkable. My trade-in was a difficult one-that no dealership can get done. The glue that holds Global Auto Mall together is Vincent Ferraro. Without him, this deal could never have been done. Vincent moved mountains for me to get me in the vehicle of my choice and that I deserved!! He is the force that made my dream car happen. He was persistent, thorough, professional, and would not stop fighting for me until the deal was done. I trust him and would send any loved ones that come my way needing a vehicle. He is the best at what he does and he will not stop until the deal is done. I almost gave up-thank God for Vincent Ferraro. Global Auto Mall is very lucky to have such a driven individual :-)

Julio is the BEST! Julio is very patient, not pushy gives you all the information you need. After making this purchase we went back and leased another vehicle from him. Update after 2nd purchase -Excellent Sales Rep - Julio Ruiz. He was patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the options to my daughter and spoke to her directly. This is much appreciated as it made her first car buying experience pleasant

The Service here is wonderful! I am a returning customer and I will go no where else. Today we went in to look at a used vehicle that I was sure was a great deal. Here is the shocker! Turns out that the better deal was to lease a new 2021 Hyundai Tucson. I chose to leave 12 thousand miles per year for 3 years and then if I want I can buy the car and even finance it then for 3 or 4 years, whatever I chose to do. I was against leasing and after doing the math and figuring I drive under 12k miles per year, this is the lease for me. I am in love with our new vehicle and I love the service at this dealership. Everyone is so nice, so helpful, we got bagels and coffee and tea and a bottle of water, if we wanted. Everyone is wearing masks and the place is immaculately clean and there is Hand sanitizer available to use. This was such a great experience, the financial manager, the sales manager, the loan department manager, all of the staff that I met today, I love each and every single one of you. God Bless each of you and everything you stand for, I love you so much. Thank you again for such wonderful service. You no longer give out mugs or pens that say Global Auto Mall, but the free oil changes for me, cannot be beat! I am thrilled! Thank you again!

Great service. We were greeted by our salesperson Byron quickly after we entered. He was helpful while I looked at a few different models, before deciding on one. I feel he streamlined the process & made it easier to understand my options. He answered my questions & I didn’t feel pressured. I’m glad we got him for our salesman!
