Drove over an hour to get 2012 Mercedes C class, made a cash deal. Customer service was good at first till I drove off with the car. Emission wasn’t done and had to get it done myself even they gave me money for it. Should have known then that they did whatever needed to just pass emissions. 2 days after having the car check engine light comes on at least 3x a week. I’ve had the car for 3 weeks and I am constantly fixing something. I have called several times and all I get is we’ll call you back and never do. The owner acts like he’s the manager and says he’s gonna talk to the owner and back to me, meanwhile one of the employees told me he is the owner. I have reported everything with all of my receipts to the attorney general’s office. They don’t care what happens once they get the money. And got hung up on by jimmy who is supposed to be a sales person. So if your looking to keep spending money after giving money this is the place for you. Otherwise go elsewhere to get a car.

Went to test drive a few pre owned vehicles, sales person was nice and courteous. Gave all the necessary details and also informed about possible issues that might be present.

This has been the worst car buying experience EVER. I purchased a vehicle $8k CASH on 6/28/2021 before I could get a tag they told me the car needs to pass emissions test. They kept the car for 2 days to fix it / clear codes. Each day I called and was told they will call me back or that they were waiting to here from the manager. I never received a call back. I went back to the dealership to speak to manager, he explained they are still trying to get the car to pass emissions and had an attitude with me. He stated he had no problem refunding me because he can sell the car again to someone else. Going on day 3 now and I’m waiting for them to write me a check to refund me for the vehicle. Beware!!
