Bought my son a 2014 Ford focus titanium for graduation for $6000 , it's been nothing short of a nightmare check engine light has been on and off with non stop problems with this vehicle. Paid for a purge valve within the 30 day warranty owner stated he doesn't have any money to pay for it. Replaced 2 camshaft sensors, $180 later check engine light pops on again. He's had it for 3 months and has only put 500 miles on it because it's constantly breaking down. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER He's as dishonest as they come. Please don't make the same mistake my family has and go somewhere else.

We baught a car drove it like 50 miles check engine light came on had it hooked up to code reader it was the transmission took it in to them they fixed everything but that put tires on it left 4 miles doen the road tire was flat inner seal blew out chrck engine light came on bob the mechanic was rude he dosnt know what hes doing so they gave us another car the alternator wnt out 2 days later so we sent it to them to fix picked it up 2 miles the car started running bad everthing shut off at this point we were done they gave us are money back the owner is nice but bob the mechanic is trash the car was in worse shape then it was when we sent it in bottom line is there mechanic dont know what hes doing they tore the axle of the car out to fix the alternator LOL bob the mechanic dont let him touch your car he is totally rude and a shade tree mechanic but we got are money back thank god for that but my girl almost lost her job and we lost a deposite on are hotel we were sopose to go on vacation but couldn't because are car was in the shop they gave a loaner but they wernt the best running it was the worst experience we have ever had they just need mechanics that care about the customer and there work and they would be a good car place

I got my order of new whitewall tires for my 2004 lincoln town car yesterday and went to their shop as soon as I could. They happened to be closed but were kind enough to open up today to have them installed. Talk about good service, I dont know many auto places open on a Sunday let alone a Sunday Holiday! Only negative was their credit card machine was finicky but their service was good. Would recommend for anybody that has an emergency and needs their car back ASAP. A word to the wise for other automotive businesses: emergencies on our (customers vehicles) dont wait till Monday, they need to be addressed ASAP and I'm glad they took care of mine (car skidded like crazy awhile back, got new tires to help with traction in rain).

Bought a car from them...it test drove fine. 50 miles later the engine line came on. The car went to idle and shut off in the middle of the road. Went to them twice to have this fixed and ended up with the same problem both times... I was extremely disappointed ended up returning the vehicle all together.
