Bought a car from here on March 21, 2021. Yes, it was a Sunday and illegal to sell cars on Sunday in Michigan, which I later found out. Now I have had this car for almost 2 months and still no title or plate transfer has been done. I have called numerous times only to be lied to, "The Secretary of State is behind because of COVID19". The truth is, they sold me a car that was never transferred into THEIR NAME! It is still listed as an abandoned vehicle per Wayne County Sheriff. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. EDIT: it took 2 months and threats to call news stations, but I finally got my money back.

Salesman changed the office. Ad said no mechanical issues and clean title. Mechanic inspection showed front and rear end damage, leading seal, bad struts and brakes and calipers. When i saw the carfax i saw it was actually a rebuild title and decided to pass on the van for that price. Salesman was haughty and said that he'd have it sold by end of day for even more money. Its a week later and the van is still sitting in the lot.

Bad service car got messed up heading to Texas came back didn’t do no diagnoses and nothing sent me to a mechanic for a battery supposedly wasn’t a battery it was the alternator and a background cable been bad for about a long time wouldn’t recommend this dealership to nobody at all came in today Tammy don’t know how to talk to nobodyBad bad bad wouldn’t go there again ever
