Sadly, if I could give zero stars then I would give zero. We bought a vehicle for $5000 cash that seemed like it was in good condition, they said that the vehicle had no issues at all. Less than a weeks from driving off the lot, the engine completely blew, no warning at all. We had put less than 400 miles on this vehicle. They made absolutely no concession, and even worse than that there was something wrong with the title so it was four months later that I finally received a title. And I couldn’t get it repaired until I know that I legally owned the vehicle. I have talked to other auto dealers that said even if they sold a vehicle without a warranty, if it had that type of major issue that quickly that they definitely would have made some concession or tried to assist with the repair or a trade out. I was offered absolutely zero.

This place and these people are real, and by that I mean they take your concerns seriously. First of all they are one of the few places you can go to find a used car that has vehicles worth buying they don't sell junk they warranty the vehicle for the first 30 days and let me tell you they honor that warranty. I bought a very good nearly new outlander from David and two weeks after my purchase the a/c started giving me trouble I called David and right away he made the arrangements to get it fixed I brought the car in they fixed it and that was that now I'm riding in a dependable beautiful air condition car at an affordable price Everyone there has treated me with respect and kindness and I 100% give my full recommendation for GOL AUTO GROUP and all its employees and David Leo's is #1! for customer service.
