On February 4,2016 I brought my car in for service on a warranty issue at Gold Coast Cadillac in Oakhurst, New Jersey. They fixed the car and while being test driven the technician got into an accident with my car causing substantial damage. I don't want the car and I was told I could exchange my car for another car. I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX 4x4 Luxury Edition that I just bought Gold Coast Cadillac back in August 2015. As of July 10,2016 they have yet to keep their word and exchange my car for another 2012 Cadillac SRX 4x4 Luxury Edition. The management has been of no help at all in getting my issue resolved in my favor. They are the worst in customer service.

we Prestige Auto Group based in Kenosha , WI had a very bad experience with Gold coast Cadillac . As a wholesale dealer, we purchased a used Ford Escape hybrid from the pre owned department of Gold Coast Cadillac. And shipped it to our location in Wisconsin. We trusted them and finished the deal on the phone and wired them the money. Although the car we purchased has a clean Carfax, we found that the car was involved in a major accident from the back and got frame damage. No one from Gold Coast Cadillac informed us about the same and we end up making no money in this car and un able to sell it .

My current lease on my XTS is up on Aug. 1,2016. It is the fourth vehicle I have happily leased from Gold Coast. Unfortunately that did not matter to the Sales Manager Dave who responded to me when I told him this as I was beginning to negotiate a new lease agreement. His response to me when I stated that this will be the fifth vehicle I am leasing from you was ," So what". As if who cares that you have come back year after year. Well I have not done anything yet .but rest assured it will not be a deal with GOLD COAST! I also tell anyone who listens what were once tolerable inconveniences that I overlooked I in the past are actually a snobbish attitude towards clients that just don't seem to matter!

Have been a customer of Gold Coast Cadillac for almost a decade. Have leased three Cadillac vehicles during that time.I ultimately left because this dealership ceased treating their customers like people.One of the biggest problems I had was that I was getting recorded "robocalls" at all times of the day, several times each month. These calls would remind me of service appointments, special dealership deals, or wanting feedback on a recent visit.When you buy such a prestigious vehicle as a Cadillac, you would think that the dealership would treat you like an individual and not barrage you with recordings to your home. What happened to actual people calling other people to discuss appointments and opinions?I called the dealership and asked them to remove me from their phone list. I got a very nasty response from the woman that answers the calls at the front desk. She never removed my number as I requested.Since then, I have left Gold Coast and moved over to the Lincoln brand. Even though I am no longer a customer of Gold Coast, I still get robocalls to my home. The General Manager of Gold Coast, Steve Stigliano, is very much aware of the situation and despite promising to "make things good" he has not corrected the problem. My number is in their database and they continue to harass me with robocalls with one coming as recently as yesterday.This type of impersonal service has convinced me that I no longer want to deal with this dealership. If they can't handle their daily communications to their customers with a live person, then they don't deserve my business. Even when they brought on a new salesperson, they contacted me with a recording rather than that new individual contacting me in person. What the xxxx?!I don't know how to get off their calling list so I can stop being harassed by their frequent phone calls.

We have bought cars through the years, and inevitably the same thing always happens:1) Lack of transparency on the deal - always leaving you wondering if you overpaid2) Disappearing dealers - as soon as the paperwork is signed, it's clear you have no leverage.and they are no longer interested in you other than your getting off their lot. 3) High pressure - not giving you time to think about all that's being thrown at you4) Lowballing of your trade in - leaving you with no idea where the number comes from5) Looooooonnnngggg periods of sitting at the desk while the salesman disappears into some smoke filled room to contemplate your latest request and come back with something higher....This dealership is the first time I've had such a GREAT experience. (Thus it is also the first time I have ever written an online review.) Here is what made it great:1) Bob was very patient with us as we looked at car, after car, after car....in the lot. 2) Keith (who was appraising the old car) gave me the good and the bad of the cars in the lot and made me feel like he understood our situation completely; why we were trading, what we were looking for, etc...3) In negotiations, they showed me what they paid for the car I was buying and what each of the last 5 cars similar to mine were sold for at auction. It made me comfortable that my trade in was being evaluated fairly and that my price wasn't being excessively marked up. (We bought used).4) When we got to a final point in the deal - there was no "if I make this last concession, do we have a deal?". Instead it was, "OK - I'll do this - but it's as far as I can go. I'll leave you two with time to talk it over".5) AFTER the deal was signed, Bob was still there! We were missing a couple things (like a remote control for the DVD player, and he scoured the lot and found one). He did this 2 or 3 times AFTER we had signed!I've recommended this dealership to no less than 5 people since we left. I'll find a way to buy my next car there too. It was just better than any other experience I've had buying a car.

Should have checked Yelp before buying at Gold Coast Cadillac. Five one-star ratings-now six- out of thirteen. When there are many one star and several five star, that means the dealership is doing damage control by having people post positive reviews in order to manage their reputation. This is the car dealership that gives dealerships a bad name. My bad. Fancy facilties and pretentions means nothing. My experience and issues: First and foremost, was sold a vehicle off the lot with drivetrain/transmission issues.Sales Experience: Saw a used Ford Edge online at a decent market-internet price of $10,495-marked down from $14,995. The vehicle is not certified and did not come with a warranty, at least, without purchasing an after-market one that Gold Coast pushes. Vehicle is clean and in good condition. Transaction took over two hours, and it was a cash transaction. I also traded a Jeep Liberty at $1500-$2000 below market value, which will likely be sold at auction for $4000-$5000 (I donated a previous Jeep and received a $4600 credit for a vehicle with 60,000 more miles and worse shape) but, justed wanted to faciltate this transaction and make it as painless as possible. In a total rookie scenario, another Gold Coast salesman showed my car, test-riding it with other buyers as I was signing the papers! I mentioned it in to my salesman Jordan in front of the other salesman and asked them to refrain until our transaction was completed. No dice. The other salesman continued to show the vehicle throughout my transaction until nearly done, 40 minutes later. My salesman Jordan, at Gold Coast for three months-(and showed it) though he was nice enough, only apologized near the end of my transaction-too little, too late. Placing a "sold' sign in the window early on, and if need be, removed later, would be appropriate. How a dealership can demonstrate unprofessional execution of a sale, totally unaware of their surroundings and appropriate behavior is astounding. Nonetheless, I was willing to overlook poor execution.Post Sales Experience: Most importantly, the vehicle has transmission issues. Test driving the vehicle, Jordan pulled the vehicle perpendicular to, and not into parking space. Test driving was done driving forward only. After leaving the dealership and using reverse, the transmission loudly bangs into reverse from park, and slips from 'drive' into reverse. I called Gold Coast before I arrived home to make them aware of the situation. Jordan did not seem surprised and did not ask any questions about what happened or if I wanted to bring the vehicle back to have it checked. Nothing. I sent follow up emails that night to the internet manager, sales manager and Jordan asking to inspect the vehicle. A couple days later, I was contacted and set up an appointment to have the vehicle inspected. In the meantime, I checked online regarding this issue with the Edge. The problem with the transmission is rampant. Pages of complaints on various automotive forums, causes ranging from sensors to Transfer case (PTU) issues.. Service Experience: Brought the vehicle in, service dept was pretty efficient, and gave me a loaner. I returned the loaner washed, vaccumed and with more gas then I received it. After six days, I got the car back, a sensor replaced. Trans still bangs into reverse and hesitates while the engine revs and does not move into reverse gear. I scheduled an appointment online for today. Test drove the vehicle with a tech and verified the issue. After a lot of service, sales and manager-types going back and forth with each other, their genius assessment was that the banging into reverse and not engaging into reverse gear is normal. Um, I'm no mechanic, but, that's never normal under any circumstance. And, it's a cliched', bogus response by dealerships looking to avoid culpability, and added expense, to claim that a problem is "normal". Their staff; Art in service, a service manager, sales manager, and lord knows who else, punted and blamed Ford. They allege they sent the vehicle to Ford, and said this behavior is normal ,and, if Ford states it's normal, that's it. There's nothing they can do. But hey, if I wanted to buy a service contract..........Shady. They already made approx $4000-$5000 in profit on this transaction and are greedy for more. And, get this: Their final suggestion was to advise me to drive the vehicle a few more days because sensors need to "adjust to my style of driving, and then call them back if issues persist. That is laughable.Buyer Beware. All a customer wants from a local business is a fair deal, good service and to feel good about their purchase. In my business, I happily refund if a product disappoints a customer, and never hide behind protocol, even if it means making no profit on the transaction. I will call back in three days when the trans does not magically fix itself. If Gold Coast steps up and fixes the problem, I would happily edit this well-deserved review and avoid escalation. I don't see it happening, though.UPDATE: A follow up on Gold Coast. They become more incompetent by the minute. Called back the service department today as requested by them to inform them of the status of my faulty drivetrain, and if resolved itself. Which of course, it didn't. The woman that answered the phone was completely confused, unhelpful and didn't even try to listen or understand after I explained the reason for my follow-up-twice. "I don't know anything about that". Here's a hint to people in the service business on how to properly deliver customer service: "Let me see if I can help you with that". What is your telephone number? Your name? Okay. I see you were in twice this past week. Let me put you in touch with the service director". Clueless and bad listening skills are not attributes of a good service team. Embarrassing. Oh yes, sent an email to the sales manager and service director early this morning asking where we are moving forward; no response. Stay away. Consumers deserve better

Been a loyal customer of Gold Coast Cadillac. Have bought a car twice from them. Year before last and back in October. Bought car in today 4-17-2015 to have them look at a rattling noise on rear passenger side. I come back and pick up car and to my surprise their is a 8"-10" vertical crack on passenger side of the windshield. Called them right back and told them and was told to come back so they can look at it. Service person also said he would check to see if it was noted on paperwork when tech did a walk around. Supposedly nothing there cause didn't say there was. Service manager came out to look at it and he said " oh that was there this morning when we did ride along to hear noise car was making". I know very well there was no vertical crack of that size on my windshield because I am a stickler for things like that and would have noticed it especially since it's very noticeable. Service manager came across rude didn't want to hear it being anything to do with them. So now I have to pay a deductible to my insurance company to have this repaired. Very poor business practices and I will make sure to tell this story to as many people as I can to let them know they are not to be trusted w your car when dropped off with them. So besides the out of pocket expense they are calling me a liar. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was amazed when I arrived and no salesman rushed to see me. I went to the customer service and was introduced to Gary and the whole process took only 4 hours. Both my wife and I have bought and leased vehicles and never experienced how quickly and efficiently the whole process of this matter took. I would recommend the leasing of my new Cadillac. We took the car out for a test drive, sat down and talked about the figures and were completely satisfied with the whole experience. We will certainly recommend Gold Coast to everyone. And when the my wife's lease if up, we will consider buying said vehicle or leasing another Cadillac.

I hit a pothole the evening before as a result I had a flat tire. The next morning I drove to service at 7AM without an appointment. I explained what happened and asked if they could fit me in as the car was not drivable. Service not only checked / replace the tire but fond the time to do an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment and return my car to me by 4pm the same day.

Everyone in the dealership was polite and professional. We dealt with Gary alexander and mostly the dealership manger Steven which was extremely helpful, well spoken and straight to the point which I greatly appreciated. In the service department Crystal Was extremely helpful, friendly, right on top of things. I drove into the Garage she had all my information ready as soon as I stepped out of the vehicle. She even went above and beyond to see if my plates were in, I did not ask Crystal to do so, she took it upon herself to check; which I thought was Amazing. Overall an excellent experience.

Although I was just in for an oil check and tire rotation, I particularly was impressed with the fact that as soon as I brought the car in, someone was under the hood immediately and brought the battery charge to attention and asked for that to be checked....very pro-active. I had a few other issues that I asked to be checked and all went very well.

I want to take this opportunity and give proper assessment to this dealership for handling my recent purchase of 2015 Cadillac Platinum ESV. I stared looking for this vehicle in September 2014 immediately after receiving an email from Cadillac notifying of the release of Platinum edition. I spoke to every dealership within 150 mile radius of the delivery location. Dealerships provided different and usually conflicting information regarding availability and features of the car. After I spoke with customer service at Cadillac call center, I felt confident proceeding with the purchase from Gold Coast due to precise information, correct timing and its salesperson, Bob Foster, was the only person who was able to provide pricing. I placed an order by giving a small deposit via credit card. Bob Foster continuously provided me with updates on the order, until finally I got an email from him advising that my car was heading to the dealership.Upon arrival, the transaction has handled within 2 business day and my car was delivered complimentary to the desired destination. At the end of the day all dealerships sell the same cars, however if you want fast, reliable, honest service I highly recommend this dealership.I also want to say a special thank you to Bob, for answering 100+ questions, for not pushing the sale, for staying on top of my order, for sharing information regarding incentives, for taking my calls late at night, for going an extra mile to need my ever changing needs. The level of service exceeded all of my expectations, and Bobs dedication and commitment have no precedent!

I had to return after a recent service (oil change & tire rotation) to have the TPMS reset. Came in on a Saturday and work was completed in about 10 minutes. I understand this can happen during a tire rotation and was not upset with the return trip at all. Thanks for the continued great customer support (and another free car wash)!

I brought my car in for a routine visit, completion of a recall item, requested a front-end alignment because I'd had a very hard hit on an unpaved hole in the road. That turned into 2 wheels being bent, needing replacement. It sounded like a daunting task that would extend into the Christmas holiday but with the combined efforts of my Service Adviser, Amy Kemper, and my insurance company, it was resolved and I had my car back in a few days. It was an expensive experience because insurance didn't cover it all but it was resolved quickly and 100% to my satisfaction for which I'm grateful.

This was my first service visit with my (recently purchased, used) 2010 CTS-4. Mike Levin was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We talked about the pending service and a small oil leak from under the vehicle which was handled in a timely manner and under warranty. The auxiliary staff was also helpful and courteous. This is my first vehicle that I had leased from Gold Coast and I have to say how pleasantly surprised I am. I was not part of the purchasing process (as it was a surprise gift from my husband) but he said it was such a pleasure dealing with them. No hassles. I love the fact that I can schedule appointments via email. They even sent a reminder about my appointment. I had to have my windshield replaced and they set up loaner car right away. I always hated bringing my cars in for service but here at Gold Coast I don't mind. They are really friendly and nice. I have never leased the same vehicle twice (I like change) but I love my SRX and am going to be leasing a new SRX soon!

At the time of service they offered other free services that I was not aware of such as replacement of cabin filter and engine filter. Both of which was covered under maintenance plan but I was not aware of such free service. The additional work took longer than expected and they offered to take me and my kids to the mall while we wait. Just so happened to be Black Friday and was really good idea and timing. They even called to tell me when my car was ready and had the valet service come pick us up in style. Thank you!

The best part of the service this time was Franca. She was pleasant and went above and beyond to get insure that my car was done the same day. She has a great attitude and you can tell she likes what she does. Luis was also very nice and helpful getting me setup with a Loaner vehicle. I do have one suggestion. I understand the free certificates are given out for a car wash across the street. I think it would raise the level of Customer Service if after getting service done your car was washed and vacuumed; even if it is just a spot cleaning. I had a Honda dealership that used to do this and it was a very nice touch and has stuck in my mind as a little something extra to differentiate themselves from the competition.

I originally bought a used Yukon Denali from Ryan and the dealership a few years ago. I was impressed with the friendliness and enjoyed the hospitality of staff then and was even more impressed this time around. My father and I went other places to do a two car deal and no one was able to come close. I ended up trading in that Yukon Denali for a 2014 CTS and my dad traded his 2012 CTS for a 2014 XTS. Steve and Ryan gave me the no bull pricing and made it very easy to understand what BS other dealerships were doing and I am very appreciative of that. The Service Dept is excellent. Fast, polite, clean. I always have a good experience there. The Sales Dept, however, is not customer friendly. I had a horrible experience with Bob Foster. He was rude and would not help me look at my options for when my lease is up March 2015. He told me I could not get a good deal on a CTS coupe and would have to get the sedan, which I did not want. Because of Bob, I would not send anyone to Gold Coast Sales Dept.

I dropped my vehicle off because of a faulty seat heater. I was given a great loaner vehicle and treated very well. The issue with the seat heater was unidentified and an attempt at rebooting the seat module was done in hopes that it created a fix. It is unclear if this fixed my issue yet, although I was treated with express professionalism.

He kept me informed about the progress on my car & the transmission issues that have taken place for the past 2 months.My concern is that after the new transmission was put in this winter, the car has been in two additional times with transmission issues. Even though the transmission is warranted for 3 years, it has experienced 2 repairs since it was originally fixed & I think more time should be added to the warranty.

I had a leak in my car and my headliner (rear) was getting wet and stained. I picked up car after two days and the headliner was still stained. I showed the service man & they retook the car and cleaned it while I waited. I was glad, I live an hour away. Don't know if leak is fixed as of yet. its raining today, we will see.

I had a 9:12 scheduled time for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Erin Wells was courteous and professional. All the work was completed and the vehicle was ready before 10:00. The owner always has a minute to stop and say hello.

The waiting area was clean on the most part, but the area where the food was left on the counter (butter, cream cheese, crumbs) could have been attended to better. Also, why doesn't Gold Coast Cadillac have it's own car wash service on premises? They have plenty of property!

I was able to do almost everything over the phone. I only had to sign when I got to the dealership. My sales consultant, Al Deronde always is great to deal with. The customer service is fantastic. I left something on my SRX (the car I returned on my lease), and Al tried to save me a trip and bring it to me. I will never use another dealership.

The dealer did a very good in trying to resolve my complaint. But there appears to be a bug in the program that controls the center display in the instrument panel. The center display changes about 30-40% of the time when you get in and start the car (I believe it is bug in the program because the loaner car I used has the same problem). I would suggest that Cadillac get there software programmer to look at the problem and make corrections, this problem really bugs me. Another issue I have and it appears to be no solution is that the heated seats take too long to warm-up (service told me he has heard this from other owners).

Dan McCabe was there when we came in for service and he took very good care of us. We needed an oil change, tires rotated and air pressue checked, we couldn't start our car with the remote and our liftgate was not staying up. Dan made a list and took care of everyting. Oil was changed and tires were rotated. As for remote start, we were doing it wrong and he showed us how it should be done. As for the liftgate the strut was leaking and that was fixed also. On star sent us an e-mail alert that there was something going on with the emisson, but Dan found it was a misfire. Everything we asked him to check, he did and was so kind and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience. You should be very proud of this employee.

I recently leased an 2014 ATS from Gold Coast Cadillac and realized I have been dealing with them for 20 years! I return because of great service, unbeatable prices and no pressure, friendly salesmen. As a woman, I have never felt the push to buy that other dealers use. George Friebott sold me my first car and is still there! He has moved to management and Al Deronde has more recently been my salesman. I can honestly and sincerely recommend them! They are the best! Needed a couple problems checked out with speedometer and a grinding noise. Also needed oil change and tire rotation. Problems were solved, oil and tires were done. All in a timely manner. Courtesy car was great but had a little less gas in it than I was told. I didn't mind making up the difference at the gas station.

My salesman and the service coordinator were extremely nice and I believe really want people to be satisfied. That's the positive. The negative is the car I bought is a P.O.S. I did all the typical online research before considering a Cadillac SRX. The price was fair and they didnt seem to have a lot of problems. The bad...... I have never had a car with 3rd row seats and did not know to the best way to check for them is to see if there are 3rd row seat belts. I asked the salesmen if the storage compartment that is shaped like a seat was 3rd row seating and he said yes. I also made the mistake of not test driving it under the conditions that I normally drive because I was in an accident the day before an a little shaken up. I will say that that is my fault for not doing the necessary due dalliance. However when purchasing a car from a reputable dealer, I feel the average person would expect a decent car. The first thing I noticed was the windshield made noise, I took it back and they "fixed" it. I was happy until I took it on the highway the next day, and the windshield was still making a vibrating noise that sounded like the tire that blew out of the car I had recently been in an accident in, so I took it back. The belts were starting to go too and they were kind enough fix them and "re-fix" the windshield. The windshield still makes noise. At this point I have owed the car about three weeks and the dealer has had it in there service center about the same amount of days I've been able to drive it. I took it back the same day it was "fixed" and they said they would take it in again in a few days. I inquired about trading it and the offered to look into that too. In waiting to take it back I hear new noises every time I get it the car, there is a vibration coming from the dash, I can feel every bump in the road, and it makes noises that sound like my father's old van that had a bent axle and a broken muffler. I hate this car, it is a 14k mistake. I never want to get in another Cadillac again and probably won't deal with this dealer after the car's fixed and I can get rid of it.

A few days before arriving at the dealership I had prepared a pre-qualification credit check on-line on the Gold Coast website, shortly after i was contacted by Chris Foster who had set-up an appointment with me. Upon arrival Chris was very professional and had all of my pre-qual info, in addition he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the programs that were available. Once I had selected a vehicle, Chris worked diligently with me to get me as close to the monthly price that was affordable for my budget. My overall experience with Chris & Gold Coast was extremely positive, at this point I would definitely recommend Gold Coast to friends & family.

Nov 2nd 2013 I purchased a Honda Fit from Gold Coast Caddy and was very happy with my experience. The salesperson Chris Foster was great to deal with, no games at all, price was quite fair, and within 2 hours I was actually off and driving my, new to me, honda. BTW when I went to test drive the car the battery was dead (someone had left a light on or something) and before I took final owership they put in a new battery without asking. That impressed me. Wish I had known the experience would have been this easy, I would have purchased long ago as my car was quite beat. Note: If you are buying used from Gold Coast recommend watching the internet prices. Over time they had reduced the price of mine which showed it to be a good price before I walked onto the lot.

I had an intermittent problem with the car, previously reported, and Mike Levin listened, dialogued with me to understand the problem (it was hard to describe!) and with his and the technician's persistence, found and corrected (as far as I can tell) it. Very professional and friendly. Quick to resolve any issues that arise and will accommodate. Also, they do their best when it comes to leasing a vehicle. It was a pleasant experience not a painlful event. I drive 45 minutes to an hour away because they are the only Cadillac dealer I like and trust. This is my second lease. When my 2010 Cadillac SRX had an engine issue less than a year owning the vehicle , and was fixed 3 times and still had some defect, GoldCoast went above and beyond. They rectified the problem and swapped out my 2010 for a 2012. That alone is the main reason I would reccommend this dealership. I live only 5 minutes from another Cadillac dealership that I would NEVER go to after a horrible experience. I would push my vehicle to GoldCoast before I would ever step foot in the dealership five minutes away from me. Keep up the great work! :)

I stopped by after a car event on a saturday morning , I was "window shopping" so to speak , Ron introduced himself to me we began talking , I wanted to see if it was feasible to trade in my car with a huge monthly payment for something more reasonably priced. In one week from meeting Ron , himself as well as with the help of the managers was able to buy my car out and put me in a new 13 cadillac cts for a great monthly payment. No games , no BS , straightforward and professional employees and managers. I have had lots of experiences with car dealers both positive and negative and this was one of my top experiences. Aside from loving my new ATS, my experience with Gold Coast Cadillacand you has been, well, surprisingly good. Surprising because it was notthe usual hustle and trickery one anticipates at an auto dealer. First, dealing with Joseph Wall on phone and internet was straightforward, no BS.Which began my amazement. Most dealers overwhelmingly try to get youinto their showroom with vague assurances you will get a good deal. Second, meeting with Joe at the Gold Coast showroom to do the dealwas the same as on the phone: straightforward and pleasant. No pressure, no bait and switch, professional, personable. Third, Picking up the car 2 weeks later also went without a hitch. Anotherplus. Receiving the originally unannounced iPad was another pleasant experience. Fourth, Joe's note of appreciation and other letters from Gold Coast were low-key ways of reminding me of my wise decision to do business with you. Much appreciated. Fifth, receiving the license plates as promised in 2 weeks. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we could tell this dealership was unlike most others. Ron approached us with a kind smile and friendly greeting. He was not pushy in the slightest. He offered to show us the SRX. Once we were in the car, Ron spent nearly 30 minutes explaining every detail of the vehicle as we sat in it with him. The test drive was great and when we got back to his desk, he worked with us on price and made sure we were happy. I will definitely buy my future vehicles from Ron. It was an overall excellent experience.

As always everything went smoothly. Attention to detail found a potentially bad problem that was fixed immediately. A dealer loaner car for the day (a very good move on the dealers part)(I never did like leaving a 70,000 dollar car to get serviced and drive away in a $20,000 loaner), a free car wash when done and even helped me sync my new phone to my vehicle. This is my 2nd car I have leased from them. David H was my salesman both times and he took his time to go over any questions I had. He spent all day with me on a Sat to make the deal and never rushed me to get the deal done. The finance dept also was very helpful. From the first online contact with Kelhi Costello to driving away with the vehicle the experience was the most professional and pleasant that one could hope for. Online communication with Kelhi was prompt, professional, inviting, and comprehensive. When I arrived the next day the receptionist called Kelhi, I was promptly introduced to Anthony Zaino, and test driving the vehicle of interest within 10 minutes. Anthony is a true professional. He is friendly but not pushy, efficient and respectful, and moved the process at the pace I was comfortable with but never any delay. We came to an agreement on purchase price within the first hour, he then introduced me to Keith Harvey because we both have midwest origins, spoke to Keith for 1/2 hour about pleasant topics (never mentioning the purchase or dealership) and quickly moved to the paperwork after that. Next I was introduced to Walter Nowal who guided me through the paperwork process quickly and efficiently. Walter even asked my permission to share the additional services and packages that were available with my purchase. When explaining the packages (wheel and tire, paint and interior protection, etc.) he clearly stated prices, advantages, and warranties but also mentioned that there was no urgency to purchase immediately. I was free to think about it and take advantage of the package at a later date. Every individual in the dealership was professional, friendly, respectful (always addressing me as Mr.) and the whole process was a few hours from arrival to paperwork completion. All this and I was just purchasing a used vehicle for under $15k yet they treated me like I was purchasing a $100k Cadillac. They changed fluids and filled the gas tank then I drove away with my vehicle the same day. WOW - go to Gold Coast to purchase a vehicle, ask for Anthony Zaino, and have the best car buying experience of your life! My kudos and thanks to this great group of professionals.

This was my second time leasing a car with Ron. He was extremely helpful. He spent lots of time with me, giving me all the information I needed on all the options I was asking about. After a test drive, and once we had narrowed it down, he then went to work on helping me find the best deal. When Gold Coast didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot, he then went about searching for my car from other dealers. The service Rep Erin is extremely pleasant to deal with. She was thorough in doing her work and explaining what needs to be done. I have been bringing my car in quite a bit lately and she has been extremely patient to help me get these repairs fixed. As far as the repairs go I know it's not always easy to find whats wrong with an engine but hopefully they will figure it out soon.

I contacted this this dealer for a vehicle I had wanted to buy for sometimes. Costello and Matt worked with me through the bargain; they never pressure or otherwise tried working on me. I got the best bargain you only get from the best dealership. Because I am outside the US, deal on the vehicle has only been dealer because my proxy who was supposed to go and check the vehicle before I pay had been indisposed. Yet I hope to buy cars from this guys and would recommend them to any who like good deals from from good dealerships

Made an appt. with Steve, one of the sale managers and took the truck for a test drive. After some negotiating the truck was mine. Can't get any better than that! I received poor service from Gold Coast Cadillac when purchasing a used 2007 Chevy Tahoe. The service was poor in several areas:1) I traveled from MD to NJ to test drive the vehicle. I traveled to NJ on a Thursday night and pre-coordinated with the dealership to test drive the vehicle at 0900 on Friday morning. Upon my arrival to the dealership, the vehicle was not ready. I had to wait an hour for the vehicle to finish being cleaned.2) The cleanliness of the vehicle was not what you'd expect from professional organization. Because the price was right, I did purchase the vehicle. However, I spent the next day thoroughly cleaning the vehicle. Most notable, was black dog hairs within the vehicle. 3) Upon departing the NJ dealership, my primary concern was passing the MD inspection. The saleman assured me that the vehicle had been through a thorough inspection process and would easily pass the MD inspection. It did not. The rotors on the vehicle were discovered to be unsat. 4) Although the dealer agreed to replace the rotors, coordinating the replacement of the rotors was a time consuming/difficult experience.5) As the rotor issue was being resolved, my 20 day temporary tag was about to expire. However, the salesman assured me that a new temporary tag was being sent to my home.6) My tempory tag expired and I left several voice mails with my salesman about getting this issue resolved. 7) After waiting a week for my new temporary tag I decided to call the dealer and speak to someone other than my salesman. I was informed that the dealership was waiting on paperwork from me.......which was never communicated to me by my salesman. Additionally, I was informed that it is illegal to issue another temporary tag. That implies that my salesman had been lying to me the whole time. In summary......customer service from this dealership was extremely poor. Out of town buyers beware. In my opinion, once the sale was made, there was no emphasis on seeing the deal through to completion.

Three weeks ago I contacted Tony at this dealership re a 2006 Lexus SC430 they had listed. The price was $5,500 above Edmunds TMV guidelines, however I drove the 180 miles (each way) to inspect and test drive. Tony was off that day and had me speak with Gary. After driving the car I had three concerns, a severe wobble in the front end at highway speed, non functioning windshield washers and inoperable cup holders. He assured me it would be looked at and he would get back to me with a full report. After several days I contacted Gary who had no information. Several more days and I contacted Tony who also had no information. Then about a week later called in and got Steve, who claimed to be a manager and was very apologetic for the lack of response to date and assured me he personally would get back with answers later that day. Now a week later, I am heading off to make a purchase elsewhere. Bottom line, the salespeople here promise to do things they obviously have no intention of following up on. And we wonder why car salespeople are held in such low regard. Well look no further than this dealership. For shame.

Trying to find a new car is like sticking needles in your eyes. You dread to do it but in this case it was probably my best experience ever. I have bought approximately 10 cars in my life Tony is the guy who made the deal work. His no pressure approach, personality and sense of humor made it pleasurable. I would recommend anyone who wants to take the hassell out of buying a car to see him.

What a great experience. Bob was perhaps the best salesperson I have ever come accross. I called him first to talk about the car I saw om autotrader. He answered all my questions in a relaxed manner. When we met and then spent more than a few hours it was like I knew for years. All questions were answered, he checked and found out the car had a extended warranty, I still wanted to think about it, he said fine, no pressure. That was Wed., I called Fri., and told him I wanted the car would oick it up the next day. Offered him a credit card deposit, he said no need and would put the sold sign on it. Asked me when I would like to pick it up. It was ready, I was then shown by another person all the features. Not even a mention of give me the money, Once done we completed the paper work. Shook hands and then me and the wife took off. I would mention that on Sat. the place was hopping. This is truly a outstanding dealership. All the sales were dressed neatly with shirt and tie. Reminds me of Polkowitz in Perth Amboy were I bought my first Cadillac, an eldorado.If a had the money I would be back every year to buy a car from Bob. A true professionsl salesperson. If a Cadillac is your choice this your place to pick one up.

Went there to look at a car, and it needed lots of work. The spare was flat, and the salesman's response was "We'll fill it with air". How about fixing the flat? Missing things that were broken off, a key that didn't work when you press the button, switches that were broken and in need of replacement, aftermarket junk that was added so things weren't installed correctly and squeaked. The salesman didn't care, it's "As is". I told him that there are others that have less miles, that I can get for $3k. They come down to $4k. I pulled out of my pocket an ad for the exact same car, even the color with less miles for $4200. I told him, "I can talk him to $3k or $3500." No warranty, so while the car is breaking down, had I bought it, it's nice to know I paid more than it worth and they're out spending my money. I've been looking for 3 weeks, it's the same inventory on the internet. Nobody can sell these cars. You can make a deal now and make some money, or it'll sit for weeks like the rest. His response, "This is a corporation, there's nothing I can do" So if you want to do business with a corporation who doesn't care about the customer, can't be reasonable, won't put the effort into a car to make it sellable, charge you too much money which they'll be happy to take, won't give you a warranty, and you're always wrong because the corporation says so, this is the place to go.

This is my first experience with Gold Coast Cadillac/SAAB and my last! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.... In November I purchased a SAAB SUV from Gold Coast. At first I was not going to buy a SAAB because I read that SAAB was experiencing financial problems, however right before Thanksgiving the General Manager called my house after I test drove the SAAB SUV and ask me if I liked the car. I said yes, but said I was concerned about SAAB's financial problems. The General Manager told me not to be concerned. The SAAB parts are the same used in the Cadillac SUV and Gold Coast will continue to support SAAB regardless. So I made the mistake of buying a car from Gold Coast. Two weeks after purchasing the car when my license plates came in, I returned to the dealer to have my front plate put on because the car has no mounting bracket. I was told they needed to order a part and would call in a few days.... NO CALL. I went back 2 weeks later a was total SAAB went out of business and they can't get parts, your on your own. I then talked to the General Manager about my maintenace that was included with the car I just bought from Gold Coast. He told me to save my receipts and hopeful when SAAB is out of backrupcy, I should submit my receipts. He then went on to tell me his problems with all the SAAB he still has on the lot.You have to question a company that misinforms their customers, takes the money, sells a car with a service warranty and then abandons the customer.I still have no front plate, no calls back, and left with no car warranty. STAY AWAY!!!!

12/2011I found a car online and inquired through the website. Dealer was very friendly over the phone. Tells you everything you want to hear. I drove almost 80 miles to the dealership for him to then ask how I was going to pay. I said credit card and the response was oh well can you get a check because credit card will cost us like $400 and we aren't making much money on the car. A little reluctant I said ok and he gave me directions to the nearest bank. I then drove about 15 min to a bank to get a check that cost me money to save them money!! I drove back to the dealership spending anther 15 min to get back. I forgot to mention that when I was looking over the car I noticed a piece of molding cracked. I pointed it out and stated that this is over $1000 to fix the crack. Steve's answer was "well it's a used car it is what it is" and would not take anything off the price. a little annoyed I went in and that is when I was asked how I was going to pay. So after being agrivated twice by this dealer I thought was very pleasant over the phone, now realizing he is a typical sleazy used car sales men, I sign all the papers and am ready to go when I see only 1 set of keys on the desk for the car. I question it and again Steve's answer is well its a used car that's all we have. Again I state "well that's another $150 out of my pocket to get a second key". No response from the dealer. Is all the dealer kept boasting about was that they are the #1 Cadillac dealer in the world. No one sells more cars then them. Well maybe that is true but if your not spending $70000 on a escalade then I would stay away from this dealership. If they were such a great dealership they could have done even a little accommodation instead of putting all of the costs on me. I was nice enough to save them $400 so the could make me spend an additional $1200 to bring car up to level presented by the dealer

No pressure, no hard sales pitches here. Just a great inventory of new and used cars in a setting you'd expect from a Mercedes Dealer. Everyone I encountered was helpful, professional, and knowlegable. I bought a used car that was not a Cadillac. Steve, the manager there, not only knew his inventory of new cars, but also his inventory of used and the pluses and minuses of other manufacturers models in comparison with his Cadillacs. Very responsive to phone calls and emails, when he was off for the day, he set me up with Kelly who was also professional and did all she could to help me in Steve's absence. He got me a great deal on a car I thought I could not afford. Couldn't be happier with the dealership. I will definitely consider them for my next purchase and will recommend them to my friends without reservation!

I called for an internet price on a car that I saw in their advertisement. Kelhi in internet sales could not have been any nicer or easier to work with. I had more than my share of questions which she courteously and promptly responded to. Basically it was 'one and done' with the pricing, as it should be! I appreciate that. The sales person Anthony and Bill, who showed us the car's features, could not have been nicer.I certainly will recommend this dealership.

I needed a used vehicle at a certain price due to financial problems. Kelhi listened to my problem and worked out a great deal for my financial situation. I would be driving 4 hours from New York to get to dealership, so I was hoping the car was in the condition as described by Kelhi- well the vehicle was in better than that condition. I drove the vehicle home for 4 hours with no problems. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Bill was the person that I dealt with for the delivery of the vehicle, he was so professional and friendly and the process went very smoothly. I dealt with Al on the phone as to the pre-delivery of vehicle and he was a pleasure to work with. We had to rent a vehicle one way to pick up truck. Bill was helpful to loan one of Gold Coast wehicles to us so that we could return the one-way rental. This dealership exceeded all our expectations in regards to price, condition of vehicle, customer service.

I was in the market for a Cadillac (my dream car which I was finally able to buy!) and I was concerned about dealing with a car salesperson. From the initial telephone call from Steve Stigilano to schedule a test drive of the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V, to completeing the paper work to lease the vehicle, was done in an efficient and orderly manner. I live in Albany, NY. I found a beautiful vehicle online and contacted Gold Coast by email to find out more information. I sent the email at midnight and received a response from Steve Stigliano within the hour. We communicated by telephone the very next day and he shared the particulars of the vehicle. Now I must stop here and share that that I hate the car buying process. In my opinion, most car sales people are snakes. They lie and attempt to trick you out of more money. I hate it. But something was different about Steve Stigliano. He was very patient and answered my many questions. Not once did I feel rushed or tricked. I decided to take the drive to Gold Coast and see the vehicle. The dealership is a top of the line dealership. The product was better than I expected and Steve offered a great price. After the acceptance the sales price Steve moved the process in a very easy and straight forward manner. He communicated well at each stage of the process. The process progressed so easy I started getting nervous. He had to have a trick up his sleeve, right? No, Steve gave me the best customer service I ever experienced....ever. I would highly suggest that if you are in the market for a Cadillac, that you contact Steve.I must end by saying that I was in the market for a used Cadillac Escalade. Upon delivery of the vehicle Steve's manager shared that they completed a 90 point inspection and found that rear rotors (and something else) needed replacement. Gold Coast ate the cost. I was very impressed. I expected to be burned. I complimented Steve for his honesty and he said "we did it because it was right thing to do". I love this guy and I will only purchase Cadillacs from Steve Stigiliano and Gold Coast.P.S. This truck is a beast!!!! I love it!

I absolutely love this dealership. My father bought a brand new Cadillac CTS from them and was more than satisfied with the price and the overall experience. When I was in the market for a used Saab 9-3, I went straight to Gold Coast. I literally saw the Saab, fell in love with it, and bought it within minutes of the test drive They even put brand new tires on for me. We worked with Dave and he is truly an excellent salesman. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional are the best ways to describe Dave. We have had service done on both the Saab and Caddy and everything goes flawlessly each time. You get a complimentary loaner car from the Enterprise that's located inside. I like how the loaner cars don't have "Saab courtesy car" written all over it like some dealerships do (not that big of a deal, just tacky.) They have a clean, comfortable and modern waiting room as well. If your there fr something simple, like an oil change, grab a bagel and a cappuccino , watch tv, and relax for a while. I will definitely be purchasing another Saab from Gold Coast in the future.

It has been several weeks since I visited Gold Coast Caddy. After visiting other dealers and their obnoxious and uninformed "salesmen", I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Gold Coast. Expecting to be preyed upon by another salesman I was prepared for the attack. This is why Gold Coast received my highest rating. I was met by a salesman, Gary Alexander. Not only was Mr. Alexander easy to talk to but I found him to be a genuinely nice man whom I would definitely do business with. Mr. Alexanders' product knowledge and overall salesmenship were far superior to the many other dealers I visited. It's nice to deal with a real professional who knows his business and makes you comfortable. Mr. Alexander is an asset to Gold Coast, as I will getting my first Caddy from your dealership. The price was right and the saleman is alright! Great job Gold Coast.

Steve was very honest and open and never once pressured me. He gave me a great price right out of the box and a fair trade in. Gold Coast is an extremely professional dealer who I highly recommend. I purchased a 2005 Cadillac Deville from them today. From the first time I called the dealership five days ago through the end of today, when they were taping the temp plate in the rear window; they were professional, acruate, knowledgable, but most importantly honest. When buying a used car it is diffficult to not feel like you are being taken advantage of. I have done it a few times now and always ended up feeling slighted in one way or another. But not this time and I am confident to say never again. This is my first buying expeirence with them, however I know it is not my last. If you are in the market for a car and you dont call them you will end up dealing with people who couldnt cut it at Gold Coast. They are the best except no subsitute.

I saw a vehicle via the internet and sent a email friday night to inquire about it. Early Saturday morning Steven called me and answered most of my questions. I proceeded to visit the vehicle where I was met by a salesman as soon as I walk into the dealership. I was able to test the vehicle and subsequently purchase the vehicle. The staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions as if I was purchasing a new car. This dealership far exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended it to several of my co-workers. I look forward to doing busines with them on my next vehicle purchase.

Went in early in the morning and walked out with a big smile on my face. The people there are very nice and i will definitely be going there again for my next car.

Steve was very helpful and treated me with respect. He was willing to negotiate in good faith and did a great job of balancing my needs as a customer with his obligations as a salesman. Although I haven't had the car serviced yet, I'd recommend this dealership.

I was searching for a pre-owned Escalade for about a month, I called alot of dealers and always seemed to get a run around on the phone or via email, and was asked to "Just come in and we'll work it out" (sound familiar). Well the two dealers I visited told me how great the condition of their vehicles were and so i went to see them only to find out that they weren't in the shape they described to me, they then tried to put me in another vehicle(More expensive) they had on their lot, disgusted I walked out. After going back online I found an 2007 escalade at Gold Coast Cadillac submitted a request for information, which I received 10 minutes later, followed by a phone call from the Internet Manager Steve Stigliano from the initial email to the fianl sale of my Escalade I was handeled very professionally. All my questions were answered over the phone, we then arranged a time for a test drive, when I arrived the truck was waiting for me in the exact condition it was described(which was excellent) after my test drive the deal couldn't have gone any easier. All the numbers were worked out right in front of me nothing was hidden, no managers went back and forth (as I've experienced in the past at other dealers)Steve being a manager handeled the entire process from start to finish and I couldn't have been happier and more impressed with Steve Stigliano as my salesperson and the dealership as a whole. I highly recommend Gold Coast Cadillac and Steve Stigliano to anyone who is looking for a new or pre-owned car. By the way I really love my new Escalade.

I've purchased/leased several vehicles in the past, but I must say this was the easiest transaction I've ever experienced (no stress, no pressure). The employees of Gold Coast Cadillac Saab Hummer are the best employees ever. They were courteous, kind and very helpful in finding what I could afford. I found what I wanted and the sales personnel helped me with my paperwork. You could not find a more professional,courteous and friendliness bunch of people.

I started my search for a CTS online. Gary Alexander responded promptly with a price quote. He answered all of my questions I had over the phone before I decided to visit the dealership. Upon arriving he had the cars we discussed pulled up and ready for me to drive. I loved the car and his excellent service made the experience a very pleasant one. I have not had such luck with previous cars I had purchased from other dealers. This is my first Cadillac and first purchase from Gold Coast. It will not be my last.

Removed initial listing due to change in events; subsequent dealings with staff from dealership resulted in issues and concerns being addressed to where I was compelled to remove the write-up of my initial experiences with this particular dealership. Re-considering my position of this establishment and a potential purchase due to the sales staff efforts to answer my concerns.

LEFT CTS FOR 2ND TIME, NOISE IN REAR. PICKED UP FROM REPAIR, GIVEN FREE CAR WASH AT LOCAL SHOP. GOT HOME, FOUND SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON BOTH SIDES OF VEHICLE. SPOKE TO MIKE IN SERVICE, ADVISED, "WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, BRING IT BACK". RETURNED VEHICLE ONLY TO BE DENIED HELP, AND HAVE A RUDE, CURT SERVICE MANAGER TELL ME, "WE ARE NOT GETTING INVOLVED", TAKE IT BACK TO THE CAR WASH. VEHICLE LEFT AT DEALER,WITH NO COSMETIC ISSUES,GIVEN BACK WITH DAMAGE. AFTER BUYING MY 3RD CAR, I WILL NOT RETURN, OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALER, SINCE OWNERSHIP CHANGED, SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST-AT GOLD COAST.

I took my H2 for air ride ECU reset, service told me that there is no such procedure "if I'm not doing the repair there". But when I came back with new parts installed, a technician did it on the side for $80. Big FYou to Gold Coast Hummer of Oakhurst!!!

I have an H2 and was visiting NJ and an engine light came on. After following the manual, the light kept on. Took the vehicle to Gold Coast at 7:30am and my car was fixed by 10:00am, under warranty and no charge. The staff was professional.

i needed service on my 2 y/o cts. i had a short in my radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i was charge almost 1900.00 and was told to bring a certified check, even though i never had paid by certified check before. they always accepted a regular check.so all in all , i was taken advantage of and was insulted by their staff. i will never use this dealer again.

I said, "I need a plate holder, installed"<br>They said, "We'll order it and put in on when it arrives"<br>I paid for it.<br>Part arrived.<br>They said, "Here's your part."<br>I said, "You said you would install it"<br>They said, "I don't know anything about that. You'll have to argue that with service, but you have to wait until they get back from lunch."<br>I don't have that kind of time. <br>They have my part, my receipt, my money.<br>I have nothing but memories of a snotty clerk. I made two trips and invested money plus two hours time.<br>I can afford the $28 dollars they took. <br>I guess they can afford to loose customers and get nasty reports.
