Greg, Frank & all the guys in the service dept have gone above & beyond to make sure my truck is safe & running in top shape since the 1st time I came in 2 yrs ago. If you have a Chevy, I highly recommend this place for their honesty & excellent customer service. Update: As always Gold Rush Chevy treated me with courtesy, respect, and expertise. I have to mention that from the first day I brought my truck into this dealership back in 2015, Greg Levengood has always been there for me whether it was a scheduled visit or an emergency. He goes into great detail explaining the condition of my vehicle, the options I have for managing the maintenance, and making sure I understand the work that's been done. He has always done his best to accommodate my schedule, making sure to apply discounts wherever available, and follow up on recommended maintenance. I trust his word and his expertise.

This is a great dealership that makes you feel right at home. This is my wife's 3rd vehicle that we have bought for her at this dealership. The purchase was painless, and the process moved right along without any issues. We purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab short-bed pickup. Nice new showroom. I saw a Dakota listed for a week but there weren't any pictures, last Thursday pics of the truck were uploaded. I sent an email through Cars.com about 6pm Thursday and got a call from Tim Robbins before 7pm that they still had the Dakota. I was leaving the next morning to go out of town for the weekend and said I would would call Monday to if it was still available. It was and I bought it. It was a painless experience dealing with Tim and James in finance. Would highly recommend this dealership looking for a new or used vehicle.
