Pricilla was recommended to me by a friend when I explained to them how hard it was to find a vehicle for our Grandmother. My Grandmother had specific wants and needs in a vehicle and as she was buying it she deserved the color, style and a good price that she wanted. Pricilla met our requests straight on, was knowledgable of her inventory, I didn't have to wait on information, she was kind and understanding. My grandmother is a shrewd ladybird good judge of Character, she was very pleased with Pricilla's service. I highly recommend her. I did notice she never stopped and was called on a lot to deal with customer issues and seemed unflappable no matter the situation.

I got the vehicle I wanted, my rep, Dustyn worked hard to make it happen! I am so happy with my purchase, and my service from Dustyn. He was professional,, polite and thorough with the paper work.Another sales professional walked by the office while Dustyn was getting my paper work copied and asked me if i would like water. I expected a cup of water, got a ice cold bottle! .I love my truck and Dustyn was a great help to make it happen!They followed me home, its in my driveway, YEAH

Typically car dealers have a bad reputation for not always being honest and up front! We had the total opposite experience when we bought our Ford Explorer from Golden Circle Ford. Priscilla Romans went out of her way to get us the most honest deal on our vehicle! It took us two months of searching for the "right" vehicle for our 16 year old daughter! Priscilla went out of her way many times to provide us top notch customer service! The sales manager "Champ" was also honest and up front about the vehicles. We will definitely shop at Golden Circle again in the future!

I have been dealing with this dealership for about a month on pre owned Honda Pilot. It was a little rocky at first due to some miscommunication but then I met Mike Chambliss! He was awesome. He went above and beyond what his job called for. He is the reason that I bought that Pilot from them today! I went in today to close the deal and everyone was great and accommodating. I had my two year daughter with me as my wife was still at work. Mike went to work as soon as I arrived to make sure the deal was closed in a timely fashion. Tom Markum and Darrin ??? were so nice to help me get everything moved over to my new car while I took care of financing with Raymond. Raymond was so nice and understanding with my wild and crazy 2 year old in the room. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks to all involved!

I have been looking for a suv for a few months and had went and looked and several. Golden Circle had a great car but even better was my sales lady Priscilla Romans. She was awesome with me and my children and hands-down made it the easiest most stress-free buying experience ever. I had forgotten to leave my down payment so she even came by my house the next day to pick it up so I would not have to drive an hour to bring the check back. These are some great people! I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

They were all a pleasure to deal with. They were courteous, helpful and honest. I looked at a vehicle at a lot in Memphis. I really liked it but it was a little higher than what I was looking for. They harassed me and would not take no for an answer. Priscilla Romans messaged me about cars they had at Golden Circle in the range of what I was looking for. One was not even on her lot, but on the one in Henderson. She had that vehicle brought to Jackson so I could look at it on my way home. I loved the vehicle which was a 2013 Edge. I had to debate with my husband and during that time they all gave us the space to do that without rushing us. We bought the vehicle needless to say. I have never had an easier car buying experience!

These guys were beyond helpful. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Michael Chambliss went above and beyond for me, he answered every question I had regarding the vehicle I purchased from them. We made all the negotiations and arrangements via phone, text, and email because I live in another state. Once I arrived there all I had to do was sign the papers and drive home. 2 thumbs up for this happy customer!

Getting my Lincoln MKX its routine service was very convenient and easy. I only had to drive the car in and was chauffered to work. Later in the day, the same nice person picked me up and brought me back to a car that was clean and vacuumed and which had had all the checks made and oil changed. I drove away satisfied that my car was performing well and ready for the next miles I would put on it. One of the reasons I like Golden Circle is the friendliness of the service people and the way they make me feel my car is well cared for.

We were at the dealership for 6 hrs and came home with a vehicle that is overpriced, filthy, smells repulsive, and full of issues. My instinct after waiting over an hr, for I have no idea what, was to leave. We have been looking for a vehicle for a few months and needless to say we were tired of looking and my husband was determined to buy something that day. I should have left especially after we waited several more hrs because they said they would get us a lower interest rate than our bank (which they did not) Then as we were leaving to get the check form the bank the buyers order had a much higher price that what was agreed on between my husband and the salesman several hrs before. I was furious at this point and told the man this was not the price we agreed on her called me a liar saying he never said that. Why would we lie and why would we have stayed there for that length of time if we didn't agree on a price? I then said he could keep the car and thanks for wasting our time! I left and he came out chasing after us in the car and said to speak to his manager about the price issue. I stayed in the car with our exhausted 2 year old while my husband went in to explain that we agreed on another price. He then gives my husband a pitiful 200 off the price if that (not at all what we agreed on!) This car had several issues we would have never originally agreed to that price. The car was listed for 6,999 and we agreed on 7,500 with everything included tax, title etc. however he makes it an even 8,000. I understand it is only 500 that we are talking about but the fact of the matter is we were told one price and agreed on it then at the end told that wasn't what happened and that we lied. I also requested they clean it up better because it was filthy nasty, and smelled like mold and vomit. It also had the gas light on and I said they needed to fill it up, and that when we got back with the check everything would be ready to go. They agreed to all other this. My husband was to the point by now that we waited 4 1/2hrs and went through all this mess that we would just take the loss and deal with it. We get to the bank and come back with the check. We have to wait another 2 hrs because they didn't have everything ready another lie. We get in the vehicle no gas and still nasty and smell repulsive. They didn't clean anything or make it smell better. We barely had enough gas to make it home so we had to stop to get gas. Not to mention the column is falling apart, there are multiple stains, the parts along the sides of the seats are falling off and it makes a weird noise every time it starts and jumps every time it shuts off. My worst fear is that we will be replacing several parts in the near future and possibly even a motor or transmission or both! We paid above Kelly blue book for this. It's your standard trailblazer not loaded nor did it even come with a remote. It was way over priced and we were lied to about everything on this vehicle. We paid much more than we should have for this vehicle and got treated terribly. Plus we now we have an over priced car with many issues (We bought the car over two weeks ago and have only had it for 2 days. The engine light came on, it leaks, it idols very hard and tries to die at stop signs. The dealer agrees that something is definitely wrong with it. They did a few things to it there and called us to pick it up but it was still not working properly when we got it back. They said they would send it to the chevy dealer but when we got it back after being repaired for the second time it still idols hard and has trouble running at red lights and stop signs and leaks at least a gallon when it is shut off. We told them we wanted our money back but of course they refuse and they wouldn' to trade us for anything in better shape either. Don't buy from them!!!
