I saw an ad for Nissan Rogue, but it had sold by the time I was able to go test drive it, so Angel had Peter show me around, because they were slammed on Saturdays. I tested a 2013 Dodge Dart, so had no time to research the car. It handled well, had good pick up, very few (if any) blind spots, and was ultra comfortable. Pete & the loan people worked & quickly got financing for me & with all the safety features, my insurance only went up $20.00, and my other car was 20 yrs. old, so that was minimal. Within 3 days, an intermittent problem started with the cooling system & they got it repaired, as soon as possible, which was slower than normal, due to shipping & lack of available mechanics. (heater core), so I was without a car for a very long time, it seemed. I had the car 2 days (I think) and had gearshift cable go out. It took over a week to get it back, but it works great & I love my little car, although, had I researched it, I'd never have bought that Model Year, as that was the year the Dart was reintroduced & there are some notorious bugs for that year. I've joined Dodge Dart Forum though and I'm grateful to Angel and Pete, in sales, and Rob, the GM, plus the guys in the shop who kept me apprised of what was going on, and also installed an antenna for me &, since there was a mix up on license tags, Rob & Angel, thank you for taking care of that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOLDEN OLDIES. THEY GO WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS SATISFIED!!

Robert was amazing. Definitely went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle I wanted, not something I had to settle for. Recommend him to ANYONE looking for a nice, dependable vehicle.

Fantastic experience with Jim Hays. The prices and cost were all disclosed up front and on the phone per my request, unlike the last 3 big label dealers I worked with, the price I got on the phone was the same as when I got there (and the exact same as out the door). The dealer fee is reasonable as opposed to the 'big name dealer" fees, making their reasonable prices that much more attractive. No fake "big pressure" tactics here either. I was really impressed with the selection of vehicles. Overall, incredibly positive experience, with great people who will treat you decently. I definitely highly recommend this dealership.

To all who is trying to buy car at this place I wouldn’t recommend no one to this dealer we bought a 2016 Nissan Altima we finance it for 10 gran and nothing but problems ac went out after two months now airbag lights is on we call the dealership and they won’t fix any problem all about money to fix I hope to god my son don’t get hurt because there no airbags damm used dealership think we stupid the good lord knows what happening I hope they get what they deserve really
