Was happy with my purchase at first... upon driving it home, the car would overheat. They got the second star because they "fixed" the leak in the coolant system. 2 months later I had to have the heater core replaced. My mechanic, whil3 fixing it showed me a bunch of front end damage that was covered up, and that had damaged the condenser (I think). So that had to be fixed, and some parts straightened out. No that I finally have the car back, and it is warmer out, the car is overheating again... it's a lemon. I have driven it just over 3000 miles. I only gave the second star because they"fixed" it the first time. So disappointed.

I purchased a Kia Soul back in January from this lott. The very next day I drove the car off the lott, the check engine light appeared along with a very high pitch squeaking noise so I returned to the lott. It was obvious that they had just simply erased the check engine light because it came back on in less then a week! They also told me that the squeaky noise will eventually go away on its own (which it never did). I was sold a car that needed a complete new Catalytic Converter along with a Serpentine Belt. The salesman, Abby refused to help me with this issue. I wouldn’t buy from here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone ! There are definitely much better used car lotts in the Sacramento area . BEWARE

We went to get a car for my son. We found nice car very low milage. Since in the pass I stopped by before the salesman was very. So we got the car and went home. Next day I found out it has bad back tire in the back, so I called the salesman and told takecare of it and we will takecare cost. But no luck on getting money back on tires for 3 weeks giving g running around and after 1500 mile catalytic converter issue came on. Ic you go to by go to buy a car from them, get safety check and car diagnostics. Because my son could been in dangerous driving it even tires looked good. Would I go back, I do not think so.
