We've had a great experience at this location. The service department started by being respectful and listening well to a problem we were having with the taillights. They took time to correctly diagnose it and saved us hundreds in repair costs over the quotes we had received from other shops. While there, the service department noted an outstanding recall item. They followed that through to completion, faithfully communicating with us throughout the process. We also then had a faulty door lock repaired. The service dept did their research and were able to have this pricey service covered under an extended warranty. I couldn't be more thrilled. 10/10. Excellent service and nice folks to talk to as well. Thank you KIA Service Dept for worry-free transportation and care.

We had a wonderful experience at Golling Kia of Madison heights! They were efficient and met all of our needs. In particular Ryan K. Was very patient, informative, friendly, and helpful! He made our experience extremely stress free and easy! We knew we were in good hands! We left very happy with our purchase! And we have confidence that if need be, we could go back to Golling to talk to Ryan and get as much help as we need no problem.

I have been looking for a car for about a month, I came across a Kia Optima at this location that was perfect for me and Austin was the perfect salesman. He was informative, very patient and helped me get my first car! His customer service was very exceptional and I will advise anyone looking for a vehicle at this location to work with Austin! Mindy was also very helpful. Glad I chose this location to help with financing my vehicle! Great team!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience today at Golling Kia!! Working with Jeff White and Mindy in finance was phenomenal and seamless!! Not only did they have the exact unit I’d been searching for but they were easy to contact and spot on with their communication. Mindy handles the finance piece and she understood the customer I was and made me feel so appreciated and valued as a customer with expertise in the field! She was completely upfront with expectations and I was floored with their customer service today! I will certainly drive all the way back there to service my new unit and also refer anyone I know in the market to Jeff and Mindy! Thanks Team!!!

Recently I bought a 2022 Kia Stinger from here and it was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car. The associates, there were 2 who helped me, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They didn't try rush me through the paperwork, allowing me figure out the numbers that worked best for me with no pressure. I wouldn't say They sold me the car, because I already knew what I wanted, but they definitely sold me on the experience of buying a car from their Kia dealership.
