GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Sam is the one who helped me buy my first truck made the whole process easy and Comfortable. It’s been 3 weeks since driving the truck for the first time went back to the dealership to pick up minor replacement parts for the truck which Sam went above ordering parts with no extra charge making sure I was happy with the purchase. Very Recommend coming to this place if you want to have a peace of mind buying used vehicle.

I had a great experience with the entire team at Good Guys Auto sales. I got a full break down of the vehicle history and time to review the engine and interior of the vehicles without any pressure from the team members. When I was ready to make the sale, I got the price I was looking for with no negative change in terms of customer service. Great buying experience Sam and liz were really helpful pointed me to my option and got into a truck I liked the very next day! On top of that I noticed some minor things that had to be taken care of in the vehicle and they gladly offered to take care of it. Awesome team at good guys and will definitely be back!

We are beyond happy with the experience we had at Good Guys. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed into a deal. Sam was great and very helpful. We went on a busy Sunday but everybody working had a positive attitude. We went specifically for one car and brought it home with us! They even replaced the broken windshield the car had at no extra cost! Thank you Sam and the rest of the team at Good Guys!

I tell you what. these guys were a real pleasure to do business with. I had some special needs and they did every thing to accommodate. From the first contact with Joe on the phone on to Ray, Nader, and Sergio in finance they were a team out to make a good deal for everybody involved. We even started joking around and having a great time. These guys were a real team, and I will be making a regular stop just to drop in and say hi. All in all it was a pleasant evening doing what normally is like going to get your teeth pulled. They even helped me transfer a bunch of tool from my old truck to my new truck.

From the time I walked in there office, not only did they treat me like family, they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best deal in town, two days later they found a better deal and called me in to resign the contract which put more money in my pocket. After buying the car, I came back two weeks later requiring minor repairs , the service was second to none just to say the least. I highly recommend you check them out. I'm extremely certified with my purchase.

Very expedient in the paper work processing as well as attending to our concerns about the vehicle. We had small parts replaced on the spot! All in all a very good experience and helpful staff that worked within our budget. No pressure during the process and we feel very confident with our purchase. Thought they had the cars we were interested in but did not and showed up one's similar in mileage, price and value. Never put a lot of pressure on you and we liked that. Good personalities. Would go back if they get right cars in that we saw on-line in their website.

They were more then helpful when we wanted to look inside the vehicles. If you don't think you can get approved, you are wrong. They got my wife and I approved.
