Have been looking for a specific used model for a while. Found the Lexus online on their website and the pictures were exactly what I was looking for, but pictures can be deceiving. I called and spoke with Ed. He was excellent to talk to and informative. Told me everything about the car. I'm out of state and not comfortable buying without test driving it first but based on online reviews and my experience with Ed, I decided to buy. Picked it up yesterday and worked with Mike (owner and dad). He was fantastic to deal with. Sincere, honest and humble. The car was 'exactly' as Ed described and even better than we thought. There is also no hidden fees. The transaction took less than an hour and we were on our way back to OH. I've purchased a number of used cars, from new car dealerships, to local used car dealers and personal sales; this deal, however, was by far the easiest and most enjoyable ever. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I got a great deal on a 2000 Toyota Avalon. ED was great and reasonable with the price. Mike was awesome throughout the process and I will definitely go back when looking for another car for my girlfriend and for anyone else that needs one! I work for a name brand dealer and the quality of everything here is far better then anything I've seen at my job. If your considering a pre owned. Definitely go here! You'll be glad you did!

The way buying a car SHOULD be! Drove 2 hours and it was totally worth it. Mike was extremely friendly and accommodating. No pressure!! Great vehicle. Great price. Great warranty. If you hate that whole "used car thing" this is the place you should look.

One of the best car buying experiences ever! Ed was the gentleman who greeted me, gave me thorough information about the car. The vehicles that they offer are very clean, and well maintained. I had no concerns that my purchase would last for a long time. Very professional and cordial business. Another gentleman helped me with some of the nuances of the Honda CRV and even gave me free additional equipment for the car. I would recommend them to everyone!

I just recently bought a civic. There was no pressure my initial visit. I took the car around the block and loved it. Later that night I called and left a deposit. By the next week I was driving off the lot with a new car. I'll recommend Good Value Car's to anyone.

I came here after about 2 weeks of shopping for a used car. Before this, every lot I went to had poor selection and cars that had multiple owners. I was amazed to come here and see that every car that I looked at only had 1 previous owner. All of them had reasonable mileage and were spotless inside. I also got a fair warranty with my car. I 100% recommend shopping for a used car here.

Bought a used vehicle from Good Value Cars, was treated very well and was sold a great used car. All cars on the lot looked worth buying and service friendly and efficient. The car i purchased had a brand new PA inspection and was fully detailed and came with a 3 month warranty! On top of it all it was priced below the Kelly Blue Book. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Was referred by a co-worker. I emailed them and they were prompt and courteous. I went there the next morning and they were very polite to my wife and I. Recently purchase a first car for my daughter. I had a great experience with Good Value Cars. Their sales staff are very low pressure and answered all my questions. I test drove 3 cars and left. They did not pressure me to buy a car. I went to 3 other dealerships and found myself right back to Good Value Cars. Not only were their prices $1000 less, but their cars were much cleaner and drove much smoother. I searched the internet for 4 weeks trying to locate a car within my criteria. I am a frugal buyer. I located a match at Good Value Cars. Salesperson was pleasant and professional. He contacted me without bugging me. The car was exactly as they described it. I purchased it. Salesperson and the owner were down to earth people with no stories or lies. Great experience with both Mike & his son. Very straight forward, no hassle and easy to deal with. Very willing to work with you on any issues or concerns you may have. They even dropped the car off and picked it up from my own mechanic! Mike was more than willing to take care of minor issues my mechanic found. The car was found to be in good shape low mileage for it's age and $2000 dollars below the Kelly Blue Book Value! My son is very happy and so am I with our purchase.

I purchased a Nissan from this dealer and this has been like a very bad dream for me. The car had some major engine trouble from day three itself and it started shaking. He promised to get it fixed and the car was with him for most of two months after that having to visit him almost all 20 times just to pick up and drop the car.I was foxed into believing that he will genuinely do something due to his sweet talk. He very willingly includes warranty in the price of the car and probably gets a commission only. Warranty itself is useless as it doesn't cover the problem.In the many visits to his store I have many other customers coming in to get their cars which they recently bought fixed.
