After paying car off early, Mrs Carolyn Brown refuses to release my title! Paid car off early 2/2013, now it's 7/18/2014 and still have no title. We go to dealership, call and email, but can never get a reply from Carolyn Brown (owner). This business is unprofessional at the least. Don't buy a car from here!

We are buying a truck from Good Years Motor and TWICE now we have made our payment to wake up on a Sunday when they are closed and have our Truck deactivate. Not once TWICE. When this happens since they are closed on Sunday all you can do is leave messages and wait. Then when they called me back the lady was rude and wouldn't let me talk to a manager and refused to have one call me back. How can a company turn off your car and not be there to fix it? Most UNETHICAL company I have ever dealt with and I will never do business with them again and would discourage anyone from going there!! VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have 2 cars purchased from here and so far I have no negative complaints. I pay my payments on time and i will continue to purchase from this dealership as long as they have the vehicle i am interested in. I have read the reviews on here and all I can suggest is try it yourself and see .

My credit took a hit last year when I got divorced. They approved me with no questions asked on a nice fully loaded Camry. I got my monthly payments under $380 and I'll be paid out in about 2 years. Yes, the interest is a little higher than it would've been if I could get approved with a bank, but I am happy I got a nice car with payments I can afford. And Tim, the sales manager, and the whole staff were very friendly and made the process very easy. Thanks Good-Year Motors !
