I am a picky person I know exactly what I need and wanted and Sheldon was there every step of the way to help us find the right vehical he made sure to stay in my price range And never once asked me to go over it we don't have great credit and he was able get us off the lot in a car and the best part is he was honest about every vehical down sides and or mechanical problems,we love our new family vehical and are looking forward to many great adventures In it, thanks for all the help.

Easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule. Service staff knows me by my first name. They don't mind if I bring my Griffon Pointer in on a leash. The coupons were appreciated. Everything was explained to me and my old '92 F150 runs like a top. Thanks !

Several years ago I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus and have always had it serviced at Goode Motor. I rely upon the knowledge and experience of the technicians that take care of my car. When they do such they are taking care of ME as well.I have always been treated well when I am at the dealership..........However yesterday(March 16, 2015) was a little different. I felt really taken care of and the thoughtfulness and going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care made me feel like royalty. I expressed this to several of the gentlemen of how their customer care was fantastic and is not always available when shopping for most anything. I commend the quality of customer care that was given to me and will look forward to my next visit.Keep up the Great part of making customers feel extra-special...it goes a long way!Thank You,Debbie Searle

Mike was very helpful, professional, and supportive. His reassurance that he could get the job done for half what I was expecting by repairing instead of replacing was a a tremendous relief. I was very pleased with the job done but more so with Mike, in Collision Dept, for his kind and accommodating actions toward me. I had never met Mike before but he immediately put me at ease and guided me in what my vehicle needed to have done. He went the extra mile for me and I appreciated it.

We have purchased our last 5 vehicles from Goode so when we wanted to get a new car of course we purchased our new 2014 Ford Fusion from Goode Motor. My mom started originally taking with Mike Masoner. I showed up on the overland site and actually would have walked with the first dealer that I started working with. When I showed back up, Mike greeted me and said I had been looking for him. Mike was straight up front, honest, funny, and down to earth. He went out of his way to go to Twin Falls to drive a vehicle back for me. I ended up purchasing that vehicle and right now I'm very happy.

Your staff is very courteous and helpful. When I need a ride to an appointment or a car to use while my care is being serviced, they are very quick to take me where I need to go and then pick me up when I am finished. The waiting room is clean and pleasant if I have to wait.The only thing I don't like is the large paper left on the drivers side floor, that I have to find a place to dispose of, when I return to my car.

Very Friendly people with a good deal. Willing to do things other dealerships wouldn't to make a deal work out. Honest and quick, with paperwork. Graydon ,Eric, and Ryan were excellent to work with, and made it a family friendly environment for our two children as well.

Looking for a good place to buy a car? Goode Motor is it!! I looked for a specific vehicle for 3 months in the Treasure Valley and the prices were all too high. Looking online, I found Good Motor and the vehicle I wanted. Through email and phone calls I was very impressed with the service. I decided it was worth my time to drive (and take a day off work) to go to Burley. Best decision ever! The vehicle we bought was in excellent condition and the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend buying from Goode Motor.

I have purchased at least 8 vehicles from Goode Motor over the years. They are the only dealership that I would even consider purchasing from. They are honest people; they work hard to earn your business; they have always given us a great price. There's nothing like buying from the local, home-town dealership. Was in the market specifically for a 96 Ford Bronco to buy as a 3rd vehicle. Found the vehicle I wanted at Goode Ford. Dealt with Graydon. Nice guy and very forthcoming with info about the vehicle. Purchased it over the phone and arranged to meet him in Wells, NV on a certain day to pick it up. I was 20 minutes late but it turned out that he was about 30 minutes early! At any rate, signed all the paperwork and was on my way in about 20 minutes! Many thanks Graydon!!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer out of state. After dealing with several bad dealerships in my own state I found the car I was looking for online but it was 8 1/2 hours away. I contacted Graydon at Goode Motor, Inc and he went above and beyond to get me this car. Even to the point of delivering it to my front door when a trip to meet half way fell through due to unexpected road closures. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Don't let distance from the dealership sway you. These guys will take care of you. Top notch AAA+++ service.
