CROOKS!!!! These guys don’t know how to do math correctly and will do anything to make you feel good about yourself and get you out of the door ASAP! Especially the sales manager and Kevin in financing department. They need to go back to school and learn some ethics!

I shopped around for a truck and honestly began to get tired of the run around I was receiving everywhere. Just so happened to find a truck I really liked on Goode's website and Jodie called me right away to answer any questions I had. I like it when I can tell someone what I am looking for and how much I want to spend and they come back even better then what I expected. Jodie did a fantastic job as my salesperson and Paul was up front and honest with me when it came to the financing part. Very satisfied and would recommend to everyone, in fact it just so happened that my wife was looking as well and decided to buy from Jodie the day after I bought my truck we were so happy with the service. Keep up the good work!

I'd like to say I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Goode Motor. From the service dept.to the sales dept. Always friendly and willing to do what they can to be of service. Tyson Germann was extremely helpful in the service dept. He then moved into sales and is very knowledgeable about the cars inside and out. Quite nice if you have questions relating to the mechanics of the vehicle. I would definitely use this dealership in the future.

Had tire pressure sensor problems driving all day. Instead of charging me for a new sensor like all the other places I stopped tried to, they reset them for free and the issue went away. They also did it in a hurry and did not charge me. Thank you.

I have several years of experience with this dealership with a couple of vehicles. The service is quite poor to be honest and extremely disappointing to me. You would be much better off going to a local mechanic for repairs/oil changes. I had my pickup tuned up and afterword it drove worse and I had to take it back in because they tore an air hose and they wanted me to buy an expensive part. They also did not provide all of the services included in their goode care program. No wash or tire rotation, just an oil change sticker. The Twin Falls Goode is much better.

I drove 300 miles too get my JEEP LIBERTY SPORT that I feel in love from a minute I saw it online ...my sales lady JULIE HAMBLING worked very hard to get me into vehicle within 5 hours my credit was reviewed ....those who owned business understand that people are not in business to work for peanuts ...I have no complain but best to say about this dealership ...I sold cars in 80s and I was pushy sales person alike most car sales people ...but at this dealership I felt at ease and felt welcomed ....What ever Julie told me from git go it was truth to the minute I drove off vehicle from their lot .... If you are in a market for nice clean car reasonable priced give Julie call .....she is wonderful person..I would buy it again

I purchased a brand new Ford Fusion. I have been shopping for months and finally narrowed down to a fusion. I came across Good Motor Ford on the Internet and Julie was the best sales person I have dealt with. She was kind, energetic, honest and kept me informed constantly. It felt like I was important even though I wasn't buying a 60000 dollar vehicle. Signing was smooth sailing. They gave me everything I was promised. I am a picky person I know exactly what I need and wanted and Sheldon was there every step of the way to help us find the right vehical he made sure to stay in my price range And never once asked me to go over it we don't have great credit and he was able get us off the lot in a car and the best part is he was honest about every vehical down sides and or mechanical problems,we love our new family vehical and are looking forward to many great adventures In it, thanks for all the help.

Easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule. Service staff knows me by my first name. They don't mind if I bring my Griffon Pointer in on a leash. The coupons were appreciated. Everything was explained to me and my old '92 F150 runs like a top. Thanks !

Several years ago I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus and have always had it serviced at Goode Motor. I rely upon the knowledge and experience of the technicians that take care of my car. When they do such they are taking care of ME as well.I have always been treated well when I am at the dealership..........However yesterday(March 16, 2015) was a little different. I felt really taken care of and the thoughtfulness and going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care made me feel like royalty. I expressed this to several of the gentlemen of how their customer care was fantastic and is not always available when shopping for most anything. Mike was very helpful, professional, and supportive. His reassurance that he could get the job done for half what I was expecting by repairing instead of replacing was a a tremendous relief. I was very pleased with the job done but more so with Mike, in Collision Dept, for his kind and accommodating actions toward me. I had never met Mike before but he immediately put me at ease and guided me in what my vehicle needed to have done. He went the extra mile for me and I appreciated it.

My mom started originally taking with Mike Masoner. I showed up on the overland site and actually would have walked with the first dealer that I started working with. When I showed back up, Mike greeted me and said I had been looking for him. Mike was straight up front, honest, funny, and down to earth. He went out of his way to go to Twin Falls to drive a vehicle back for me. I ended up purchasing that vehicle and right now I'm very happy.

Your staff is very courteous and helpful. When I need a ride to an appointment or a car to use while my care is being serviced, they are very quick to take me where I need to go and then pick me up when I am finished. The waiting room is clean and pleasant if I have to wait.The only thing I don't like is the large paper left on the drivers side floor, that I have to find a place to dispose of, when I return to my car.

Looking for a good place to buy a car? Goode Motor is it!! I looked for a specific vehicle for 3 months in the Treasure Valley and the prices were all too high. Looking online, I found Good Motor and the vehicle I wanted. Through email and phone calls I was very impressed with the service. I decided it was worth my time to drive (and take a day off work) to go to Burley. Best decision ever! The vehicle we bought was in excellent condition and the customer service was amazing. Was in the market specifically for a 96 Ford Bronco to buy as a 3rd vehicle. Found the vehicle I wanted at Goode Ford. Dealt with Graydon. Nice guy and very forthcoming with info about the vehicle. Purchased it over the phone and arranged to meet him in Wells, NV on a certain day to pick it up. I was 20 minutes late but it turned out that he was about 30 minutes early!
