I have been in the market for a new or certified Ford F-150 for the past several weeks. On Saturday I was ready to purchase a new one from my local dealer in Cedar Rapids. But something was off. The sales, finances and used car guys were changing the deal with my trade and accessories so I walked out. I went on Cars.com and found a similar truck with only 8,000 miles and certified at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend. I struck GOLD. Internet sales associate were helpful and answered all my questions when I called. I made a reasonable offer and they accepted. I sent them my trade evaluation from Zimmerman and they matched it. I offered to put down a deposit and they said my word was good enough (WOW, who does that anymore?). I drove 4+ hours on Monday and meet with the gentleman who would delivery my Truck. Nice guy, knowledgeable and only interest was my buying experience. Used Sales guy honored the trade, Finance guy got me a better rate than expected and the Service Manager was a really nice person. I spoke with another Sales associate about Truck accessories and she gave me some really good advise. Only bummer of the whole deal was Goride Boucher Ford had a promotion to spin a wheel for gifts, but that was only for new car buyers. Next time I'm buying new from Gordie, good people and maybe I can win the 55 inch Smart TV next time.

This was a great car buying experience. This was the first time I had been to the dealership, but was treated as if we were all old friends. I spent quite some time trying to find the perfect used BWM, and I had several very bad experiences at some dealerships along the way. Thankfully I finally found the car that I really wanted at Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln in West Bend, WI. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gregg Kuehl (sales consultant) and Tim Heim (used car sales manager), and from the very second I stepped in the doors I was extremely comfortable. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable, and Gregg and Tim were absolutely awesome to work with! We got to within $150 of my "out-the-door" offer, and I agreed to buy the car within only about an hour of arriving there. My overall experience at Gordie Boucher was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend that you check them out if you're in the market for a new/used car. The dealership in general provided excellent service. The finance department exceeded my wildest expectations. The personal service from the salesman I worked with was spectacular. I received exactly what I wanted was never bothered by trying to talk me into something other than what I wanted, Mary Manders in the finance department went above and beyond your typical finance person. Eugene Sanchez catered to my every need and made me feel at ease. Both treated me with respect and made me feel as if I was dealing with old friends. Out of the several cars I have bought over the past 35 years this was by far the best I have felt after leaving the dealership. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new or used car. Also the prices were far better than any other dealer and I searched them all $7000.00 less than any dealer near me in Madison for the same exact truck.

Started with Internet Sales, found the truck I wanted on the dealer web page. We were looking for a truck for three months with a five hundred mile radius of are home and Geordie Boucher ford was by far the cheapest in the area. We ended up buying a new f250 diesel but not the one we originally went to look at because they pointed us a much better direction that fit all of are needs. Our overall experience was positive, our sales person, Michael Nurnberg, was exceptional. My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive vehicle, one teenage driver, so we wanted something reliable, but not too upsetting if it gets dented. Michael was very accommodating. It was very cold out, he had all the cars we wanted to test drive warmed up and waiting for us. Due to the cold we test drove more cars than we may have needed to just so we could be warmer. In the end we bought a car at the higher end of our budget, that we probably would have looked past, but they warmed it up for us and we were sold as soon as we test drove it. Michael did not suggest it to us, as it was just over our budget and we were very insistent on staying in budget, but he got it started for us as soon as we mentioned we might like to check it out, even though we did not want to buy it. We took the car home to have our mechanic check it out. The dealership was courteous and helpful even though they knew we were checking out other car dealerships that day. In the end Michael's salesmanship won us over. We never even test drove cars at the other dealers. My thanks to Gordie Boucher and Michael for being so helpful, we will definitely go back.

Tom sent me via internet different choices I had in what I was searching for and came up with one from their West Allis dealership. Amanda Lewis who I worked with brought the car over from West Allis for me to see and test drive to their West Bend location. After all was said and done, I walked out with my MKZ and love it so far. Best experience I have had so far looking for a car at different dealerships and getting a total run around except for Gordie Boucher. If your looking for a car whether new or used, I would recommend you stop there first.

Having driven over 200 miles to test a used Toyota, my experience was mixed. Very friendly staff in person, and the internet contact person. While test driving the vehicle, I remarked to the salesperson in the back seat that the brake pedal went to the floor and something was not right. No comment from sales person. Upon returning to the dealership I felt the price offered was reasonable for the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Throughout negotiations and finance work, I forgot to again mention the brake problem. BIG mistake.While dealing with the financing associate, I too, was presented with various payment options that ALL included an extended warranty of some sort. I was never presented with a payment option that did not include some sort of extended warranty. I chose the least expensive option. As an indication of how subtle (devious?) this presentation was, I have not purchased an extended warranty on a vehicle (or any big-ticket item) in over 40 years. I walked away with an extended warranty! I definitely accept partial responsibility for this lapse.Over the next couple of days, and extremely careful examination of the warranty contract, I discovered the price of monthly payments without any extended warranty. This was not easy to find, and NEVER mentioned by the finance person. I promptly cancelled the extended warranty (still waiting for the notification of cancellation/refund - a little over six weeks ago.

September 2014. Had an engine oil leak, brought it to Gordie Boucher in West Bend. The engine is a year old, and has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty on it. It took THREE visits (in a 10 day period of time) for them to finally fix the leak, as each time they seemed more interested in finding "if the warranty would cover it" than actually fixing the leak correctly. My son told them the first visit where the leak was coming from, as since it was under Ford warranty, they should fix it. When I got the car back this last time, the check engine light was on and it shifted horribly (which it has never done). Upon taking it back to them, the same technician that worked on it the previous times said it was a transmission shift solenoid that would cost $500 to repair, because it was such a "big job to do". I don't know the technician's name, but was told numerous time that he was experienced and knowledgeable. Hmmm.....My son bought a $50 transmission shift solenoid at AutoZone, and transmission fluid. Within 15 MINUTES he had drained the transmission fluid, taken the old solenoid out, put new solenoid in and put new transmission fluid back in the car. Runs like a charm!GORDIE BOUCHER SERVICE DEPT WANTED $500 TO DO THIS! My son did it for $70. I won't go back to them again for any reason, nor do I recommend them. Also, beware the Ford warranty, as it "changes", as we were told. Nice job Ford.

My company bought a work truck through these guys yesterday (06/11/2014). They installed after market power windows. My company paid for the truck to come with that feature from the factory. The wiring job that the technicians did was an absolute nightmare. They didnt even run the wiring through the right hole. Instead the ran through the bolt hole for the mirror. Now the wiring gets shut in the door every time you close the door. They even wired the passenger side reversed, so up is down and down is up. As for the key fob. We paid for Mykey and didn't receive it. Instead we got a regular key fob. The key fob that we have barely works. When it actually does work. The doors unlock and within a second or two the door automatically locks again. When you unlock the door with the key. You have to hold the key at the unlock position otherwise is locks again. I'm guessing all the locking issues are due to the terrible wiring job.

They really work to get you the best financing, I got 2.9% which I fine with, but when I got in to sign the paperwork they said they found me 2.84% instead! All employees are professional and educated about their product, without being your typical car salesman that pushes you around. I worked with Troy Ellis, Dave Brooks, Rebecca Minor, & Torre Zweifel, and they were all great to work with. I love my new 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE, great quality car and I'm already getting 44.5 MPG and the engine isn't even broken in yet! I would buy from again!

Bought a vw passat from Gordie Boucher Lincoln in Milwaukee, under 65,000 miles. Good buying experience and all used cars receive a coupon book for a year worth of services. I was told Gordie Boucher west bend should have no problems servicing the car for me. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, told the service worker the specifics of the car and that it needed full synthetic oil. He said no problem we will have everything ready for you. Day of service, I brought the car in and explained to Zarling that I had the used car purchase coupon book and that my car needed full synthetic oil. He first said that I was incorrect and that he would not honor the coupons. I told him that he needs to call the Milwaukee dealership and get this straightened out. He came back and said he would honor their word and service my car. I again explained that my car needed full synthetic oil. He said the mechanic would take care of everything. They took my car back and started working on it. 45 minutes later, Zarling came out to explain that my car did in fact take full synthetic oil but they do not have the oil here. I told him that I explained this on the phone when I scheduled the service. He apologized, but since they had already drained the oil, I had to wait for someone to bring the right oil. The service took over 3 hours, for a simple OIL CHANGE! I asked him if the mechanics would be able to complete the oil change again. He said yes, they just did not have the right oil and that they noted that my car needed full synthetic oil. So I took it back for the second oil change. I again called for an appointment, explained the car specifics, and the issues we ran into last time. The service worker promised they had the right equipment and oil and that they were professionals. The service and future services still took over 2 hours every time. I had the car for about a year and a half and had problems with it after about a year. There was severe engine corrosion (signifying that they either put in the wrong oil or did not understand how to service the car) and at a year and a half the computer in the car started to crash. They treated me as though I was incompetent and did not understand how my own car works. They were rude and rarely apologized for their mistakes. I have family that have had poor buying and servicing issues with Gordie Boucher West Bend before, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot into this dealership for anything.

I've had some sketchy experiences with dealerships in the past and was hesitant to turn to one for a vehicle. After some extensive research, however, I narrowed down a selection of a couple that I felt I would buy from if a decent car turned up. Fortunately for me, a car turned up on Boucher's website so we stopped in. The sales staff was incredibly friendly without being overbearing. While I expected a price inflation, I came away with the Ford Explorer we looked at for a price I can respect. A nice touch was the general manager coming out to meet us before we left and telling us a little about the car (as it was bought and cared for throughout it's lifetime). Would absolutely buy my next car from Boucher Ford!

My experience at Gordie Boucher West Bend was a mixed bag. Positives were my salesperson, Shaya Leamon was terrific and went above & beyond to insure my questions were answered. She stayed past closing to take me through the operations such as the In Touch programming with my new car. The other major positive was the inventory. I drove the 80 miles to this dealership because they had inventory of the Ford Focus ST which was in thin supply in the Fox Valley where I live.Negatives were the hard sell on the exterior/interior treatment and the extended warranty. The extended warranty pitch came during the financing portion of my transaction. My payment options were laid out with various extended warranties included. I consider this borderline unethical as I could have easily signed up for an extended warranty I didn't want. Lastly the internet price was based on taking Ford financing at a rate well above market (over 6%) which essentially increased the price of the car. In the end I got the car I wanted at an OK price but I felt like I have to fight every step of the way. If the locals get the same treatment I'd be surprised to see them return for their next purchase.

Rodney was very enjoyable to work with and I would recommend anyone to him for a new vehicle purchase.. My issue was that I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting most of the time for the new car manager or finance manager to work thru the process. Rodney kept apologizing for delay and was very courteous and proffesional, but other people who were responsible for the delay never really explained nor offered anything to me for my long wait.

My wife and I generally lease as our first option. This time, we were looking for a specific used vehicle and happened to locate one at Gordie Boucher. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greated by our Sales person Harry Lakric. It was clear from the beginning that Harry's main object was to get us into the vehicle we wanted, in the price range we needed to be in. While he did offer some other options for us, he never made us feel pressured into purchasing any vehicle other than the one we were looking at. He was very well informed in all aspects of the process. We are very pleased with our new "used" vehicle and would most certainly recommend Harry, as well as the dealership. Last year we purchased a new explorer and had a great expirence at this dealership. During a recent blizzard I totaled out our 2010 F-150 and was in the market for a new one. From our previous purchase we returned to this dealership to shop for a replacement. Upon arriving we were treated as family and valued customers While shopping for a new one our salesmen, Joey Brasted showed us a a excellent replacement for my 2010 Lariet F-150. It was a used 2010 F-150 FX4 that had the same features as my Lariet and was offered the Carfax and information on this local trade. The internet price was right in line with what was settled with our insurance on the Lariet. The FX4 is eligible for Ford's Prefered Used Car warrenty of 7 years and 100,000 miles on the powertrain which is piece of mind. In the finance stage we were offered an extended warrenty that met our needs with no pressure to upgrade to unneeded options. The finance rep set us up with an excellent interest rate with Ford credit due to being a Ford Preferred used vehicle. The dealership worked with us to finalize the deal with the understanding of finacial issues with delays in receiving the payoff from the insurance company.

The internet department at this delearship did an amazing job at finding my family the right vehicle. Once we had an agreed price and options that I was looking for they were quick to find and procure it. This meant that they had to go over to another state and get it for me with a very tight time line. I was prepairing to redeploy and only had a couple of days. Once I arrived they had everything lined up and ready for me to go. In and out of the door was about 3 hours. This included showing me all of the functions of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the state, and further more anyone who likes that warm and cozy feeling of knowing that the dealer will be there in the event something goes wrong.

I was looking to upgrade to a new vehicle because my husband and I are planning on retiring in 3 years and wanted something that would be reliable for us to take trips with and still give us 4 WD and good gas mileage. We choose a Ford Escape because of the hands free tail gate lift and keyless start and entry. We had to opportunity to work with Raymond Cyrus who took the extra time to understand what I wanted on this Escape. He was easy to talk too and work with. After we got our Escape he also showed us all the features it has and how they work. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and then some.

Troy was very professional and considerate of our time and budget. At no point did I ever feel I was pressured into a vehicle I did not want, nor a deal that I didn't believe was fair. When the decision was made to purchase a 2013 Ford Focus S, the process was smooth and everything was explained in detail. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was clean, full of fuel and Troy explained all the details of the car. Car buying IS stressful regardless where you go, but Troy and the entire Dealership made the process much easier and a comfortable experience.

Prior to test driving the Explorer, I had my mind fairly set on an Acadia. I did a lot of research online and drove an Acadia and loved it. However, I still wanted to ensure I ruled out the explorer. I was a little taken aback when I couldn't find a 2012, as that's the year I was looking at with the Acadia in hopes of getting a fair price. I ended up at Gordie Boucher in West Bend after finding an interesting Explorer online. Tom called me right away and we set up an appt. When I arrived (a day early) he set me up with Jon Caves. Jon took us on a test drive of the explorer and explained it in great detail. I left that evening, extremely intrigued with the Explorer. To be fair, I drove the Acadia again the next day. It didn't even compare. I was able to get the seat up much higher in the Explorer-nice for short people. And the amenities and services offered in the XLT Explorer are better than the Denali Acadia. The Acadia was more expensive and offered less. I called Jon and left a message to see if he could find me a certain color Explorer. He did a great job and called me immediately when he found out one had been delivered that day. I checked it out and bought a 2013 with 3.5 miles on it. The price they offered for my Pacifica was very fair and the discount for the military was great. Jon was honest, upfront, and very accomodating. He worked hard for our sale. In fact, all the staff was great and very friendly. The woman at the front desk was telling us about her mom's Explorer and how much she loved it. And Tim, the finance guy, was very friendly and helpful. He got us a great interest rate and worked hard for us as well. I've never purchased a brand new vehicle before, and expected it to be much worse than it was. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and would highly recommend the Gordie Boucher Ford dealership in West Bend.

The whole deal took too long. Every 30 minutes the sales guy would tell us only about an hour longer. Six and a half hours later the deal was done. We were given the vehicle outside in a dim parking lot. Raining and dark so we didn't notice how dirty the truck was. Drove home and the next morning we noticed multiple scatches on the door. The dealership didn't want to here about it and said we had no recourse because we accepted the vehicle. This is supposed to be a NEW F150. My local body shop made it look better but not great. We were from appleton and the sales guy doesn't seem to expect repeat business. Customer service terrible, so I hope I never break down.

Our experience with Eugene Sanchez was very enjoyable and he truly had our best interest at heart and wanted to get us the vehicle with the specific options that we requested. We were customers who knew what they wanted in a vehicle and were willing to work with the dealership to located that vehicle. The over-all experience did leave me with the impression that the managers to need to communnicate better with the sales people who are ultimately dealing one on one with me, the customer. I did feel as if the my vehicle purchase was pushed through to meet the end of the month sales numbers and I will keep in mind not to buy a car during the last week of the month in the future. It was a very good thing my husband stopped in earlier in the day to check the car over and noted the wheels were not what we wanted and not what we would purchase. Boucher did get that taken care of which is greately appreciated, but again, communication is key. If I had showed up that same day at the scheduled time and the wheels were wrong, there would not have been a car purchased that day. Keep in mind that there are hundreds of other Ford Dealerships in the state of Wisconsin. That being said it is very nice and convenient dealing with a local dealership where I know my needs will be met. I do feel as if I have made a new friend in Eugene and look forward to future interaction with him. Thank you for coming through with the exact car that I specified. Love my new 2012 Focus and look forward to having my vehicle serviced at Boucher Ford!!!Mucho Gracias Eugene for all that you did for us!!!
