Great Experience. We have been looking for awhile and finally the right deal came along. I would highly recommend Gordie Boucher to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. They listen to your needs (wants) and do everything possible to make you happy! Thanks Gordie Boucher Ford! Just bought another vehicle from this place...great experience all the way around. However...service after the sale is HORRIBLE!! The say you need to be on time for your appointment, and then when we got there the were running 45 minutes behind!! Why not call and let us know they were running late? What is the point of an appointment that you can't even be a minute late for if they are running late. Very frustrating. Plus they tried to get my wife to pay for a bunch of unnecessary services. Weird how this doesn't happen when I bring the truck in. buyer beware. There is horrible service after the sale...and they claim to ride with you every mile...

Every staff member is knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Purchasing my last vehicle from them was my 1st pleasant car purchasing experience. Shout out to the staff and management. An added bonus was a thank you package sent to my house with cookies (that my kids enjoyed… and yes, warm them up) & a coffee mug.

Working with Chris Hayman was a genuine pleasure. Not only did he listen to what would be a dream car for my son but he delivered! The first car was perfect and my son absolutely loves it. This was honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not to much back and forth before a deal was made and we were in and out in a couple of hours. We saved thousands over the other dealer we originally were going to before we went here. Tristan Cairo did a great job moving things forward. I'm sure someday we will be in there again. My service advisor Bradford was amazing!! He walked me through everything. He took his time going through tires and showing me what each of the symbols stand for. The day of the installment of tires he kept me updates. The mechanic check to see if I needed an alignment. The advisor and the mechanic Charlie were both amazing!! I suggest if you need help to ask for Bradford and ask for Charlie to help you and to work on you car or truck!
