My car was towed in with a problem of the engine died and would not start. There was a noise before it stopped. George was the first advisor who actually communicated with me but after he took over after about 3 weeks of waiting, things began to move. This turned out to be a very good experience. He kept me informed as to the status and informed me when the warranty motor replacement was on it's way. Once the motor was received it was a quick project and I am thrilled to have my Santa fe back. Thanks for great service.

Ask for Christy at Covington Pike Gossett. She is awesome and honest!!!! I had a salesperson from another care dealership tell me that I was driving a $70,000 vehicle...…guess what I paid no where near that at Gossett!!!! thanks Gossett for making my car buying experience painless!!!!

Sounds about like how my service went at wolfchase hyundai. Took my veloster up there because it was making a small noise. Was told before it even went back that there were recalls on my car. Don't get a call till about 3 days later after I had called multiple times. Finally when I get the call back I was told. "One of our service men were test driving your car and the transmission went out completely." Though warranty was going to do something since I had the car only a month and haven't even drove it 1,000 miles but no the fought hyundai and me. Was cursed and be littled and all hyundai would say because it is there job to do what the warranty company wants is " you call your warranty company and see what they say " needless to say my car is sitting in my driveway and still won't go into forward or revers

The dealership provides me with fast friendly service. I love my car it's blue which is my favorite because I go to the U of M and it screams Tiger Pride. The Hyundai Accent is small just the right size to accommodate myself and my son. I am so happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Marcus greeted us in a timely manner, and was very helpful. He walked the lot with me several times while I made my decision. I would buy a car from him again. The only thing that disappointed me was that no one in the dealership mentioned that active duty military doesn't pay sales tax in TN. My fiance is active duty, and we shared that information with Marcus and the fiance adviser (who was retired military!) It would have been very nice as we would have saved about $2,600. It would have been a step above and beyond.

The finance man charged me for Gap Insurance. The price was $850.00. I did not want this and was not told it was added. He steered me away from that side of form and kept telling me where to sign. I noticed this when I got home. I went there the next morning and he took it off, lowering my note $23.00 per month. I also think that it is ridiculous that you charge almost $500.00 for a processing fee, plus the interest you pay on the 500.00 for 6 years.

"The Dealership was overall good but my problem is that when Hyundai advertises something on TV the dealership should be giving those deals straightaway and not try to sell you at a much higher price because then the advertisement becomes ""misleading to the consumer"". Other than the paperwork, it should be very straightforward to buy a car and not a tedious haggling process. These days consumers are very aware and the dealerships should acknowledge that."

Poor facility and property conditions.Sales manager was a typical salesman.With today's technology providing vehicle information and price comparisons the buying process should streamlined and minimal time spent in dealership awaiting salesperson to carry respective offers back nforth. And then waiting on transaction to conclude.Pros. We did spend an average price for vehicle.For that reason alone I might return in future.

David Craig worked with me to replace a 2015 vehicle that was totaled in a wreck. He went out of his way to help me find a car that I wanted and made several trips to make sure it was at the dealership when I arrived. He also took time to bring me paperwork at my work site and explained the operation of the car systems. He was very friendly and helpful through the purchasing process. I had an excellent experience in buying my Hyundai Accent at Gossett Hyundai on Covington Pike. From the time I arrived I was greeted promptly, asked what it was that I was looking for in a car, new or pre-owned, and what all I was wanting in about my price range. I had a lengthy test drive to get acquainted with the vehicle after getting to choose the color of the car I was interested in. The drive was enough for me to know that I like how the car feels and that it's what I was looking for. During purchase, I loved how straightforward the process was in going through pricing quotes, the appraisal of my trade in, and so forth. It was prompt, with no delays, and my salesman was upbeat and friendly throughout the entire process. Beyond this, when I got to financing, the dealer manager congratulated me on my new purchase, and the finance department official I dealt with got me through the slew of the paperwork with ease, explaining in a timely manner, all of my options on payments, warranty, and what I was signing as well. I loved this experience and have recommended to my co-workers, who are currently looking for new cars, that they look at this dealership.
