Excellent , fast service without being pushed into buying a half dozen other things when you only wanted an oil change. I used to dread having to take the cars in for service knowing they were gonna stand at the window explaining the entire time that I'm there that I need this and that done. Being informed is good but not when its pushed down your throat the entire time your there. GRAFF is the total opposite and the price is the BEST anywhere. The guys are so friendly.

Had a decent selection of vehicles in good condition at fair prices. My salesman Adam was eager to help if asked and was not overbearing trying to make the sale. He showed me the various options that were available in my price range and let me look while he waited patiently. They were very good in offering financing and explaining everything. I would recommend to a friend.

Troy was my salesman and he was a joy to work with. Very nice I did not have to barter with him at all. I was previously did my business with Burt Watson but always had to barter with them. It wasn’t the best price guaranteed every time. I did not like that. I met Troy earlier this summer when I was getting an oil change at your facility. We chatted gave him an idea of what I was looking to get and he reached out to me later on for a lease pull ahead. I do my research and know what a good deal is and what isn’t. He came back with the best. I was so happy with it and he will forever have our business from here on out. I will also direct any of my friends and family to him. Awesome job Troy.

Everyone at Graff was friendly, helpful and made my car-buying experience a walk-in-the-park I'll gladly do again with them in three years - when my lease is up. My sales professional, Marc Wagner, explained the benefits of different lease terms & showed me where the option I was leaning towards was going to cost me more money. I will recommend him to my friends. I would have a hard time finding a sales professional at Graff that I wouldn't recommend. I was given helpful advice from many of them as I made my decisions. This is the most awful service department ever! They schedule an appointment and leave your vehicle on the hoist and not a service person around, then if you ask what's taking so long to do a simple job of changing a filter they tell you they are slammed! Why make an appointments if your going to sit for hours waiting. Second time this happened, never again. Will NOT recommend to anyone. Maybe you need some service department training.

Dana our sales person was incredibly helpful and attentive! After going to 4 different dealerships (including another GM dealership) she was by far the most helpful and actually listened to what I wanted. The amount of time to actually sign the paper work, after working with Dana (even though things were filled out earlier in the day) seemed to be excessive compaired to other experiences buying or leasing a car. Hopefully this was just a fluke. We will be back to Graff.

The oil change went well but there was a small issue with the battery. The tech did not realize the battery was in the floor of the backseat and neither did I. With car seats it was kind of a pain to check the levels of the battery but we were able to do it.

My wife and I came in just to look and get some prices on a new Tahoe. While walking in, our salesman opened the door for us and was so easy to work with right from the beginning. After a few questions, Bob asked if we wanted to take one for a test drive. The Tahoe he brought around was gorgeous and during the test drive Bob was so helpful with all our questions. We came back and the rest is history. We had such a wonderful experience and couldn't thank Bob enough for being so helpful. We even got to meet everyone in the office while paper work was being filled out.

I think Marc did a great job during the whole process. I think opportunities for improvement would be making sure your online information matches the vehicle when it comes to price and options that are on the vehicle. 1. It didn't state anywhere online that the custom paint was an additional cost on the vehicle. 2. The custom rims that were shown on the vehicle online were changed out for pricing reasons, however I didn't happen to notice until after the transaction. I'm ultimately happy with my purchase and look forward to enjoying my new truck. I was also happy with the fair trade in price offered for my vehicle.

My engine light was on. On Star did a diagnostic test and said it was the fuel management system. Your technician could find nothing wrong when you did your diagnostic test. The technician checked several things and said the oil was a quart and one half low. We decided to do the oil change and my total was over $200.

Was early for appointment for an oil change. I was greeted immediately and was told no problem. While checking VIN# it was noted there was a recall check, it was taken care of and while there I asked what I could use to remove an unknown substance from my car. It was not only removed by the great staff, they ran it through the car wash. Great service department.

The service department screwed up from start to finish with my vehicle.I had it towed to the lot where they promptly LOST it and left the keys in the car even after I had called (phone records) to make sure that they knew the car was there for service and why. I left my car in their care never knowing that it was not being worked on and not even secure. Three days later, when I had been assured that the car would be done, is when I found out what happened. They were proud of themselves that they had found my vehicle. I was told that the towing company was at fault, then I was told that it must have been my fault for not calling. They were condescending and unwilling to figure out when my car would even be fixed since it's "the weekend" and "we have appointments for a reason". Their solution was to give me a "free loaner" and that was the best they could do. Of course I still need to pay for the gas.Bottom line is - I do not recommend the service department and even though I still have free oil changes I won't be back for that. I've lost all trust with this portion of the company. Sales department however, are completely fantastic.

I brought my Equinox in for a "Reduced Power" message resulting in reduced power to the vehicle eliminating the power to accelerate or maintain speed. The technicians were not able to duplicate the problem so were not able to remedy the problem. This has occurred eight times in the almost two years I have had the vehicle. Adam Whiteherse explained the situation to me and if it occurred again that I should get the vehicle in immediately. It has been five days since the vehicle was looked at and it seems to be shifting and running like it should. I feel that maybe they did not install any new parts but they must have tweaked the system somehow.

As always the employees of Graff Chevrolet welcomed me and treated me with the upmost respect throughout the servicing of my vehicle. Unfortunately the replacement of wiper blades and the checking of my air conditioner required a much longer wait than anticipated by me and the dealership. Shane Strauss was especially understanding of the situation regarding the lengthy wait and then the need for leaving the car. He asked several times if I would like a ride or if I needed anything. Tracking down the cause of the poor cooling of my air conditioner required me to leave the car to see what they were up against. They found a faulty tube that ran the length of the car and this would be quite costly. They told me they were checking with GM to see if they could assist with the bill. I was very pleased that GM came through offering to pay a goodly portion of the repair. I am deeply grateful to Graff and GM for working together for a better than expected outcome. I was especially pleased inasmuch as my car had just exceeded the mileage and the time limit of the GM Warranty.Thank you Graff and GM for making my day!Burt Fettig

I didn't have a bad experience at all when getting my oil changed. What I question is why is it listed that things were doing during the visit that clearly weren't? I find it misleading.- Check Tire Air Pressure- Fill Windshield Washer FluidI'm not upset that these weren't performed, but I don't think that saying something was done when it's so easy to know that it wasn't (I was in the vehicle).

I had an appointment for a recall to be fixed. I also asked to fix my blinker. The man told me it would cost about $32. They were kind enough to take me home as it would be a 4 hour repair. I waited all day for a call & a ride to get it. I received a call after dark to pick it up. I said I don't know anyone to drive me there. With my old eyes, I knew I shouldn't drive in the dark. A bus picked me up. My blinker wasn't fixed for $32. That's what it cost to look at the blinker. The inside of my car was messed up and all my change in the car stolen. I am not happy with my experience and don't plan to return.

Everybody very helpful---2013 Chevy Spark is an excellent automobile with one draw back:) On four door; back set of doors has an excellent set of "recessed door handles"; Which however unfortunate; cause a natural "Blind spot" difficulty backing out of "Angle parking" and almost ran over a customer at "Eatery" because I couldn't see gentleman standing behind his vehicle, lucky for me, the "Customer at this eatery was waiting for me to back out until he crossed to the restaurant:( Enjoy the "recessed high door handles", but they need to be lowered---passing; In a two lane situation is also difficult with the natural "blind spot" created by these "High recessed back door handles":( I really enjoy, the floor shift & high mileage, not too mention all the bells & whistles:) Copy to Mary Barra; New GM CEO-Please:)

I came to Graff's looking for a used car and dropped by the Used Car offices. It was a very cold day and as I walked up the sidewalk to the door, a salesperson was waiting for me, holding the door open--a nice welcoming touch right at the beginning of my visit. The salesman was Craig Westenburg who is a fairly casual fellow--not high pressure, and there were times it felt like I was talking to the neighbor instead of someone who was trying to sell me a car. He has a low key approach which I found appealing. My second visit to Graff was to discuss new cars, rather than used, and I asked for Craig again. The fact that he had been with Graff for a long time was comforting, and if he didn't always have the answers, he certainly knew who to approach to get them.When I called on the phone and had to leave a voicemail, Craig either responded immediately or if it was several hours later, was most apologetic for not calling sooner. He did not badger me with extra phone calls as I pondered what to do. All in all I liked his homespun approach and honesty, and would most certainly recommend him to anyone in search of a new or used car.

I'm not pleased with having to spend $335 on replacing the shifter on a car that isn't even 2 years old yet, with it not being covered by warranty (understanding that I'm past the bumper to bumper warranty mileage), but the work itself was fine. Other then the recall on my 2014 Silverado I had two complaints. One was the key and door chimes were to loud even after turning all the way down. Still to loud. Can this be fixed? The other was the sound of the turn signal relay, (to loud) can this be fixed by changing out the relay or something? Other then that my experience with Graff service has been nothing but excellent.

I am disappointed with my vehicle which has nothing to do with the staff. 200 miles on the equinox and it is in the shop, friday, saturday, sunday and now monday to have a new radio installed. Now they are ripping the dash apart..............frustrated!

Our salesperson, Marc Wagner, was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I did a lot of the legwork online, but when it was time to actually make the purchase, Marc was courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and communicative. He provided us with his cell phone number and between texting and email, much of the deal was made. 'Tis the modern times! The dealership itself is lovely and the process was simple, which is much appreciated. The car (2014 Traverse) is also fantastic and we are thrilled with our purchase.Overall, an exceptional experience. We tend to keep our cars for the long haul (our trade-in was 12 years old), so this process could have been very daunting for novices like us ... but it was just the opposite. Very happy and will definitely come back when it's time for another purchase.

Working with Marc W. was amazing. Great service & follow up. He found me the exact style of car I wanted and was able to make a deal to get the monthly payment in my budgeted range. Once the deal was complete he also made sure I had my phone sync'd to the car's Bluetooth before leaving the lot. I will definitely pass the word along that Marc & the others at Graff are the best to work with.

Renee called me and reminded me my lease was about up and December was a good time to look.I told her we wanted something easy to get in and out of , because my inlaws and mom are older,and great gas mileage . She suggested an equinox .also told me great rebates and was very sharp. Later that day drove through car lot ,saw it and loved it. Next day drove it home.

I was in for a noise coming from the dash. But it was not doing it all time. It was checked out but nothing was found. I was reassured that if this becomes a problem just bring it back. I know noises are hard to find if they are not there all the time. Thank you Taylor for your help.

Graff has been great!!! After I bought my trailblazer I love it!! The only thing I am frustrated with is the amount of money I had to put into it when i was assured that everything was fine when I bought it. But with that said, Everyone I have spoke with at Graff has been SO nice and I will do business with Graff in the future, I will just look closer at what I am buying better!! The staff at Graff and the work that has been done I cant complain at all!!! My only complaint would be that I was not expecting to put this kind of money into something that I have only had for a few months.

Their team has gone well above and beyond my expectations. They made it worth making the 100+ mile drive (They did offer to deliver my vehicle. But, I wanted to see the "Tall Ships" that were in the harbor that weekend.). At the end of the day, I felt that this dealership truly valued my business and they did everything I could have asked to get me into the vehicle I was looking for. I have gotten TWO "rewards" on the visits I have made to Graff since the purchase of my vehicle. During this latest visit I had gotten an oil change (at 5,000 miles)...got a HUGE surprise to find that Graff covers the first oil change on a new vehicle purchase!!!...Prior to that, I had brought my vehicle to get an oil change at 3,000 miles and was kindly informed that was no need due to the 5,000 mile threshold of the oil initially put into my new vehicle...The knowledge, kindness and sincerity of the employees at Graff is MUCH appreciated!!!

I was very interested in the Eco Cruze as I was searching for a new vehicle. Everyone at Graff was friendly and offered great customer service. I was able to test drive a Eco Cruze and get some questions answered about the vehicle after stopping in there after work. Bob and Seth made that possible even though it was close to closing time at the dealership. I really appreciated that. My husband called Graff the next morning to see if they could get the car that I wanted delivered to their lot since I had made my decision that this was the car I wanted to purchase. Scott kept in touch with us and was able to get my car within a few days. Scott was friendly and took the time to listen and fulfill our needs. Keep up the good customer service....I love my new car!

On September 29, 2011, I took my Pontiac Vibe in for oil change, tire rotation and 27-point inspection. I made an appointment for 3:00. I arrived at 2:45 and the oil change area and a backup of cars. A tech came out and I asked him what was going on with the line-up. He said the Happy Hour oil change was going on. I said does a 3:00 appt mean nothing then? He said no and pull around to the other door. So, I did and was directed to Greg and that he would take care of my oil change and tire rotation in area where they service the cars. I said I would return in 1 hour. After 1 hour, my car was sitting outside like it had been serviced. I went in to get the paperwork and was told that they only did the tire rotation and that the oil change was never done. I asked them to explain why. There was some mix-up apparently. I asked to speak to the service manager, Eric, and said this is the second time this has happened to me here. I was told that the service on my car was going to be completed within 1 hour and it was not completed. So, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the oil change. Eric was responsive to my concern and offered a free oil change as compensation for my inconvenience to be used in the future. I asked for his card and said I would be contacting him for my next service visit so I know I would be given the service I expect. I hope a future visit will meet my expectations because this is a convenient location between my work and home.
