This is literally the best dealership ever. The service center is amazing. I would love to give credit to Nick, Randall, Marcos, and Victor. They always help me out every time I go. I always leave with a smile on my face. They are good workers and great people. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing when it comes to customer service. Marcos L. is an amazing person!! He takes the time to help you and goes above and beyond expectations when it comes to service. Every time we come in he is very welcoming and explains exactly what is going on! Dan D. Is always so happy when you come in and is always willing to help and follows up with you through out the process. Definitely would recommend this place for its excellent customer service! Thank you Marcos and Dan for your patience, effort and time.

Great customer service! Everyone is friendly, precise and honest. They work around your schedule as best as they can! I worked with Danielle twice now and she was great! She was super accommodating. Randal is also very nice! Highly recommend if you need to get your car serviced.

Great place and experience. Was provided good detail on what was going on and my awesome service rep Randall went out of his way to look for coupons for me. Definitely better than Glen Cove Subaru place which always tells me the next appointment is two weeks away, was able to get an appointment next morning here which was pretty important since it was an engine problem. Overall would recommend Grand Prix Subaru for your Subaru needs.
