John elder was the best salesman I’ve ever had! His punctuality and overall attitude was phenomenal and a absolute pleasure to work with! We were very pleased and happy with our purchase! Highly recommend this young man! Happy friendly face! Will definitely use him for our next purchase!

The initial experience at the dealership was great. My initial salesperson, Eddie, is knowledgeable, assisted with all questions and was very professional. After agreeing to speak more about my trade in and purchasing the vehicle from the dealer, we ran into a bit of a wall, the sales manager. The conversations became a little more unsteady, very abrupt, and various attempts at pushing the envelope to make a sale without care of what I had to say even though he claimed he wanted the best for the customer. Went in circles with the guy for almost four hours to get him to understand that he wasn't going to pull the wool over my eyes and get him to understand my price points and what I could afford, no more. Eventually we reached an agreement. Part of our agreement was work needing done to the vehicle being purchased. After approximately three weeks of phone tag, the vehicle was finally able to be taken into the dealership for the work needing done. After examining the vehicle upon pickup from the dealership, I noticed that a large chip of paint was gone off of the tailgate, this was caused by a dealership sticker being removed from the tailgate during detailing. Later in the evening, I noticed that the Check Engine Light and Traction Control Lights were both illuminated on the dash again, which the maintenance from the shop was supposed to take care of. I will be taking the vehicle to another shop for an evaluation and checking the codes that the vehicle is throwing in order to verify the work done was actually done. After all of this, I would only recommend ONE thing from GVA, and that's Eddie. Everything else, no thanks.

My salesperson did a wonderful job listening to me and helping me in the transaction. It went quickly and he explained everything very well so I understood exactly what was going on. I would definitely refer a friend or family to him. Thank you Tran for doing a great job!

Easy and quick when purchasing my new truck. Tyler Erkman was fantastic, very helpful. Giving me any information I needed with in a very short period of time. I would give him 5 stars. One small issue was there was a small price difference. But not Tyler’s issue. That’s why I am leaving a 4 stars. Very close to a 5 star dealership.

Eddie R. was knowledgeable, kind and professional. No pressure salesman. He found the right truck and the right price. David the sales manager was excellent and a pro at the art of the deal. We reached an accord with both sides giving a little to meet in the middle. An overall excellent experience
