Problem-Oil leakUnder warranty Called Grand West Kia service Car towed in per dealership instructions Once there, told they DID NOT have a certified mechanic and could not repair car- unbelievable! Why even suggest that I bring it there?Then told me I would have to get the car to Denver Kia dealership at my expense and they -Grand West Kia - and their service manager would do nothing else for me!General manager would not even talk to meUnder no circumstances would I buy or have a car serviced from this dealership- EVER!

Had an appointment at 830am for my 45,000 check up, had also asked for them to check sparkplugs per maintenance in owners handbook, over the phone I was told 15mins and free, should have questioned that!. Got there and they said they never look at sparkplugs before 60,000 miles, it is really involved, they did not want to do it, showed them my manual and they said ok but it is going to take a while to get my car in - maybe 2 hours - so not sure what the appointment time did for me. Almost 2 hours later they called to say they were looking at my car and nothing urgent needs doing and the spark plugs would be expensive so I probably didn't want that? As I had driven 140 miles to go to a KIA service center I really did want that but after 2 hours I said nevermind, will get it done elsewhere. 30 minutes later I am there to pick up my car which is out in the lot. BUT they say I can't take it yet as they have to out the filters back in? So how did they drive it out to the lot then? Another 30 minutes of waiting and I get the keys but NO record of my check-up - as it didn't need anything they don't have any paperwork for me? I don't even know what they checked! - SO how is that going to meet my warrantee requirements??? I won't bother with the 140 mile drive and 1/2 day off work for that type of service ever again - they just voided my warrantee for me!

I don't comment often but feel it is well deserved in this case. My daughter has been needing a reliable car for some time now. She has looked at many at several different dealerships and has run across some very unpleasant dealership personnel. She called me and told me that she had found a car she really liked and asked me if I would meet her at the dealership to give her my opinion and help with the financing if she needed it. I was more than happy to accommodate her and give her my support. To make a long story short it was the most pleasant experiences I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. The dealership staff was not only extremely professional, but accommodating as well. I had been prepared to co-sign but this was not necessary as they managed to obtain a loan for my daughter in her name only at a very reasonable interest rate. My daughter couldn't be happier and neither could I. She has a beautiful new car with very low miles that's in fantastic condition. I would like to thank everyone involved with a special thanks to Nicolle, the salesperson, Kara, for going the extra mile, and Rick the manager for being so understanding and putting it all together. Thank you Grand West Kia for treating my daughter and myself with a great deal of respect and integrity. I would recommend this dealership to my own mother!

My wife is on disability and I am self-employed. Historically, this has made getting a car a real nightmare. On top of that, our credit is pretty bad. Kia had advertised that they could work with less than good credit, and my wife had been in contact with Nicolle, as sale person there. I was skeptical.We showed up and they ran only my wife's credit. I told them I didn't want to be on the loan because of all the hassle and paperwork that was required being self-employed. Les, another salesman, showed us a beautiful 2012 Kia Sedona with only 20, 000 miles on it. Justin got to work on getting a loan approved and not long after we drove away in our new car! Thank you Grand West Kia for going the extra mile to get us into our new car!

My boyfriend works out of town and has been looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. Nicolle at Grand West KIA was beyond helpful and found the perfect truck for him/us! She was knowledgeable and honest and their staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our family. We had an overall excellent experience and will do business with GWK in the future.

I purchased a vehicle for my wife. Went to three other dealerships before stopping here, long story short I should have come here first. The sales managers Rick and Kara were so nice! The people at Grand West Kia, bent over backwards to get my family members into not one but three vehicles this year. From the friendly salesmen and women to the General Manager, They all worked very hard for us. If and when Kia brings a truck here I will be one of the first buyers. And I will only buy from my new friends at Grand West Kia. Where they truly go the extra mile for you. My family had some credit problem in the past and they where able to not only get our family approve . But they got it into our Budget.

This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car! Rick the general manager at Kia grand junction, co. Was a complete jerk. He literally kicked us out turned off the lights and locked the doors and said we are closed can you come back Tom!! The next day he told us not to call back because they don't want our business because he was trying to sell the car to us at full price. We had asked him for Discount then he hung up on us!! This place was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not go to this place very rude people. Rick has no business being a general manager at all!!

You know I was asked to write a review by the salesman who helped me. The place is like any other car dealership. I do however think KIA is a great car and if you are looking to buy that brand, you have chosen well.

I recently bought a used car from them and our sales person Les was by far amazing! He was so friendly and made it feel comfortable. The car i bought had some issues prior to the final sale, but the dealership took care of it all on their dime. They ended up finding an issue with the tires also and replaced them all brand new for free on top of a pully. The service department are very prompt and fast. I dont know why people had such a bad experience, ours was the best out two other dealerships we went to. The fiance man Justin was very attentive and answered all of my questions and even dropped everything he was doing to give me a copy of some papers i needed. Highly recommend to a friend!

This new car buying experience was the best that I have ever had. We original went in looking for a used Kia Sorento and walked away driving a brand new vehicle. Our salesman Dutch truly listened to what options were important to us and matched us up with a great vehicle. Justin in the financing department was just amazing and did not give up on getting us the best deal possible. Justin was accommodating of our schedules to make the signing of papers painless and efficient. I truly can not say enough GREAT things about Grand West Kia and all of the people that work there. I took my 82 year old mother to look for a used vehicle at GrandWest Kia Grand Junction last week. The first vehicle we looked at was nice and the price sounded good but then the more we talked and looked, there was suddenly a mistake and the price went up about $4500 from what we were originally told. OK, mistakes happen. They had a second vehicle that was just traded in from an employee and could have it ready to look at in the afternoon. We came back and drove the car and was told the car had 3 years of warranty left. My mom liked the car and was going to buy it. We sit down to start the paper work and now we are told oh we made a mistake again, the car is actually two years older than we told and has only a year left of warranty. The price didn't change only the year. What kind of dealership would jerk around an 82 year old woman twice? What kind of dealership does not know the price or year of their cars? Not impressed and would not trust this dealer after our experience.

The staff at Grand West Kid are always friendly and accommodating. My vehicle had regular maintenance during a snow storm three weeks ago. They always wash the cars they service but since it was snowing hard it didn't make sense to have my Kid Sorrento washed then so I brought it back today for a free wash. Diana is service was very nice, got me in and it in 20 minutes and helped me look for some paperwork. They always have fresh coffee and everyone is always smiling. No high pressure sales either. I will send all my friends and family to Grand West Kia.

Serious screwing #1 My step son bought a used 2006 Kia Sportage for way above suggested retail and with add-on's by the finance guy it was almost double the value.Serious screwing #2 He made the mistake of trying to take advantage of the so called free service a month later and was told by the service manager that it needed a cabin filter (should have been replaced before making it available for resale) and was charged $80.00 for it ($20.00 anywhere else). But the screwing didn't stop there the total for the free service was $265.00.Sadly he was gullible enough a year later to go back and trade for a newer vehicle.A 2011 Mitsubishi and was offered less than half what he owed on the first vehicle.The price financed was beyond ridiculous and was nearly impossible to finance since even the banks knew he was getting screwed.Again, gullible, so it is partly his fault but they are thieves and will shaft anyone who is gullible enough to take it.So BEWARE of this bunch and DO NOT Buy a used car from them.

tHE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DEALER AT grand kia was either uninformed or just trying to rip me off. The offer advertised radio offers a five thousand minimum trade in for any vehicle. When it came time to ask about trade for my purchase he said it did not apply. I have found a dealer who stands behind their word and will not recommend Grand KIA to anyone.

We had to get an "all wheel" drive vechicle and trade in a pontiac soltice. I first met Steve when I called on him as a new account as I work at a local tv station, he was so great to work with and I trusted him and everything he stands for. He let us take a Sorrento home for the weekend, which was amazing,and we enjoyed the Sorrento so much, when we brought the vechicle back we decided to purchase it. We love our Sorrento, it runs like a dream and we get tons of compliments from friends and others! Gas milage is Awesome! Everyone at Grand West KIA is so friendly and has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!
