Great customer service in Mike and Kayla. I left the place feeling important. They were awesome people. Overall the ticking noise I had was gone. Awesome! I had already ran a check on my oil with another local company I use. This was a test. I wanted to see if they would charge me for something I didn't need. They didn't. They educated me on where all of my fluids were.

I would like to make a shout out to both the Service & Sales Teams. I pulled into Rapid City on a Friday night with rock hard brakes. I didn't think anything of it as I just came through the Big Horns with 30ft travel trailer. Thinking it might be just the brake fluid I let it cool for a couple hours. Well guess what no luck. I waited until next morning and took it in for service. As it was a Saturday and being familiar with service I knew only 1 or 2 techs would be working that day. Service Advisor comes back and says well your not leaving with your vehicle. Right then and there I took it as he saved my family of 5 including mother and 3 year old yellow lab from any potential accidents. Well what's next I don't have a vehicle. I worked with Sales Manager to see if they had any loaners. Well guess what they had a Tahoe little smaller than a Yukon XL, but I'll take it. I received a call later Saturday stating parts are out till Tues. Well guess I'm a tourist for another 3 days I said as I'm over 500 miles from home. Service not only took care of all the extended warranty call ins but also gave me a daily update. As these two individuals I worked with share the same first name I wanted to thank them for all they did. They were both very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get vehicle serviced or in process of buying.

The buisness and management is good. But their salesmen named Oliver cuts corners and is only focused on his income instead of the customers needs. If you get him just ask for a different person. Other than that 👍

Staff were helpful, friendly, & efficient. Repairs were completed timely, even though they were short-staffed. I highly recommend Granite Buick GMC's service department.

We always go vehicle shopping with exactly what we want in mind. We ALWAYS come to Granite Buik GMC because of their outstanding service! The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful through the entire experience. We have used their EXCEPTIONAL salesman Kevin Spain for 3 vehicles in the last 5 years and he NEVER fails us! We're pretty picky and have limited options and he works hard finding exactly what we want every time! He's always to the point with us and doesn't beat around the bush with anything! Although we're currently over the moon with our most recent purchase, we'll be back to see Kevin in the future!
