I always like to give praise when it is due. Grappone has earned it once again. My Elantra was in for a break service and to identify why the carpet was wet. Well, the AC drain was clogged and water was dripping inside the car for quite a long time. They fixed the clog, removed the water, dried the carpet then proceed to clean the interior and exterior of the car, free of charge! Cleaning the inside was no easy task as I often travel with two dogs : - ) I've been buying and having my cars serviced by them for 15 years and always received excellent service. You don't get any better then Grappone and Mike in the Service department is top notch!

Great experience! Grappone is probably the only dealer who is not marking up the price in these crazy times. I went to the other dealers and they were selling 5K - 10K above MSRP. Courtney from Grappone Hyundai helped me and patiently answered my questions. Overall process was very smooth.

My sales person was amazing! I absolutely adored her! She knew what she was doing and got me an even better payment and interest rate then I ever could have asked for. The managers however need to either care a little more about their customers or not work in customer service. Not only was my card ran then declined because the manager had canceled the transaction it the froze the account for fraud and I could not use the card again that night. The lovely woman who was taking my payment didn't apologize or anything she handed me my info and walked away. I was appalled at how rude that was. Having to drive over an hour away 3 times is not how you sell a car and if it was not for Jessie being my sales person you would have lost a customer. She is the only reason I went with this company as she was so kind and opening when I first walked in. All in all for buying my first car this was far more of a headache. So 5 stars for Jessie but 3 for the rest.

We only made it from Lebanon to Rochester thanks to the EV chargers they have. If it wasn't for them I'd still be looking for a usable charging station that wasn't for a darn Tesla. Thank you so much for saving our family from a rally long walk home.
