I was shopping around for a car and went to Grappone Honda first to look at one. I made some call to other dealerships. The Grappone Honda dealership was up front with their pricing at every call. When one lives off the beaten path, one doesn't want to drive to multiple dealerships unless there's a good reason to.

My whole experience was great! I even had my 2 young children with me and everyone was considerate of that. Also my saleswoman, Ellen, was super nice too. The only thing I didn't like was how long the whole car buying process takes, but it takes hours no matter where you go.

I have no experience whatsoever with car buying. I had heard all of the horror stories about bargaining and negotiation, and it stressed me out. I had already heard great things about Grappone and figured I had to start somewhere. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Patricia Lord who took my inexperience respectfully into her hands. She made sure to ask all the right questions and had no problem doing her absolute best to get me the best deal. Without putting any of the hassle on my shoulders. She was very real, relatable, and personable. I felt like I could express my concerns as well as my excitement. A huge thank you to Patricia and Grappone for making me feel awesome about my first car purchase.

My wife and I just purchased a new JEEP WRANGLER SAHARA UNLTD from Scott Kanash at the Grappone Honda on Rt. 3A in Bow. We highly recommend Scott; ask for him. He was HONEST about everything from point one, and gave us a great deal. We love the Jeep! He always called us back, kept us posted on the whole deal, and always had a great attitude. This is the first car sales rep that we truly enjoyed doing business with! Also a pleasure to help us out was his associates in different departments: CATHY (Sales Leader), PAIGE (Financing), and JOSHUA who did the final vehicle prep and recon employee JOSHUA (wow did he do a great job)! The entire group of folks are highly recommended. The "no-haggle" program is something else we liked; it eliminated "playing a game" with the cost, cash down (we didn't have a trade in), etc. Thanks, Grappones, for doing a great job and helping my wife get the vehicle she really wanted. First of all, I am so happy to write this reviewso I can give a BIG "thank you" to Patricia Lord.. She is very knowledgeable, caring and extremely competent as a product specialist.She went far beyond the call of duty toexplain all the features of my new Honda CRV and helped me clean out the contents of my Honda Pilot to the new CRV I was purchasing. She was extremely helpful in setting up my favorite radio stations and helped sync my phone tothe bluetooth feature. I have to admit that car shopping is notone of my favorite things to do, especially with two kids in tow, but Patricia helped move the entire process along as quickly as possible.She is a valuable asset to Grappone with hermagnetic personality, attention to detailand contagious sense of humor. She has a knack of turning car shopping into a funand comfortable experience. I left therefeeling I had made a new friend. Although Iprobably will keep my new CRV for many years, I will return to the service dept. to keep my CRV in tip top shape and, of course,to say "hello" to my "friend" Patricia. Traveled over 2 hours to see what Grappone could offer us and we were not disappointed. We've been looking for a new CRV for quite some time and either the sales people were too pushy (which is a total turn-off for me and that lost my business immediately), or they kept calling...sometimes multiple times per day. I even had to block one dealership because they kept calling after we told them WE would reach out to THEM. We loved the no hassle buying experience at Grappone Honda. They were friendly, no pressure, and the price of my new car was great. No other dealers could even touch Grappone's price. Another positive for Grappone's is the sales people do not work on a commission. Other dealerships should follow their lead. Highly recommend a trip to Grappone's if you are in the market for a new CRV...or any other vehicle because I'm sure you'll be treated as good as we were.

They seemed to beat everyone on reviews on multiple sites -- and out of hundreds of reviews, not just the few you may expect from the people who work there! And all the reviews were right! Grappone was great!Everyone I dealt with at Grappone, Erin in Guest Experience, Angela the salesperson, and Jim the team leader, were amazing! This was my first time buying a new car, so I was nervous and hesitant. They made the process of buying a new car so easy and painless. I never felt pressured or harassed and all my questions were answered. They spent as much time as I needed. I felt like I was the only person there! I have already recommended them to many friends!

My husband and I love dealing with Grappone. The "no haggling" and no game-playing makes car buying there an enjoyable experience. We will not shop anywhere else. And we know we are getting a good price because we do our research before shopping. So far I have bought 2 new cars from these guys and they give the best customer service I have ever seen in a business and I am store manager myself so I know excellent service when I see it. The first car I bought was a 2014 civic LX coupe and the second I just bought on March 14 which was a 2016 civic ext and the way they handle their customers is like how you treat a best friend and plus them not making commission on their cars gives you peace of mind that they don't just want you buy a car from them they go the extra mile!!! Grappone does a great job of making the car buying process as comfortable and painless as possible. I got a great deal on a new van and a great deal on my trade as well. There is never any pressure from any of the employees. They are up front and honest and are really there to help you. The fact that they are upfront about their pricing takes a lot of the hassle out of buying a car. There is no endless back and forth between you, the salesman and sales manager. It also ensures that you leave happy about your purchase, not second guessing yourself and wondering if you got ripped off. I will only use Grappone for new cars in the future.

I was recommended this dealership by a friend who had recently leased a vehicle with Grappone. The factors he mentioned were what I was looking for in a car shopping/purchase experience. I had a comfortable, non-pressured, respectful experience with Scott on 2/14/16. I am a female and shopping for a car with my teenage son. I was hoping to be respected as an educated female in this car buying process and I felt that was granted. It was an educational experience for my son as well, and he enjoyed the interactions where Scott engaged with him during our car buying experience. I couldn't negotiate the price and felt I was cornered with their price. I would check other options for selling my trade-in car before i bought again at this dealership. Buying a new car went well, but the no haggle process is a little too stiiff. The refusal to swap the tires for a better brand was irritating. Honda should provide Michelin or Goodyear tires when pricing a vehicle so high.

The people at here were very helpful and pleasant, my daughter had a terrible time with one dealer in Mass and wanted to know all the details about buying a car in NH and getting it registered in Mass, they explained everything in detail so she understood. They also appraised her trade in so she had an idea about price of trade and price of new vehicle. We ended up deciding it was more convenient to purchase in Mass from a reputable dealer we found by word of a friend. When we called them, they were very nice and said that if she still wanted to trade her car even though we weren't buying theirs, that we should bring it in. I was amazed about how well we were all treated and will definitely be going there to purchase a new vehicle in the spring/summer of next year.

When we came to the area four years ago I looked for a dealer to service our Honda. Grappone was the name I saw the most on cars. We have not been disappointed. I had bought my prior car at Grappone Honda, and I was very pleased, so I returned, especially when I learned of their no-negotiation policy. The sale went well, but then the difficulties started. I wanted a model and color that was not immediately available, and it took six weeks of phone calls, which were not returned promptly, before I finally got a definite answer as to when my car would be ready for pickup. I did not feel that the "product specialist" really knew his product well, e.g. he told me that my new car did not have ABS, and it does. There were also ongoing issues with my getting a cargo cover which had been ordered, then returned, and then re-sent without a vital part. The whole process took way too long. But I must say that the product specialist (aka salesman) was a really nice guy who seemed to truly feel badly for all the trouble with this sale.

I've bought two cars from the Grappone group in the past 18 months, one Mazda, one Honda. Before I bought the cars I checked out the Grappone website so I had a good idea about car specifications and pricing at Grappone. I wasn't sure how good the pricing was so I checked with the car buying part of a reputable members-only warehouse stores. The pricing was no better than Grappone's on-line prices, and service is more convenient for me locally. The overall buying experience is easy. There is no pressure from the sales staff, they try to understand what is most important to the customer, they explain the no-haggle pricing, and you know that this is not the standard car dealership. The whole process is designed to make you feel good about your purchase. When you buy a car at Grappone you know that you will get a good quality car at a fair price with service you can rely on. Now that I've gone through this process two times I don't feel the need to comparison shop on price. I know that I can trust Grappone.

Having driven a variety of Hondas for years, I can say that they have proven to be reliable, and have maintained excellent resale value. But the relationship doesn't end with signing the paperwork and driving away. To those who INSIST that it costs more to have your vehicle serviced by the dealer, plain and simple you are wrong. While living in Portland, ME, I relied on the dealer there, and was EXTREMELY satisfied. Upon returning to NH, I promptly started having Grappone Honda service my car. I have since bought 2 vehicles there, and have been treated like a VALUED customer. By everyone. In particular, I want to mention Ray Fournier in the Service Dept. Ellen and the entire team are amazing! They listen well (i.e., only interested in selling what you're interested), are completely transparent, and they truly put their customers first: I shopped around at a few dealerships before returning to Grappone, and their sales manager said, "Thank you for giving us another opportunity." What humility!! Seemingly every other car dealership on the planet is full of smug, "we're the best" types, and Grappone's folks say, "Thank you for the opportunity!!!" Had a problem with the Hyundai we bought from them 4 years ago but Grappone could not do enough to rectify and cover the situation. Upon arriving to pick up a loaner we test drove a new Honda Pilot and it made us pursue that avenue. Everyone from Ashley Morse In customer service, to our salesgirl Jennifer Cleveland guided us through the whole process & 3 hours after we drive home our new car instead of a loaner! Even Jeff, their team leader came over and thanked us for buying another car from them & trusting us with thecare of their clients! What more could you ask for?? They gave us a great price for our trade in, no hassling with pricing & no pressure! We know that they will always stand behind this vehicle just as they did regarding our trade in. We completed our online research and knew that we wanted a crossover SUV within a set budget. After testing driving five, no six dealerships, we came back to Grappone Automotive Group. We interacted at the Ford, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai sales staff. We test drove many SUVs and "product specialists" A.K.A. sales staff were each educated on the pros and cons of the cars on their lot. Based on our initial SUV researched parameters, the staff let us know how their car(s) would meet/exceed and most importantly not meet our expectations. We ended up buying with the Honda Group due to Josh Blanchard's fearlessness on the test drive. Josh asked us how we intended to drive the SUV and changed up the test drive to snow-covered-country-frost-heaved-laden back roads that we would encounter to see how the Honda CRV would handle. That is what sold us. There was no "up selling" on their part to sweeten or close the deal. The negotiating was as they said --straight forward. It seems to me that they have taken the best out of other dealerships over the years and folded it into their company practice.

AMAZING and definitely the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I really enjoy their 100% negotiation free way of selling and it actually took a boat load of stress off me! I came to their dealership because the prices seemed really fair, especially on the one make and model I had my eye on. The appraisal process of my trade went seamlessly, and it's really fair that they allow you to go out with the appraiser while he inspects and drives your trade. They offered me $1200 over what 3 other dealerships had said was "top dollar" for my trade and got me the exact payment I wanted. There was no negotiations, I didn't feel like I had to jump through any hoops and everything went extremely smoothly. I must add that I am a woman and going into any other dealership by myself meant essentially walking into a shark tank, where the salespeople immediately assumed I had no knowledge of how anything worked and therefore could be taken advantage of. At Grappone Honda I was treated extremely fairly and my gender and "single" buying status did not make a difference in the world. I've told all my friends and family about this dealership and will definitely be buying my next car there as well. For me, it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive from my home town to have this kind of experience =)

Was looking to purchase a brand new car for the 1st time. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the makes and models out there. Had narrowed it down between Subaru and Honda by researching online and helpful friends. Set out one Friday morning and starting kicking some tires. Dick Brown was extremely helpful and directed me to the best vehicle for my needs. After test driving and getting prices I headed home to think about all my options. The next day I headed back to Concord. Feel like I was given the run around with prices over the phone at a different dealership, one price on the phone and another when I arrived to talk turkey. Left there and headed back to see Dick Brown again. I gotta say he was very up front and gave me the best deal that I found. He made the whole process as painless as possible and answered all my questions and then some. By the time all the paperwork was completed it was after closing time and he still took the time to sync in my phone to the Bluetooth and even set up my favorite radio stations. I never felt rushed and I certainly appreciated the extra time he spent making sure I was comfortable and everything was set up for me.

People make the difference in this industry. Chris Prescott and Josh Blanchard went above and beyond. I'm sure everyone else at Grappone is excellent as well, but Chris and Josh did not mess around and gave us a great price on the vehicle. Chris even programmed our cell phones into the Pilot we bought so we can do the hands-free thing when we drive. You add on the free inspections for life and the 100k warranty they offer and these guys are hard to beat all around. Was worth the trip to Concord. Would highly recommend.

Went into Honda grappone at around noon. Had a time crunch and was left alone to look into other cars on their lot. We had no pressure from the sales and were given plenty of time to look around to find something we liked. Once my wife and i were interested in a vehicle Josh immediately presented himself at the perfect time. He was very respectful and friendly. He asked us what we liked about it and then explained everything about the car. He gave us the option to test drive it and we did. They fought to get me a better apr even though I have pretty bad credit and on top of it they threw in a free t shirt and ski passes. Grappone Honda is now going to be a dealership that we shop at for the rest of our lives. We even had to go get our kids at 2 and they got us through the system so we could still finish up, get a new car and get my children.

We needed a new SUV with a thrid row and considered the Pilot and the Nissan Pathfinder. We chose Grappone because they honored our true car quote and offered to match a lesser quote from a dealer in Mass. They also did work on my FIL's element and quoted significantly less than the Autofair in Manch. Chris, our sales rep at Grappone met us on an extremely cold morning with a warmed up Pilot ready for a test drive. With three toddlers in tow, he made it a pretty painless process test driving two Pilots so we could check out the gray vs beige interior. When we told them we were going to nissan before making a final decision, they offered to let us take the Pilot for convenience (all the carseats were already in it) and to measure them head to head. We fell in love with the Pilot. The rest of the buying experience was painfree. No playing games. They are very straightforward and listen well. Our girls even enjoyed the showroom, with the popcorn popper, cartoons on the flat screen and children's playroom off the waiting room. Chris even babysat the girls while we talked extended warranties and signed final paperwork. An excellant experience all around. Would definitely buy from them again! Highly recommend!

After driving my car over 10 years, it was time to buy a new one. We needed an SUV with a third row. We considered the Pilot and a Nissan Pathfinder. We were straight with what we wanted and they listened and offered what they could. Chris even babysat the toddlers while we talked extended warrantees and signed the final papers. We are extremely pleased with the experience and would absolutely buy again from them and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in need of buying a car. Five stars all around. Even the girls enjoyed their showroom watching the popcorn popper and eating the popcorn while watching Cartoons in the waiting room which is equipped with a childrens play area. They even say pets are welcome.

I was at Grappone Honda on October 11, 2012 at 4pm. I made an appointment to get my Pilot's recall fixed (it was related to the lights. My headlight was out and I mentioned I wasn't sure if it was related to the recall), my remote lock was not working correctly (it would not lock all the doors remotely which I explained when making the appointment), and my car needed an inspection. On the 11th I was informed that my car would not pass inspection unless it had the tie rods replaced. I agreed to the service. I was charged $330.42 for all the services and left.Immediately after I left Grappone I stopped to get gas. My headlight was still out. I went back to Grappone. The man dealing with my account said "Oh, I didn't realize you had a headlight out." I said, "That's why I came in." He said he didn't realize that. He thought it was just the recall. I explained that I came in because my light was out and I was unsure if it was related to the recall. Besides, how could my car pass inspection with a headlight out? I left again. I stopped at Panera on the way home and noticed my remote lock still did not work. At that point I was very disappointed at the service I received at Grappone. I went in for three simple services and was charged $330.42 for largely unrelated issues and two of the reasons why I came in were not resolved. I called Grappone again but the shop was closed. My husband called the next morning and complained. An appointment was made for October 17, at 4:30pm. On the 17th I arrived to get the remote lock fixed. I was there for approximately 10- 15 minutes when the assistant manager came in to speak with me. He said my remote lock, did indeed work. I said, "It does? Why doesn't it work for me then?" His response, "Maybe your fingernails are too short." I was immediately offended - largely due to his tone which was condescending. We walked out to my car and he was showing me how my remote light now lights up and he asserted last week it did not and that is why the battery was replaced. I told him it lit up prior to last week's service and there was more wrong than a battery. He proceeded to show me how my car remote "worked." He locked the doors with the remote. I opened the front driver's door (the one I was having difficulty locking and unlocking remotely). It was NOT locked and my remote was NOT working. I told him I'd go and wait for them to fix the problem. I waited an hour. The assistant manager came out to tell me that both front door actuators are not working and both need to be replaced. I was floored. I was only having trouble with the front door lock. The remote DID access the other doors. So I came for the 2nd time having an issue with my front driver's side door not locking and now my passenger door won't lock either. My driver's side door not locking was not a "new" problem. It was a problem I had for over a year. The entire year it was just the driver's side door. Now after an hour of being looked at by Grappone it is now the passenger door as well. I feel disrespected. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service due to the assistant manager's off colored comment about my fingernail size. I think Grappone is careless and did not address my initial concerns the first time. I had to go back three times for something that could have been handled in one visit. Further, I now feel Grappone has questionable integrity. I did not have TWO faulty doors when I arrived. Now I do. I am very upset by my whole experience. To think, I was looking to trade in my Honda and was looking at models in your yard. I can assure you my business is lost if this is not remedied. Further, I have intentions to report this behavior to the Better Business Bureau.

Then he left us alone until we requested him. Another salesperson on the floor approached us and we chose Brian over her. We sensed that Brian was not a seasoned salesperson, but that was fine. He was honest and eager to help but not overly aggressive, which appealed to me. They quoted me MSRP and had the gaul to forward my call to another manager who thought he was a sweet talker that could get me to pay MSRP!! Ask them to give you a break down of the $347 dollar fee for buying a car from them!!! I love my new Honda and am glad I bought elsewhere! UPDATE::After recieving a message from Greg Grappone I wish I had contacted him directly. He seems to be very sincere about keeping customers happy!

Cathy greeted me with a great smile and after I described the vehicle I was interested in checking out, she asked a few questions and moments later I was test driving a 2012 FIT Sport. When I was exploring cars on the internet, Jeff Carmichael was the first to call me. My family has bought cars from Grappone for over many decades so I was pleased to get such good service. We were greeted both days in a friendly fashion..certainly not pressured the first day which is why I returned on the second day with my adult son. He had gone to school with Brian Badger so that was also a draw. It felt good to work with Brian on his first sale. Both Jenna and Jim were very helpful and answered all my questions. I had not intended to buy a car that day so I think that speaks volumes about the service we received. I do not respond well to feeling pressured so they hit the right balance of supporting a sale without strong arming me. This is the first new car I have bought in over 30 years...So far so good and I was also very happy to be dealing with a woman as part of the sale. I think this makes a big difference for many women who are looking to buy a vehicle and there are many of us out there! I am glad that Amanda and Greg have taken over the family business. We were shopping for a Scion tC on the internet and Ashley Morse and Jenna were very responsive to our questions and arranged for a test drive. They were the most responsive and pro-active internet sales team we had worked with.Frank Tsaosis and Ashley called to confirm our appointment. Andre was so wonderful! He made out proposals for three used cars before we decided to buy a new one. Then he led us through the process for buying the new one. He kept in touch while we waited for the new car, and then followed up with a call to see how we were getting along with it, and whether we had any problems. We love Andre.

The dealer ship was rude and was unable to fix the problems with my Ridgeline. Mr. Martin ended up giving me a piece of paper with a number on it telling me to call the warranty company myself. One of the problems fixed have already come back and I have not been contacted to this date after reporting the problem.

This was a very favorable experience. Bill was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles offered, including availability of particular models. As I wanted a manual transmission, it took a little longer than usual, but Bill was able to locate and secure a vehicle for me immediately. I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CR-V from Grappone Honda. A close friend and alsoa couple I met in a store parking lot that owns a CR-V,recommended the excellent quality of service, frinedliness and customer care at Grappone Honda. My time with John Morris, sales consultant, was professional, friendly with no pressure sales and was an extroidinary experience! Ashley Morse in customer support answered my questions over the phone in a friendly tone of voice.The entire staff was friendly and they treated us to hot popcorn, sodas, coffee, and a free pizza dinner out. They even filled my tank up with gas for the long trip home.John spent time with the young man I had with me while I did the necessary paper work with the manager. Joe Dubois, the manager, even added an additional $500 to the trade in price of my older car. Eric Lazdowski worked hard to get financing for me since I have less than perfect credit.The quality of service and customer care would make me recommend Grappone Honda to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. Upon closing of the deal, they had the car ready to drive home. My husband and I are really pleased with our new purchaseof our Honda CR-V.

My husband and I were very happy with the level of service we received from Andre. We never felt any pressuring tactics, he put a value on our time, and we felt the price he offered us for our new car was fair. We would recommend him to friends as a nice dealer to work with. My experience with Jeff was amazing. I intially spoke with him in Feb 2011 and I was not able to purchase a vehicle at that time. I went back to him in July 2011 and was able to purchase my new odyssey then. Jeffrey and Grappone kept the initial deal we had agreed upon in Feb 2011 even though MSRP's had gone up due to the natural disaster in Japan. My husband and I have been service customers at Grappone Honda since 2003, so it was logical to look there for a replacement for my 2001 Honda, purchased in Massachusetts.I worked with Andre Liqui, who gave me real assistance in deciding between a Fit and a new Civic. He was flexible and quick to adapt to my changeable opinions, and I never felt as if I were receiving a sales pitch.I paid more than I'd originally planned, but felt that Andre and Rick (whose last hame I have mislaid)worked with the financial pressures to which my husband and I are subject, and gave me a generally fair price. Got a call saying that they had one vehicle of the model I needed. The price was very reasonable and we negotiated the price over the phone even before going to the dealership. My trade-in was the only one that need to be decided and I got a pretty decent price for it(I expected a little more but that is the way it works). From the time I reached the dealer to driving out with the new car it took me just 2 hours. They were that fast.Since I had driven all the way from Mass, there was some additional paper work that my wife had to do and since she had not come with me, The salesman came to our home to finish the transaction. Great..Great..Experience.

After researching the internet for a new Honda Ridgelinge RTL with Nav, Jessica was very informative and helpful in answering my questions and setting up a VIP appointment where we met Ryan who went into great detail on all the features of the Ridgeling and gave us a test drive. Nagi was very helpful and willing to work with me. He thoroughly explained all features of the vehicle at delivery and made sure I had a clear understanding of how each feature worked. I had a very negative experience with Autofair and it was refreshing to work with a dealership where all fees were clearly explained and outlined. I originally thought I wanted to lease the vehicle. However, after working with Jason in the Financing he found a financing option that will save me around $500 over the lease price and residual. We have purchased 5 vehicles from the Grappone family and will continue to bring all of our auto purchase and servicing needs to their dealerships.

I purchased a new Honda back in September. I have had bad luck with it (it was hit 3 times and the windshield cracked!), so I decided to trade in my bad luck car for a different one. Since it had only been 6 months I knew I was upside down with the trade-in, but Lena was amazing and knew that with me being a commuter I really wanted a new vehicle and not a used one. She worked some magic for me and was able to get me into a new Honda Civic. I have now worked with her twice and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Honda. She is very understanding and not pushy AT ALL. I have had much different experiences in the past with my own vehicles and my husbands vehicles, but I was more than happy with her the first time around that I knew I wanted to work with her again. Definitely not your typical car salesman!

Please read this: I cannot find enough words to express my happiness and satisfaction with Grappones. **I am a tough critic when it comes to customer service because I work in two industries where this skill is crucial to success**Purchasing my first vehicle was an important part of my very busy life. My 95' Camry needed about $1000 in work which is what encouraged the persual of a newer vehicle. I worked with the sales manager Bob McCullan at the Hyundai Grappone (across the street) there was another gentleman (hispanic orientation maybe?) I forget his name at the time, but he was very helpful in the process as well. They were patient with the significant number of test drives given that I was indecisive. They never pressured me to purchase a vehicle and were open to different vehicle opportunities for me to purchase. We didn't HAVE to stay on the Hyundai lot, and they stayed with me rather than handing me over to someone else as we went to the Honda lot. I had visited other dealers, and they were open to my previous offers and gave me a great deal on a 2007 Honda Accord LX with approximately 17,000 miles on the vehicle. They showed me the car fax and worked with my work schedule to get my new vehicle delivered as soon as possible. I couldn't drive my Camry because it wouldn' pass inspection. They even gave me money to take my dented camry off of my hands as a trade in! They arranged to pick up my trade-in at no additional cost! They continued their phenominal customer service by driving down to the restaurant I work at to deliver my vehicle (approximately 45 minutes from the dealership) and they even stayed to have dinner which allowed me time to sign paperwork inbetween working. This was a perfect accomodation seeing as my work hours between both jobs didn't allow me time to pick up the vehicle or have it delivered at another time (seeing as I was in desperate need of the transportation) The best part is that they suggested the idea of coming down to my restaurant when they noticed I was struggling for a time when they were open that they could deliver the vehicle! They worked late, and off the clock to deliver my vehicle in a timely manner. These two gentlemen were fair, respectful, polite, coureous, and generous. The BEST customer service I have EVER had in my entire life! ~~~~~The story gets better~~~~Especially if you're seeking auto repair!!!So approximately one year has passed since I have purchased my vehicle and of course that means registration and safety inspection. Unfortunately, there happened to be a leak in my power steering rack (which will be an automatic "fail" for a safety inspection). This job costs between 600-700 dollars on average! I was very discouraged and my vehicle wasn't under warranty. I thought I would have to be paying for it. I got in touch with Bob, and he remembered me right away. I calmly explained what had happened and with only 40,000 miles on the car, and I practically didn't even have to ask for him to back up his product. He instantly was willing to have the repair performed at no cost to me! When I arrived, all of the folks working at the Honda repair center were polite and efficient. I worked with Wayne most of the time and he was very helpful. The job was done correctly, and the job was a little more intricate which involved a little more work. This resulted in the extension of time that I needed my rental car. Wayne was flexible with my school schedule and arranged for the rental car company to not charge me for a second day! Talk about going the extra mile! THANK YOU GRAPPONE AUTOMOTIVE!!! I will surely purchase all of my vehicles from you in the future and take larger items that my car needs to be fixed at your shop because of your staffs specialized training for my chosen vehicle brand!!! I found this dealership to have a lot of very pushy sales people! I already test drove a Honda Civic Si and had a price quote from a local dealer, but thought I would swing by on the way home from work to see if I could see the Si in a different color. The salesman spent almost an hour trying to sell me a Honda Accord, which I told him I was not interested in the second he showed it to me. He required me to provide my personal information to him, stating he could not look up the Si color they would have on the lot the following day until I gave him that information (after I did, he still did not tell me the color). I told him I was exhausted and needed to get home. He then said to wait while he went to see when the car would be there, then comes back with the manager, who goes over the "Grappone difference" all over again and tries to push me into agreeing to buy from Grappone. After being there an hour and a half I went home completely exhausted and still hadn't seen the Si in a different color! The salesman of course called me, but there is no way I would ever shop there and get pushed into buying a car I do not like. The salesman and his manager just seemed pushy and slimy to me, only there to make a buck, even if their customers are exhausted and unhappy.

I'm convinced that one reason my CRV has been so reliable and had so few repairs over the 7 years and 160,000 miles I've run it is that I always have and always will take it to Grappone Honda where I purchased it. I've been consistant about keeping up with the recommended maintenance and any additonal repairs they advise. The only significant repairs I've made have been for brakes and that's pretty predictable with so many miles and much of thaose were in town.

The whole sales experience was wonderful. The salesperson, Richard Brown worked with us a finding a used Honda, but to no avail. He then worked with the sales manager to get a fair trade in for our 2001 Honda Civic. We were able to purchase a new 2010 Honda Civic for less than we paid for the previous one and with a 5 year - 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. My first visit for service was fine. The service representative was courteous and explained what was involved and directed me to the waiting area while my car received its first oil change. The service rep then reviewed what was done during the service call and I was off to my home.Fine first experience for sales and service.

I find this service shop the very best. They give an estimate - communicate well - give you an estimated time frame - and always seem to be right on. Wayne greeted me with a strong handshake and a pleasant smile just as I stepped out of my CR-V. I felt as though I was with an old friend as we chatted about the day and discussed what he and Grappone Honda could do for me. We sat down, he went over the scope of work and the estimate. He directed me to the reception area and assured me that the work would be done within an hour. He was very professional, polite and approachable.I was able to use the business center to process some last minute mail and submit a report. This was a big help and allowed me an opportunity to use this time wisely and prudently.Just after completing this work, I sat down in the waiting area and caught a little bit of the current news and weather on the TV. I chatted with other customers, had a cup of coffee and felt at home.It was just a few minutes later when Wayne came in and announced to me that my CR-V was ready. It was less than one hour. Just like he had promised!Wayne walked me over to the payment area, shook my hand and thanked me for giving him and Grappone a chance to serve me. I found this interesting because it wasn't about bringing my 'business' to them it was a genuine appreciation of their willingness to serve me. This was very refreshing indeed. The payment process was very fast and accurate. The woman at the desk was equally pleasant and friendly. I was and still am glad that I had my vehicle maintained at Grappone Honda. I feel like a part of a community and am treated as an important part of their day. This is a fine dealership with the right focus and professionalism.

We have been dealing with Grappone Honda since 1986. Since then, We've not purchased a new car from anyone else. After checking around extensively for a better deal, we invariably return to the best dealer in the state of New Hampshire. Our last buy in March of 2008 was our 2008 Honda Accord. As of our latest 20,000 mile checkup, we've spent a total of $325.66 on all scheduled maintenance. We think that's pretty darned reasonable. I brought my vehicle in for routine service and to have the tire pressure monitoring system reset. I was greeted promptly and with courtesy. The waiting room was very comfortable as always. My car was ready in about an hour. I received a $5.00 discount for making the appointment on line and I was not charged for the labor to reset the TPMS. The cashier was very courteous and explained exactly where to find my car in the parking area.

I came into Grappone to test drive a new car, and I walked out owning one. I wanted to trade my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid in for a brand new Accord, and I didn't want to make a down payment or have my monthly payments go up. I went out with Henry and we test drove the Accord and a new Civic. After we were done test driving, I sat down with Henry to negotiate the price. After a few minutes we agreed and I was the owner of a new car. Henry took care of everything that night and I was driving away in my car. He took care of everything for me and was a very nice guy. I expected the service person would come to the car and provide some direction, having never been there before. Fortunately my wifes car has been serviced there, and she knew where to go. When I made the appointment I had been clear that I would be waiting. Three hours later I was able to leave. I got the impresion that they were surprised that I was waiting and equally surprise that I was there.That could be because they had not placed the order for the part and had to do a last minute rush to get it in time for my appointment. In regards to your pricing, if you really want people to buy accessories, you might want to consider being less than 3 or 4 times the aftermarket price. People aren,t stupid and they know there is a limited number of manifacturers producing these components. It stands to reason that Honda isn't producing them themselves. Why in the world would you expect somone to pay triple the price for the priveledge of buying it from you? I am not trying to give you folks a hard time, but having spent a number of years in the automotive industry, I feel these are legitimate questions. I am assuming you want an honest response.

This dealership is almost too good to be true. I can honestly say that I've never dealt with any service provider (automobile dealership, or otherwise) who has provided such complete customer satisfaction. My satisfaction begins with the ease of being able to schedule my appointment online which is a great convenience and time saver. On the day of my appointment, I'm always promptly greeted in a friendly manner. Since I live nearly 100 miles away from the dealership, I always wait for my service to be done. The waiting area is very pleasant and equipped with TV and high speed Internet, plus free coffee! The servicing on my car is always done within the timeframe promised, and many times even sooner than promised. On a few rare occasions after the servicing has been done, I've detected something on my way home that didn't seem quite right and returned to the dealership to have it checked out. On each of these rare occasions, my concerns have been treated with respect and the issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. This dealership is certainly very special, and I hope it continues the fine service for many years to come.

The staff at Grappone take very good care of me and my car, from the service consultant to the mechanic to the customer service ladies. They are very considerate of my time and always have my car ready earlier than requested. I am confident that the car is safe and reliable because they check everything each time I bring it in. Grappone Honda has been a great asset for us to maintain our car in optimal condition. We were told that we could expect 30-35 mpg, so far we average 40 mpg and the car has 65,000 miles. Considering the cost of gasoline it has been a great asset to us to have a Honda Civic and to have had the experience of having Grappone as a service provider. The employees are ALWAYS professional, personable and responsive to our requests. I would truly (and I do) recommend them to any Honda owner.

Service appointments are easy to make online or by phone. The drop off is indoors in a large clean drive through bay with the service advisors right there behind a glassed in office space. The advisor meets you promptly at your car and reviews the planned service , pick up time and the anticipated expense.If there are any changes the advisor calls. Rides are provided to and from the dealership for free. Pick up and cashier transactions are efficient and easy.At check out there is a comprehensive list of not just what was done but all the things that were checked and verified. The fees appear reasonable,fair and competitive. I've also noted very little turnover in staffing, an indicator they not only treat the customer well but they are well treated themselves. The "Grappone Advantage" program provides free tires(exactly the same tires that came on the vehicle originally) which is a huge savings.I have not dealt with any business that matches their customer service or does a better job of instilling trust and confidence. I bought my vehicle there without any hassle and highly recommend the dealership to friendsLastly the dealership is very active in the community and very generous with their support.

When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by Wayne. He noticed that I had five punches on my "Oil Change" key tag. He said, "Looks like this one is on us." Iwaited in the customer lounge and while I waited, I took advantage of the on-line computer to check my emai. My car was ready in about 30 minutes with no otherproblems noted. Wayne went reviewed with me, the service that had been performed.I signed and checkout.

Lena was very patient with my indecision about what kind of car I wanted, and suffered cheerfully in the pouring rain with me as we checked out vehicles. She asked many questions about my life style and driving tendencies in order to better serve me. We drove several cars and she took me on a route that was similar to my type of driving-bumpy, dirt roads, and hilly. She encouraged me to take the car home overnight to get a better feel for it. She was again patient when I wanted to wait for family to come check the car out before actually buying it. Once I decided to make the purchase she was efficient and professional. We discovered we had a common interest and spoke about our horses as we drove! As for the good rating for the vehicle-I hadn't done much research comparing the price of the car I bought against other similar cars, so I am not sure how good a deal I got. The ONLY negative aspect of purchasing the car-and no fault of Lena's- was the very poor job the detailers did cleaning and prepping the car for purchase. They did not lift the mats to vacume, they did not even open the center console that opens to hold cups-it was filled with crumbs and sticky coffee(?) spills, the dash was dirty, the seats had spots on them. I spent several hours Saturday (4.10.10)after I got home with the car cleaning it. This part of the experience was very disappointing, and thus explains the overall rating of "good" not great.

Always waited on as soon as I drive in the garage. Service men friendly. Waiting time is good with nice waiting area. Could use some better magazines like People, Good housekeeping, etc. Coffee is also very good! Nice checkout lady too. Have been very satisfied with overall experiance each time I have been in for service. Hoping to get my new tires next time (25000 + miles)

I have found Grappone Honda Service to be very helpful in dealing with both normal and unusual service issues. I had a recurring problem recently due to a small accident I'd had, followed by a repair at another dealership. They were tenacious in troubleshooting the problem and figuring out the correct replacement parts needed to fix the problem (not as obvious as it might sound!).

I have NEVER had a dealership experience like Grappone Honda. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and knowlegable. I am always greated promptly. The service writers know what is happening in the repair department. They give you the price and estimated time of completion when you check in. The waiting room is clean and coffee is always available. On several occasions, the mechanic has discovered additional areas of concern during service. The service writer brings the situation to my attention and advise me of what was found. I have NEVER been pressured to have the repair completed. I am advised of the situation and the time and cost of the repair. When I purchased each of my three vehicles from Grappone, everyone from Mario to the finance person (sorry I do not recall the name) were friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I have no reservations in telling everyone that Grappone Honda is a great dealership and I look forward to using them again for many years to come.

My husband did this sale as I don't like dealing with car salesmen. Scott was good in his sale but appeared a bit unorganized and frazzled. Scott and the manager did a great job with the trade-in value of our truck and did well with getting our payment on the Ridgeline as low as possible. When we picked up the vehicle, there was a small mark on the passenger door that I couldn't get off, it appeared to be a small scratch. Scott immediately had someone look at it and it did look better when he came back. He said that if we weren't satisfied with how it looked to please let him know and he would get it taken care of further. When we picked up the vehicle, WE were under time constraints and Scott did not have a chance to go through the vehicle with us. Again, he said if we wanted him to do that to please come back when we had more time and he would go through the entire thing. I told him we'd play around with it but if I had any questions, I would give him a call.He was great once the paperwork piece was finished. Overall this was a very good sale.

My first car was a Honda and I loved it! My next car was a VW, and while I loved, I found myself looking at Hondas again when it came time for a new car. My husband and I came into Grappone this past weekend to "look around." And we came home with a new car. Bill was fantastic to work with--very knowledgable and friendly. I have always been taken good care of whether I've made an apt. or just drove in; I've always felt welcome and accomidated. The service department is usually very quick with the work and I never have to wait long. If I do wait your waiting area is very comfortable and I never mind sitting there. I am disappointed in my 08' Honda Pilot, which only has 45,000 miles on it. I need a new radiator which will be $600.O0 and I no longer have a warrenty. :( Thought Honda's lasted forever and didn't need a lot of service.

My experience was great everyone was very friendly and I never once felt like I was being taking advantage of in terms of pricing, the only low rating I have (Quality of work) is a 4 instead of a five because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car...it was making a noise and then go figure stopped doing it as soon as I brought it in! They were very accomidating and gave me some great pointers as to what it might be and what to do if it happened again, they also when over my car to make sure there were no safety concerns which made me feel better about driving away, and the noise hasn't happened since!Overall great experience!

I called because I had a headlight out. They fit me right in, treated me in a friendly and professional manner, charged a very low price for their work, and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. This is typical of the service I receive from Grappone Honda. I bought my car from them in November 2002, and it was easy, fast and affordable, with very helpful people. I've brought my Accord in to Grappone for every service since then, be it routine or emergency. They always fix the problem, give me good advice, understand that customers have financial constraints and do an appropriate level of service that meets both safety and financial needs. I am usually pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repairs. The repair team always feel like they are my partners in keeping my car in tiptop shape, not just a company that does the work for the money and that's it.

Grappone Honda has changed the dealership experience for me. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always friendly and knowlegable about the vehicle and service. They get me out usually earlier than promised. The job is always done right. Pricing seems fair and competitive. Discount coupons are sometimes available and Grappone provides a free oil change after 5 paid - nice! The cashiers are very friendly and make sure the pricing is correct. I was sorry to learn that Mario, who sold me my two Hondas and my Mini Cooper, has moved to Florida. I am sure that his replacement will be just as nice and have answers to my questions. Up until Grappone and the way they treat me, and I suspect all their customers, I only went to the dealer to purchase the car and get warranty service. Because of the awesome experience, I use Grappone for all of my service and parts as well as tires and Nitro Fill. Great people, great attitude, great service and attention to detailmake the Grappone Honda team The BEST I have ever found!

I'm a long term Toyota Fan. When I was looking to trade in my 2001 Sienna last year, I saw both Toyota and Honda dealers in Manchester and Concord NH. I bought my last Toyota at Toyota Nashua, and one other Toyota a Celica at Grappone Toyota.I'm a senior and I wanted an economical, reliable car. I'm an avid online computer enthusiast. For years Consumers Reports has influenced my major purchases. Their revue of the Honda Fit, intrigued me. I did more research and found a very interesting Honda Fit Users Group. I then compared Honda with Toyota and found that Fit was my best choice.I purchased my Fit in June of 2009 and at this date, April 2nd 2010, I have less then 5,000 miles on it. But being an outdoor and environmental enthusiast, I'm very happy with my choice.I have family members who are strong GM fans. We have yet to discuss in depth their views. But considering what the GM and Toyota news has been recently, I'm sure they are processing my choice with interest.I used to work in Concord and knew of the Grappone's family business influence. It's a splendid small business, local type of enterprise.

I brought in my 2007 CR-V for alignments, at Archie's recommendation; probably a mechanic recommended when I had my car serviced a few weeks earlier. (It was a 50,000 checkup.) As soon as I got out of the car, one of the service staff met me and proceeded to take care of the paper work, etc. I was assured that the alignment would be done as expeditiously as possible. I was given an estimate that it could take more than two hours to complete the task. Actually, it was done in about two hours. Archie explained at the cashier what corrections were made to align the front wheels,and how much "life" the tires still have. What amazed me the most was how smooth the CR-V now runs. A $80 plus well spent. My wife and I are planning a car trip to NJ, VA, and NC as of next April 12, and we will feel secured that the car will give us a trouble free ride.I would like to make a recommendation. A customer's car should be vaccumed, washed, and windshield reservoir filled at the end of the service. I had that done to other cars I owned at other dealerships.

My wife and I have purchased two 2009 Honda's from Grappone. Mine is a CR-V and her's is a Honda Fit Sport. Our sales person (Henry) is a great guy and very personable with a good sense of humor. He and his sales manager really went the distance to give us the deal on the Honda Fit we had to have to buy the car. They didn't have to give us the deal but they did and Henry stayed after closing to finish the deal to let us take the car home that night. They also have an excellent service department which has on-line scheduling which makes getting appointments very easy. We initially tried to work a deal with another Honda dealer but their sales person had no interest in talking to us. The guy didn't say hello or tell us his name. Grappone Honda was a very pleasant shopping experience both times without heavy sales tactics. I would recommend Grappone Honda to anyone interested in buying a new Honda.

I feel so lucky that we ended up at Grappone Honda and met Lena there. We had spent months traveling around to used car lots looking for the right van for our family. We avoided going to a dealership because we thought we would end up paying too much. We were so wrong. Not only did we feel like we were purchasing a reliable car from a respectable business, we got a really great deal. We are two parents who are currently going back to college because I was laid off from my job last year. We have a fixed budget and Lena went to bat for us and got us the perfect van at a price we could afford. They also have great deals on service. We trust Lena and the rest of the staff and plan to return for all of our service.

The dealership is extremely professional and knowledgeable about their product. I was able to get answers over the phone and get a potential solution when my car wasn't shifting well. The dealership was able to diagnose the problem and correct it. They made a stressful situation (with a relatively new car) a lot easier by being available for service, informative on solutions and employing courteous, knowlegeable and timely service personnel.In addition, knowing there is a comfortable waiting area with amenities, a shuttle van if you need to travel somewhere while waiting for your car etc. is very helpful.

Very convenient and easy to schedule on-line with this dealership. Customer service representatives are alway great to deal with and is a great experience. The service delivered is timely and the quality is good. I've heard that state inspections can be done up to 4 months prior to actual date but for soem reason this has never woked out conviently in association with a routine service, which would help.

A car salesman is a car salesman... sure, and dealing with them is dreaded by most.My experience at Grappone Honda though was a very pleasant experience. I felt that the salesman answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns with patience, understanding and knowledge, despite the fact that the model I was interested in was relatively new. Yes, in the process he learned some things about the vehicle that he was not aware of at first, but it was dealt with very professionally.I would recommend the buying experience here!

I could probably find a lower price somewhere else but I choose Grappone because I feel that they treat me and my car very well. They always do a great job explaining each service to me and giving me an estimate BEFORE the work is done so I have an idea of how much the bill will be. They also offer great deals like free oil changes after you buy five. I am always greated as soon as I walk in! And above all else they never treat me like a dumb girl who doesnt know anything about her own car. They always make me feel comfortable.

I was very impressed with this dealership. We found them on overstock.com and we were initially routed to their internet salespeople. They followed up with us immediately. We knew which car we wanted and Bill was very flexible and helped us get the car we wanted at a GREAT price. Scott and Joe were both wonderful... probably the best sales team I have ever worked with. They were incredibly patient with me and let me ask lots of questions. Scott was very knowledgeable on my test drive but was honest when he didn't know the answer to something. Often I find that sales people will give you a BS answer or avoid the question rather than admit they don't know something about a car, but Scott just acted like a real human being and admitted when he didn't know the answer to one technical question my fiance asked. When we sat down to talk prices he first came back with a price that was out of my range but worked with me to get down to a price that I could afford. The entire time, both Scott and Joe were respectful of the fact that my budget isn't huge and I had some negative equity in my trade. They never once made me feel any pressure to make up my mind about the purchase. They will, without a doubt, be the first people I see when I am in the market again.

I have purchased several autos from Grappone since 1986. Every sales experience has been great, but most important is the service after the sale. I have always been greeted by a friendly service manager. The waiting area is very comfortable and the coffee is great. If I decide not to wait for my vehicle, the friendly courtesy van driver will take me where I need to go and pick me up when the service has been completed. Once the service has been performed, the cashier greets me with a friendly smile while the final paperwork is processed.

i would recomment Grappone for sales and service. i have purchased my last two Honda's from Grappone and have broughtboth to Grappone for all service. Archie, Wayne, Dan and the rest of the service team are very attentive when i call to make my appointments and make sure i understand the work that was performed and why. They explain it thoroughly to me.I love the tire program. I trust the service team to take good care of my pilot and me. This past Saturday i was chatting with a man that owned a 2008 honda civic and received his free tires for being in the tire program and we were both thrilled the a dealership does really follow through with their programs. We both stated that we travel to Grappone outside of our home city/towns for the best service. i am extremely pleased and plan to purchase my next vehicle there too. They give a great trade in and price on the new car.

What I love most is when I arrive, I feel like I'm expected. I don't have to repeat myself since I've already described what I want on-line. Regardless, I'm always asked if I need anything else. The whole process is very efficient. If I choose to wait for my car, it always is ready faster than expected. I'm able to use my time well with computers, TV's magazines and an excellent showroom where I can dream about my next vehicle. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It doesn't get any better than that. Oh, and there's coffee and snacks. Wow!!!

Bill Murray was great! I had told him up front that I did not have time to play games and he respected that throughout the process while still giving both parties a good deal. He won my business over a very assertive and nice young woman at Auto Fair who was offering to beat any offer Grappone made. In the end it was Bill's manner in dealing with me that sealed the deal. You are lucky to have him! he even made my Golden Retriever feel welcome!

Without competition around, I wondered what it would be like. I have to say I was more than pleased dealing with Grappone. I am always greeted promptly, and have always been satisfied with their service. They give me an accurate estimate of the time it will take to complete the work, and give the option of waiting at the dealership or being driven home or to work, and picked up later. The waiting area in the dealership is clean and comfortable, with a television, today's paper, a slew of magazines, fresh coffee, and internet access. This is simply a great dealership which highly values its customers and prides itself on customer service.

Whether at the Ford or Honda dealership where I purchased a new Odyssey, and a used Nissan Sentra, I have always been treated fairly. On-line scheduling was a breeze. Dan was friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout the time my car was being serviced. Although I didn't need to take advantage of it, I appreciated the offer of a ride and the waiting facilities looked comfortable and clean. Grappone Honda is a nice place to buy a car. The people are friendly, courteous, and helpful. There are no shiny suits here and no sales pressures, gimmicks, or games. What you see is what you get. Bob Morrill in sales has done a great job for many years, and he is one of the reasons I keep coming back. He delivered a spotless Accord to me with all the accessories I asked for. The car looked fantastic. Bill Bradley in sales was very attentive to my needs and returned all my phone calls promptly.Overall, a no-hassle esy to deal with group of people in sales.The service department is very efficient. They always call if there is an issue that arises for a repair not agreed to in the original appointment. You are processed quickly and you are on your way.

When I brought my Honda CRV in for a state inspection, I was immediately greeted by Wayne, who showed me to his desk and set up my paperwork. I waited for my vehicle in a very comfortable waiting area which was equipped with reading material, a television and an internet work station. My vehicle was ready in no time. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

From the service coordinators to the mechanics to the helpful women at the checkout desk I find everyone at Grapponne Honda in Concord, NH to be courteous, and professional. They have created a wait room with comfortable, clean accomodations as well internet access. I would recommend this dealer as a great place to get your Honda serviced.

Recently I took my car in for a normal service interval but had neglected to ask them to fix a broken piece on the drivers side sun visor.I was delighted when I picked up the car to see they'd proactively fixed the sun visor without calling me or at any additional charge.When I arrived to pick up the car I realized I was after the posted hours but the lady in the service department was still there and went out of her way to help me.I have almost 200,000 miles on my Accord and have had only Grappone service it. They've always done a great job and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I will never bring my business to Grappone again. I have had numerous problems with them. It started sevearl years back with my Honda Accord. I brought it there for a light out in the shifter. They replaced it and in doing so, scratched up all of the plastic around the shifter and gouged the shifter itself. It was obvious and they tried to get me to take the vehicle back without saying anything. I noticed it and called them on it. They looked it over and agreed that they would replace it. Had to schedule another appt.. Dropped car off and they replaced it. When I got it back this time, there was a hole put into the leather seat, from what looked like a screwdriver. Never mentioned it to me. Called them on it and they were not going to do anything about it but later changed there mind. Had to make another appt. Dropped off, when I got it back, there was black stains all over the front driver's side area from whoever fixed the hole in the leather. Was not a huge deal to most people but I was upset. Decided to not go there again. A year or so later, brought my Ridgeline down for a cracked windshield. Was a warranty fix. Had it replaced by them. When I got it back, there was black stains all over the fabric. Had my limit with the service dept.. Now, living in Concord, I drive down to Autofair for any service. Unfortunate becasue Grappone is like 10 min drive. This past Christmas, gave the parts dept. a try. Would not even price match with Autofair. Bought from them any way. Figured a wash with gas and mileage. Several weeks go by, no call on part. Called in Jan., part was ordered around Christmas. They told me that the part was in. I asked about the call back. I was told that the part was in and did not know why a call was not placed nor did he seem to care. Told me to pick up the part if I want it. Done with them. Service is horrible.

Too many stories that don't match someone elses story "the Managers" know who i'm talking about! Low trade in offers. They do not honor internet coupons that are advertised. No friendly sales experience. Loyal customer appreciation has Sure has gone downhill in the last three years. Bob Grappone sure would be disapointed! Auto"fair" is the dealership to go!a LOST LOYAL CUSTOMER!

I took my car in for service because I thought they would be a good choice to work on my Honda. I expected to need a few repairs, and came back with a quote for over $3000 of work and the recommendation that the car wasn't worth repairing. I went to a different mechanic and had all of the same work done for $700. The repairs were done for a fraction of the cost at another mechanic, done faster much than Honda had predicted, and I had much better customer service. Grappone may be a good place to buy a car--I don't know--but their service station is little better than a scam.

I bought my new car there, have been taking it there for 3 years for service and have never been offered a free car wash. The service is high priced (figure it out...well over $100/hr) and I don't trust that all of the service they sell you is needed.

Bought a 2007 Honda Fit in January 09. Sold as being in pristine condition (or very close)but found out after owning for a month that it had previous bumper damage that been repaired to a stable condition but not pristine. The bumper was riveted to the car under panel. Probably would not have purchased had I known this was the case. Also found very uneven tire wear between tires and a loose rear view mirror. Asked dealer to examine the car. The dealer examined the car agreed to replace the mirror, rotate tires, but was told bumper was stable and would not be replaced. An opening where the bumper is riveted to the under panel now traps snow and ice during winter months. Also learned today that even though I have owned the car for less than a month I will have to replace the tires in 2-3 months. Dealer has addressed a legal liability but not customer satisfaction. Will likely sell the car in two years and then buy new someplace else. Personnel are very friendly, courteous and maintain a professional demeanor. Still feel misled and taken advantage of. Clearly feel over charged for the quality of the actual product received after owning for a month.

I went back to the dealer for an oil change and they said it may take about an hour. I thought this was long, but was ok with it. It ended up only taking 20 minutes, and they washed my car for me! They really value their customers here! I am glad that i decided to stop in last time!

We bought an 06 Saturn Ion from grappone. The cruise control did not work, a piece of trim flew off on the way home, and it needed some touch up paint. Since we got the extended warranty, they were required to fix it, which I believe is the only reason they did it, even though we got a written and verbal agreement saying they would, they tried getting out of it multiple times and insisted they were "doing us a favor".The first time it rained? The car flooded. The sunroof leaked. Somehow they had the car 2 months outside in the rain, and never noticed this supposedly. We took it to our mechanic... It needs a new drivers side strut, the inspection sticker doesn't match the VIN(!) they didn't do the touch up paint (they gave us a thing of touch up paint and said do it ourselves).AND, I'm now printing out previous reviews from this site to drive down there and parade out front like an idiot spouting about lemons in order to try and get them to fix the water damage. Bad Bad Bad.Oh, they wouldn't let us pull the radio from our old car either after saying we could as part of the transaction. $400 radio.

This is why I will no longer deal with Grappone Honda. A copy of this letter was sent to Honda America. On Aug. 27, 2007 I had my 2004 Element in to your shop for a 45,000 check up. Two weeks ago, when I was picking an antenna at the parts department, I asked at the checkout desk what the cost of this checkup would be. They said they would ask the service manager (presumably you) and you told me it would be between $165 and $170 dollars. I was a bit surprised when Archie called to tell me the vehicle was ready, and when I asked him what the total was, he said $211.03! I assumed that something must have been found wrong on the vehicle, but when I asked at the desk they said no, it was just a routine check. I then wondered how $170 could become $211, and I saw that not only was I charged for the labor of a 45,000 mile checkup ($164.95) but also for the oil, an oil filter, a washer, and $12.92 worth of coolant, along with a $13.81 hazmat charge! My Honda service manual says that at 45,000, it should get an oil change. Now, I took my wifes Subaru Outback to Jiffy Lube this morning for an oil change. They checked all the same things on that car that you guys checked everything - and I watched them do it for a total cost to me of $46.27. This is the second, and last, time I will be taken by Grappone Honda. Not only did you try to charge me $211 for an oil change (I complained to Archie that you quoted me $170, and he said, and this is his DIRECT quote, If you want a service price ask an advisor and not the service manager because they dont know what they are talking about, then he told the cashier to change the bill to $170 as per service manager before he stomped off,) but it said on the bill that if you scheduled online there was a $5 discount, and I scheduled online and got no such discount on the bill. Ill forward this to Honda America, as it should save me the hassle of filling out another survey on your dealership, which would not, Im afraid, be a very good one. Not to worry, as my family and I will be taking our business elsewhere. It is my sincere hope that in the future you will adopt a more ethical business practice, and stop taking advantage of your customers.

I must say it was hard to track our sales person down, only because he was dismissed from his previous dealership, Auto Fair, for unjust cause, but when we found him again we were glad. matt is so nice, probably the nicest guy we ever bought a car from. the managers were nice to and we loved our experience. this is the second car we bought from matt in less than two months. great job matt we're glad we found you. good luck we know we'll be back to see you again. thanks.

We have had our Honda serviced at Grappone Honda for several years, solely because they were the closest and the most convenient Honda service dept. After our most recent experience, we finally gave up, and went to an independent mechanic (whom we are very happy with). Unfortunately, the service reps. we dealt with there were rude, discourteous and unprofessional. They were constantly pushing repairs that we didn't need (as verified by our new mechanic), and always came up with the most expensive option to repair the car. Maybe it was psychological, and maybe not, but nearly every time we went in there for a minor repair on one item or another, within 3 days of leaving we would develop a new major problem. Put simply, they are people that you do not feel you can trust.

The service department is rude and most unhelpful. The sales people can be pushy as well and it is not a fun experience to go here. They try to justify the overpriced cars with the "Grappone Difference" but the free tires are a scam. You have to have everything done there which is fine, but if you lose one piece of paperwork they don't have to give you the tires. The service person even laughed when I asked why they can't track it on the computer. Also the Sales staff's product knowlege is somewhat limited as the Honda dealership sales staff seems to have a significant turnover.
