I've been to dozens and dozens of different service centers over the years and Grappone's are the best I've experienced. I've been to three different Grappone service centers and they're all good but their Toyota service center is the best in my opinion.

I brought my car in for an oil consumption recall. It failed so they were gonna do the repair. It took them over a month to get the parts. Two days after dropping my car of my "service advisor" called for a bunch of upsales he wanted to do while he was working on it. I said no thanks. His tone and attitude changed immediately. He said my car would be ready the next week. This was on a friday.I called back the next tuesday and asked if my car was ready. He said "yeah come pick it up". They bring my car back out to me and the exhaust is sooo loud. They had pieces the exhaust system back together with sheet metal screws. It was horrible. I'm going to pay to have someone else fix the exhaust because I'm so scared to bring my car back to the Grappone Toyota dealer. I don't think I'll ever bring my car back for a recal and I always buy toyotas. I'm so afraid to leave my vehicle with the dealer I'd rather take the risk not doing the recalls

I had a hard time believing it was a no-haggle business that had our best interests at heart. With each interaction I began to believe it! It's not the old school buying experience we used to dread. It's people resourcing you to buy the vehicle you want in the time that you want it. I never once felt pressure to "hurry up and decide." I was in a peculiar situation during the time I was looking for a new vehicle. I had been to multiple other dealerships and had terrible experiences and was feeling very discouraged. My fiance finally suggested we go to Grappone because he had a positive experience there, even though he did not end up purchasing a vehicle. We drove over 60 miles to get there and I'm so, so glad we did. We were greeted relatively quickly by Taylor, who was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic at her job. My fiance and I both have worked in sales before, so we have high expectations when it comes to sales people and Taylor is BY FAR one of the best we have ever encountered. I told Taylor what I was looking for' something different than just a sedan, something economical, quiet (in terms of road noise), and safe, and something comfortable as I have back problems and always have problems finding comfortable vehicles. We had already had a Scion iM in mind, but before we even told Taylor that, she recommended the Scion TC and iM. We test drove both and Taylor was extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles and kept all of my concerns in mind at all times. I fell in love with the iM but could not purchase (lease, rather) that day. I was on a very specific schedule for this purchase, as I was going to be terminating a lease early. We made an appointment to complete everything on a day that I had prior engagements at home (which again, is 60 miles away) and I needed to leave by a certain time. Taylor, and the rest of the Grappone team, got us in and out within about 2 hours and I made it home with time left to spare. Everyone at Grappone was extremely respectful of my time which means so much to me. At no point during this process did I ever feel pressured to purchase this vehicle. At other dealerships, I felt pressured, but I also felt judged because of my budget. I literally had a sales person say to me, "I'm not going to even discuss the possibility of putting you in a vehicle you can't afford." And it turned out I could have afforded that vehicle over the vehicle the sales person was trying to get me in! Taylor was very conscientious of my budget even though the pricing is very straightforward at Grappone, and negotiation isn't an issue. She humored me wanting to look at other cars in addition to the iM, but was honest about how much it would cost me, but never made me feel like I couldn't afford something. After my transaction was completed, I needed to call the dealership the next day and everyone I spoke to that day was fantastic as well. Grappone is literally the easiest dealership to work with. My fiance and I have already decided we will be doing our car buying business through them for a very long time.

I wasn't hunted down in the parking lot, they waited until I entered the showroom. I was greeted by a nice young lady that made sure I knew that they knew I was there and someone would be right with me. My salesman, Armand, was very knowledgeable about the Rav4 I was looking at, very friendly and fun to deal with, and got my deal wrapped up as quickly as possible as I was under a time crunch.

I just stopped by to get a few ideas about purchasing a vehicle to replace our Safari Van, which did not pass inspection. I left with not just an idea or two but a concrete idea of what I wanted. SO my car broke down, I was a little anxious about how much it was going to cost because it was the steering that locked up, its was towed on a Monday and Tuesday midmorning the service tech called and gave me the bad news, So after work I came back and meet Taylor she is a sweetie I told her about my car and how I would love to get into a new one, showed her the Scion that I loved , I never thought it was in my reach , I stilled owed two more years on my car, but she worked it out so that I got 0.9 % interest threw Toyota my payment were the same as my old car, boy did I let out a big YAHOO! I was in the market for a Toyota. I was unsure if I wanted new or used or even what model to get. I worked with Taylor Thorne Strickler and had a great experience. She was knowledgeable and patient in comparing models, going over pros and cons, and allowing me to try out several vehicles. I decided I wanted a used Highlander and ended up purchasing it at a different dealership. This was no reflection on Taylor, it was just difficult to find the model/trim I was looking for. I made an online appointment for our 2011 Rav4, an 80k service and a summer tire change over. It was super convenient to make the online appointment and receive a confirmation via email. My wife dropped the car off early and utilized the free shuttle van ride to her office in Concord. I received a call mid morning informing me of an issue with my rear shocks which was discovered during the 80k service. Leaking shocks which required replacement. Good news is the full cost of the shocks including parts and labor including a 4 wheel alignment would all be covered under our extended warranty, made me smile. I was also informed the rear brakes would need replacing in the coming few thousand miles, I was given an estimate, discussed the possibility of waiting for our next service to have them done, and the cost ramifications with waiting versus doing them now. Since nor difference in cost decided to wait it out. Pretty amazing though, almost 80k miles on the original rear brakes, and almost 70k miles from the original front brakes before they were replaced. As usual the car was ready early, but was told we had until 6:30PM to pick it up. The overall level of service and responsiveness delivered by Grappone was excellent, hence the reason we always return, and why we will remain loyal customers for the years to come.The only negative thing I have to say about Grappone is how much I dislike the haggle free car buying experience. I guess I am old school and feel cheated or deprived by not being able to negotiate such a large dollar purchase. I understand the majority of consumers enjoy being able to buy a car without negotiating, but I am not one of them. Even if we did not buy our next Toyota with Grappone I suspect we would return their for service.

I was in the position of needing a used car right away as my inspection month was coming to a close and my older vehicle needed much more work and money to pass inspection than it was worth.. I was pleased with the trade value I received and the pricing for used vehicles is very up-front. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, very friendly and has followed up with a call to check to see if there were any problems or questions. Overall it was a good experience. I have not needed any service yet as I recently got this vehicle.

I didn't give a rating on the 'Quality of repairs' because we have not had to have any done. The only thing I wish came with the new vehicle was a case to put the manuals in. A very warm welcome from Armand! Josh joined us when we had a credit question. Armand and Josh were very understanding and relieved our nervous tension. We couldn't ask for two more qualified individuals to work with they are the best. We traded in a 2007 Ford Escape and returned a 2012 leased Rav Toyota. They provided an offer to purchase the Ford and gave us a check promptly. Armand had us take a test drive in a 2015 Rav that he felt had items we were looking for and he was right on!

I first stopped in just browsing and the car sales person was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had shopped at a dealership closer to me and found the customer service lacking and felt consistently that they were too busy to work with me and answer questionssince when does the customer feel like they are stalking the car salesman??? As I furthered my car search I learned the original salesperson at Grappone was changing jobs and I ended up working with Sarah. We conversed over a few weeks via email as time and distance were an issue for me. I didn't meet her in person until I went to go see a vehicle that came in for me to look at. Throughout the whole process she clearly articulated the leasing process and sought to meet my needs and budget. I shopped around for pricing at other dealerships and Grappone (they have a ZERO negotiation policy) was very competitive despite my original thought that maybe negotiating would get me a better deal. I did not find any pricing that much better (or within a couple of dollars) and to me the service and the ease of the process was worth an extra dollar or two per a month. When I went in to look at the vehicle my old car actually died on the way there. Due to the fact it was late when I got there and we couldn't finish the process, they immediately offered me (I didn't even ask) a rental car overnight to make it easier for me to get back the next day. The sales people need better training. They had to redo my paperwork twice and put it through the shop twice for the correct inspection sticker. I was there over 2 hours to pick up my truck when it should have took less than 45 minutes. Also sales man was a bit lost trying to go over all the new features of the vehicle I expect everything to be gone through when I upgrade from a 2011 to a 2015. Great dealership but the sales staff needs improvement.

I felt obligated to write a review after my second experience buying a car from Grappone Automotive Group. I have purchased a handful of cars from all over the country as I served in the U.S. Army. I have recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra and a Toyota Tacoma in the last year and have left more than satisfied each time. This last experience was a little different as I had my two year old daughter with me witch made juggling a car seat during a test drive and filling out paperwork a little more challenging. I was extremely impressed with the way Grappone handled the entire situation and how accommodating they were throughout the entire process. From providing activities for my daughter to do and helping with the car seat and everything in between Grappone, Mohsen (Moe) Elmasry specifically, made me feel great about my car buying experience. For as long as we are close enough to New Hampshire to buy from Grappone we will be doing so. Again I felt so strongly about my experience I felt obligated to write this review. I worked with Sarah Emery at the toyota grappone and I have never had a better sales experience. She gave me all the right amount of information at every car we looked at, pros and cons, and gave me a realistic approach to each vehicle. I truly felt appreciated and that my time was valuable and feel as though there was no pressure in buying at anytime in the sales process. I ultimately ended up purchasing a Honda civic and am so happy with my choice and even happier with the service I received.

Once again...a Stellar Experience! We bought our Ford Fiesta here last December. Love this little thing. We had discussed getting something bigger, but have been so busy with the holidays. Took our car in for regular maintenance service, and we saw a car we liked. A beautiful black Subaru Forrester. Gave our basic info & said we were on our way somewhere & didn't have time to go through the paperwork right then. They said "No Problem". 2 days later we were back to get another car form Grappone. The papers just needed signatures. WoW! is all we could say! Jen Pineo & the team of people we have dealt with are a class act. No hassles. No haggling. They have people that, their job, is to scope out the going price for any available vehicle out there. So that way there is No pressure. The sales people do NOT make a commission, so they don't have ulterior motives in selling you a thing. We wouldn't go anywhere else! I recently bought a car for my grandson through Grappone Toyota, and it was an unexpected easy and simple experience. This was due mainly because of our salesman, Kevin Knash. I know that car sales people are supposed to "make the sale", but Kevin went above and beyond to make this happen. Thanks Kevin. We bought a 2013 Ford Fusion which had to be coordinated with Grappone Ford and the sale went seamlessly. I had never done business with Grappone in the past but will certainly go back in the future!

She went out of her way to help me through the whole process from the test drive to driving off in my new car. My husband and I drove an hour to visit this dealer to test drive a very specific car that they had in stock. Next time, we'd drive that hour specifically to do business with them! Very professional. Even entering the building, it "feels" different - more welcoming and upbeat. I appreciated the policy of listing the best price, so no haggling. There were a few things that needed attention post-sale, and they were taken care of in the same professional, caring, expedient fashion as the pre-sale. We were impressed that both of the people helping us had over 20 years with this dealer - when do you see that? In addition to all that, we love the car (a late-model, low-mileage certified used car) and we know we purchased it for a good price. I'd highly recommend these folks.

I recently went to grappone after dealing with a few other car dealerships, I met Patrick and he was extremely friendly and willing to help me as no other dealership would give me the time of day as Patrick and josh have done. I bought a 2011 Toyota rav which I love ! It took us awhile but in the end I'm one satisfied customer! My husband plans on coming back in a few years to buy a truck from grappone, we both are very please with the service we got and everything! Went in to test drive a beautiful used 2010 F150 Lariat on Saturday 4/12/2014...I ended up trading my 2008 GMC Sierra Denali and bought the F150 on the same day.. The whole process was so easy I kept saying to my Wife something must be wrong. Everyone was so easy going at this dealership. I buy a lot of vehicles and always end up wasting most of a day doing a deal going back and forth between manager and Salesman trying to "work a deal"... This can get very frustrating, and I'm tired of that way of buying a vehicle...This was not the case at Grappone..I'm thrilled with this buying experience...Love my Ford and will surely be back...

Well I saw this truck on cars.com call them up and what a nice saleman and very respectful, but it was only one little issue and which we went for a ride and my wife allergy starter to act up cause she is very allergic to dog and it seems the previous owner had one. But everything else was very good in particular taylor she was right on the money with every answers and very knowledgeable about trucks. I definitely will go back and see if I have a better luck with another truck....

Called to make appt. for an oil change and explained to the receptionist that I had a Toyota oil change service coupon and she had no idea what I was talking about. She transferred me to an "advisor" to tell them I had a coupon to use for my oil change. The advisor never picked up the phone. I called Toyota of Manchester nh . They knew right away about the national Toyota service coupons and made my appt to come in and use it immediately. Thanks Toyota of Manchester!! I would have spent all day trying to get someone to understand at Grappone.

I was shopping for a new car and wanted to test drive one, but a sales person as well as his manager did not let me take the car for a test drive as they were demanding that I provide my insurance company name. I explained to them that I sold my older car and cancelled my insurance, but all their behaviour and remarks demonstrated that they did not care. The Grappone dealership business in Bow, NH is probably going well and they can afford this kind of attitude to their customers. This is the first time that a dealership in NH ever asks for insurance company name in order to be able to test drive a car. I left this dealership disappointed not being able to understand why providing valid NH driving license was not enough to be their customer. First time car buyers or people with accent like me may not have any chance... The may have their own policy, they may not like people with accent... but money talk. They lost 12000 $, as same day I went to another dealer and bought the car from them.

I have tried 2 other dealerships. Grappone Stands out for is fair price but not neccasirily the lowest price. Hower, they have a better selection then the other dealers. They also are extremely knowledgeable about their cars and give great, friendly service. In essence, these items in my opinion are what make a great dealership !

I had leased a Toyota from another dealership, but starting having my car serviced at Grappone because it was closer for me. Everyone in the service department couldn't be more accomodating and professional so when it came time to lease a new Toyota, I only wanted to lease it from Grappone. My salesperson was Andres Damiron, who made me feel comfortable right away because there was no pressure and it was obvious from the start that he was there to help me make the right decision, which I did. Josh Gendron, the sales manager, was also very helpful with absolutely no pressure. When it came time for me to do the paperwork, Nancy Cote, the business manager, was very friendly and she took her time in explaining everything to me, which, again, made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Grappone Toyota in Bow, NH for leasing or purchasing a car...it doesn't get any better!

Last week I traded in my old Hyundai for a Toyota Yaris at Grappone and the experience I had with them was fantastic! Customer service was awesome and all of the staff were very attentive. Almost everyone who walked by us made sure we were being helped by someone and the experience of test driving, signing, etcetera was quick and easy. We worked with Jonathan who was great and ordered my Yaris new rims for free even though the ones on the car were fine by my standards. Overall a really great experience and couldn't be happier with my new car, if you're looking for a new or used car I would highly suggest going to them. One of the greatest aspects was not feeling pressured by them which is so typical with any sales people you encounter, I love this dealership!

Working with Moe and Grappone Toyota was a stress free way to find and buy the perfect car for me. Moe worked within my budget and did everything possible to get me the deal I needed. I really appreciate the straight forward approach! I am delighted with my new Prius V 2. I do a tremendous amount of local driving-moving the kids from one activity to another- and the exceptional gas mileage is amazing. The Prius is also a fun car to drive and an eye catcher. Every time I am parked someone comes over to me and asks about my car. I expect more people to be headed to Grappone Toyota!

I had been from dealer to dealer looking for my next car. I explained to my sales guy, Andres Damiron, I was looking at every manufacturer and there models before I made my decision, he told me that more than likely I would be happier and satisfied with a Toyota again. Only minor problem was we had to wait a while to get the paper work done - Only one person processing new purchases and he was with another buyer. We did not finance the truck through the dealer so once we started the process it did not take long - It was just the wait to get started. ( I hate to wait)

I had explained to my sales guy and manager I was looking at every manufacturer and there models before I made my decision the great thing is they said they understood and did not push me but they said I would more than likely be happier with the toyota. I had explained to them that I still needed to look at the fords and they went out of there way to have grappone ford bring a truck over to toyota for me to look at and drive. I can only imagine that Carole has been checking the reviews every day waiting to see what I had to say. Well here it is!!! What can I say, except first, I'm so happy Carole is still at Grappone - always greets us with a smile and a hug, and I know I totally make her day when she sees me, right Carole? I purchased my first RAV4 back in 2007 - absolutely loved it, and couldn't have had a better buying experience dealing with Carole. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle when I went to the dealership for service back on March 23, 2013 as there was nothing wrong with my 2007 RAV. My husband and I saw Carole was working that day, and oh she was so happy to see us (especially me - ha, ha, ha), so of course we had to say hi and talk. I brought my vehicle in that day for a safety recall and while there my oil was on the low side, so decided to have an oil change done. In the meantime, I hunted Carole down and asked if she had any new RAV's that I could look at....at that point it was just for fun. Well, there was this 2013 RAV4 that I had to test drive. Now mind you, we were only going for a test drive. It had all the bells and whistles and I loved it. Of course Carole answered all my questions (I only had a few). The new RAV was awesome and I started to think how much I would love to trade in my 2007 for the 2013, AND I DID!!! Imagine that, I go in for a safety recall (everything was just fine) and had an oil change done, then decide to purchase a new RAV. I think Carole's first words might have been "Oh God"....not sure if that was because she was excited that I was talking about a new purchase or if it was because she would be dealing with me again :) After all, the first experience Carole had with me was a lot of fun. I finally nailed down the color, gorgeous Magnetic Gray Metallic, and everything else I wanted with the vehicle - Carole came through for me. I had called and visited other dealerships looking for the best deal and service I could obtain, and I ended up back at Grappone and dealing with Carole Smith, the nicest, most friendly sales person I have ever met and known. A RAV was found for me that I was looking for, and then a question was asked....the RAV came with all season floor mats and not the carpeted. I asked what the all season floor mats were....Carole said she should have known, and of course my husband, Brian, said to Carole, you should have stopped while you were ahead - not quite sure what they meant - LOL. I ended up with the all season floor mats and they're great. I picked up my RAV4 on March 9, 2013 - could hardly wait. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. It has so many features - many of which I'm still checking out and learning about. Love the Bluetooth, the backup camera, the warnings for blind spot monitoring and cross-tracker - have been riding with the moonroof open. The sound is awesome....I could go on and on. Oh, did I mention heated seats? OMG, that has to be my favorite feature. Had to get a pet blanket for the back seat so our dog, Abby, could enjoy the ride with us - Abby loves it too! Well Carole, I love my RAV, it was a lot of fun buying my RAV from you, and I can't thank you enough for working with me (and Brian too). You're not just part of the sales team, you're a friend. Our experience at Grappone was the best car buying experience yet. We were treated fairly and like real adults (despite being young). I felt like we were taken seriously, and the gentleman, George, who helped us out wasn't pushy or impatient at all. Buying a car was a very big deal for my husband and I and they made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choice. My only negative thing to say would be the amount of time the whole ordeal took, but I suppose it takes that long everywhere. The facility itself was also top notch - add a swimming pool and it would be it's own little resort! Thanks for everything George and Grappone! We will definitely be back when it's time to buy another car.

My dealer was Brian Jones, and he went out of his way to ensure I knew all about my car and to make sure it was the right one for me. Brains customer services skills are impeccable, and he stayed late after the regular hours to make sure I would know where to go for my inspection. On the financing end we worked with Nancy who was equally as cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. Also had a bit of business to do with the parts department and service department and it was the same story. The physical facility is huge and equally amazing. If you want a surprisingly pleasant experience buying a new Toyota, Grappone's the place to go. Make sure you ask for "Moe" - you'll be more than glad you did!

I came with a lot of questions about the leasing option and with an open mind about the kind of car I might acquire as a second vehicle in our family. after test driving a RAV4, a Tundra, a Venza and a brand new 2013 Camry; I finally came to the conclusion that another Camry was the car for me. I've been driving Camry's for 13 years and absoluetly LOVE them, plus there is no other type of car to drive besides a Toyota. My Dad is a Toyota mechanic, need I say anymore. Taylor Throne-Strickler (saleswoman) was great to work with. She answered hundreds of questions my husband and I had with cheerfullness and spunk. If she didn't know the answer, she found out. Taylor found out what our needs were, and then let us see and test drive all our options. We didn't feel she was selling us on one car/truck verses another. We could take our time and make the best decision for us. After 9 hours at the dealership, we're sure she was ready for us to leave but when I finally got in the Camry to drive it off the lot, Taylor's excitement was still there as she showed me just a few more features of my new car. This was the first time I have done business with Grappone. I purchased a new Highlander with them and had a seamless experience. I was able to go on a lengthy test drive (back roads and highway), our salesperson was patient and helpful as I decided upon which trim level and color, and the price was very fair. The dealership is clean, all the salespeople are friendly and outgoing and there is no pressure from them. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and I look forward to many years with Grappone.

No pressure, no feeling disrepected just because I was a woman shopping for a car alone. They answered all my questions honestly with no hesitation, and were just a phone call or email away. They were able to secure great financing for me, and get me a good trade on my old 2001 Toyota and get me into the new car quicker than I could've hoped for. After having a terrible experience when I bought my last car, I finally know what a dealership should be like. I will definitely be visiting Grappone Toyota when it's time for another car.

Talk about exceeding expectations! From the first phone call until vehicle delivery, seeing to my "customer satisfaction" was their obvious concern. Every "touch point" that I had with the Grappone staff was superb. To me, the biggest cost of dealing with a dealership.is not the money, but the amount of pain I have to go through to buy a vehicle or have service done. My recent vehicle purchase at Grappone Toyota was totally painless. Andres has a wonderful work ethic and a most pleasant personality. I had some tough criteria to meet. As a sales rep, he helped me through five intensive hours of reviewing vehicles, getting to know one another a little, and serious negotiating until we all arrived at a "win-win" situation. With Andres' help, the time just flew by. Not only was my personal experience excellent, but the warranty and guarantees provided by this dealership outstrip the competition's. I know because I visited many competitors beforehand. The Graponne family has taken their family attitude and elevated it to a most excellent corporate strategy. From my perspective, it's working!

Excellent service from my direct Sales Representative Jonathon and Sales Manager Josh. Realizing that we both had our own agendas to tend to, the negotiations were very professional and cordial throughout the process. I consider myself a very hard critic of sales processes and look for certain qualities with my salespeople, foremost being the personality of my salesperson. Jon exhibited the human side that I recognize, being able to carry a genuine conversation other than pressuring you for the sale. He exhibited very good people skills in order to excel in this profession. He was knowledgable, patient, and friendly. It is important to me that I establish a relationship with ONE salesperson going forward, not one that comes and goes, as I am sure that we will have automotive needs in the future, so it is my expectation that he will still be employed by Grappone Toyota when it is time for me to buy-out my lease, purchasing a vehicle for my daughter or wife, and then some. Excellent service from Sales Manager Josh. We had a very nice sit down during some down time in the process. Acknowledging that it is part of his job to occasionally work the floor to speak to customers, he came across as very genuine. He was also committed to first class customer service as Jon is. Will also be looking to see if he remains with the company. What I will be looking for going forward, and I will make note of it, is the service after the sale. This was an extremely significant purchase for us, and we expect that servicing our vehicle will be as positive as when whe purchased it.

He allowed me to test drive the vehicle by myself. After deciding to buy the car, he filled up the car with gas and threw in a state inspection that would be due in 2 months. I had originally found my new Tacoma at Grappone Toyota through Cars.com and had contacted them from the link provided.Within the same day, a representative, Jeff, had contacted me about the truck I inquired about. Jeff was very professional, NOT pushy, and answered all of my questions quickly. I was e-mailed a copy of the window sticker with a very detailed listing of the features and breakdown of the costs. We were able to negotiate a price of the truck quickly (all done over e-mail, at my convenience)All that was left was deciding on my trade-in value. I ended up visiting the dealership that weekend and met another sales rep named Ridley, who had all of my info already in hand from conversations with Jeff. Within an hour, I had test driven the truck and came to an acceptable value for my trade.All in all, I found everyone at the dealership to be very polite and professional. The cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and the service waiting area were top-notch.Even though Grappone is further away from me than other Toyota dealerships, I would gladly recommend them and do business again.

Iwas very reluctant to bring my car to grappone ,but had no choice since other dealers could not help me.We had a problem of blowing coils,9 in all.We put all new factory parts in and seems to be o.k.,but never got an answer as why.Still waiting for one to go.After being told the car was fixed, less than 30 miles the check engine light comes on again,Ilive an hour from grappone so I was not happy.I knew it was the cat this time and told the tech,no such thing as mechanics anymore,He insisted it needed to be diagnosed again ,for another 90 dollars,I said I did not want to spend the 90 and just do the work.I then asked if they would let me have the car after all the repairs and just drive it to be sure it was o.k.,well that did not happen,basically told me to pay everything or no car,,funny I have to trust them to fix my car twice,but they don,t trust me to pay,though they had my card # from the first repair.And I still had to pay for the 2nd diagnostic and 2 trips for gas.I,ve lost faith in toyotas and will really consider another make of vehicle on future purchases

I was hesitant about going to Grappone in the first place, because I had a bad experience there several years ago. But I received a great recommendation from a co-worker and friend Renee Miller (who bought a Prius there within the last year), Therefore, I thought I would give it a second try.Mikhail was excellent. he was in no way the "sterotype" car salesman which I was kind of expecting. He was very informative in regard to the Prius, and then the Corolla. I didn't feel like I was being swindled at all. he took the time to really explain every aspect of both cars, as I was having difficulty making my decision. I knew what car I wanted. I went in with the intent to buy that car if I liked it. I purchase a 2008 Lexus IS250AWD. Beautiful to look at, BUT .They didnt tell me that it was missing a floor mat just put papers over it so I wouldnt notice until after I took it home. When I called about it, I was told to go to some after market website and buy new ones!! UM, Im sorry, I just bought a Lexus! I kind of expect for it to have floor mats. They said theyll look into it but no promises. Hail, hail for superior customer service! Ugh. I purchased my last car from Berlin City. It was delivered with no head rests. They ordered me brand new ones and had them sent straight to my house with an apology! I understand it's "just" a floor mat, but it's more the outright NO that I got when I asked about it that bothered me. I then realized 2 days later (today)that I didnt get a copy of the quote from the bank in my paperwork or the quote they gave me stating that my final price was $1000 less than the internet price so of course, I cant prove they gave me that price at all. Very sneaky! Yes, it was my fault that I didnt read it more closely, but to find out that I in fact did NOT get the discounted price, AND, they plopped the pay off for my trade-in, onto my loan, frankly, it pisses me off!!! Again, my fault for not reading it more thoroughly before signing, but its disgusting to think that I go into a dealership, Im upfront and honest, and they turn around and lie to me and do whatever they can to get every dime of my money. What happened to integrity? We make a deal so I assume that deal is correct (on paper too!) and did not realize I had to go over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure they hadn't changed it - but apparently I was wrong! If I wanted to buy a new car AND pay off my other one, I would have just bought another car and kept my old one!!!! Im so disgusted. Tomorrow is my third day of having the car. I have that amount of time to bring it back. Im seriously thinking I am going to do just that.Sorry for the long post but I am not impressed. I will deal with Berlin City going forward probably starting tomorrow when I get my refund! Do not buy from these people. You will regret it too.

I bought a used 2000 Toyota Camry from this dealership in 2002 or 2003. I specifically told them I did not want a vehicle owned by a smoker because of allergies. They hid the all the burn holes in the upholstery with some material that lasted about two weeks and their air freshener dissipated around that time also. I was furious. They did not repair the seats; basically I was stuck once I signed the contract. Recently I was shopping for a RAV4; this same dealership had a few vehicles I was interested in. I thought maybe things have changed, but just to be sure I told them about my previous experience. They assured me they would take care of me. The internet sales person, Jena told me they had a special $139.00 per month with $3,000.00 down with .000l financing. They also had a $250 rebate offered. I test drove two vehicles then chose a vehicle I liked. The sales person gave me a payment sheet. The $25,100 vehicle was now $25,424 on sale for $23,000. They raised the price of the vehicle, left out the rebate, gave me no trade in value, and added a dealer handling fee of $369.00. They lied about paying off my leased vehicle which could of cost me thousands once the deal was finalized. When I questioned their figures the Gerry said the finance person made a mistake and he would be back with a corrected payment sheet. A half hour later, he was sitting across from the finance manager with legs crossed laughing. I told Gerry I had another appointment and he smiled and said where? I told him it was none of his business. I was furious. I wasted over three hours of my time only to find out the whole thing was a scam to get people in. That pricing was for college students and/or soldiers. Don't believe what they say: Since 1924, we have been striving to give our customers the best sales experience possible.

They allowed me to take my time to determine which vehicle I wanted to purchase so I would be completely satisfied. What I appreciated the most was the level of comfort offered to me throughout this process. In no way did I feel pressured or manipulated, as I often do with car salesmen. Instead they were educational and patient, answering and explaining my many questions. Additionally, everybody here was extremely respectful and polite, more qualities not commonly attributed to car salesmen. I never felt uncomfortable with the men here, instead they opened doors for me and treated me with great respect. Overall, because of these reasons alone - all of which have nothing to do with car that I bought, which is equally awesome - I would drive the 1.5hrs to go back to Grappone, and I would definitely refer them to everybody I know.

Our purchase started on the internet with a program our insurance company offers. We contacted three dealerships and Grappone was the only one who followed through on the pricing we received through the insurance company. They did not try to add any fees [they are not allowed to if they participate in the insurance program]. In the end, we wound up paying more than $2,000.00 less for the Tacoma we purchased over what the other two dealerships offered. It was a pleasure dealing with people who are straightforward and don't play games. I have NEVER had a car buying experience to match the one we had at Grappone. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I found my experience in working with ashley online to be very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. She provided me with a good price and that is one reason I came down. 2nd reason, Mikhail is a friend and has spoken highly of the dealership even though we have never been abale to buy a car there in the past due to the sales people not being very interested in making a deal. He presuaded us to come and try again. We did and this time we are pleased to finally buy a car from you!Mikhail was very knowledgable and took time to go thru the car thoroughly pointing out the details of how the car works and it's features.!!! We would HIGHLY recommend Grappone Toyota and our Sales Rep. Taylor to our friends and family! Here is our story why:My wife really does not like the process of buying a vehicle; so much that she keeps her vehicles 9+ years at a time. Roughly 2 weeks ago my wife and I decide it was time for a new vehicle; again the last time my wife went shopping for a vehicle was nearly 10 years ago! She was interested in minivans (new or used), however it came down to space, see we have four kids' ages from 4 through 13 and the Toyota Sienna fit that option.We currently live in Manchester, NH and there are NO shortages of dealerships. However, none of them seemed to fit that "family" style even though they advertised like that. I work in Concord, NH, I decided to go down to Grappone Toyota and see what they have to offer. When I arrived I was meet by Taylor, from there she sat down with me and I explained our needs. Taylor, let me inspect a few vehicles (knowing that I was not the only decision maker) after, she gave me a tour of the new building, which was very helpful. Taylor, then set-up an appointment with me and my wife, without being that "typical" salesperson. The day of our appointment was upon us, my wife and I were running a few minutes late, however, that did not detour Taylor she had a vehicle ready in the service area (since it was raining out) gave my wife and I another inspect of the vehicle, again more for my wife. Taylor went above and beyond to understand my wife's need and worked with her on answering all of our questions. Negotiations are my wife's favorite (NOT). Taylor was very patient and we feel that she worked with us in obtaining a vehicle that day. Mind you the dealership has now closed it was after 6:00pm, but Taylor never looked like she was watching the clock or tried to hurry us along.VICTORY: My wife has new Toyota Sienna, the first NEW vehicle she has ever owned, thanks to Taylor.The only bad part (NOT really bad) is that my wife had such a wonderful experience with Grappone and Taylor, that her days of having a vehicle more than a couple years I think are over, watch-out Taylor I think we have created a new vehicle buyer!!!!!Cheers!Carol and Richard P.

I originally stopped by to look at a different car, but they were able to assess my needs and recommend a different vehicle that was not on their website yet and that fit my needs much better. This is a followup to my review from 3/15/2012. After my debacle on March 15, I met with the Northeast Toyota Rep., Ted, on April 4. After explaining my situation and driving various vehicles for 4 hours, Ted gave the go-ahead to replace the transmission on my vehicle. Grappone set me up with a brand-new Toyota Highlander loaner, and was extremely accommodating. They replaced the transmission with the non-whiny one that I wanted, and kept me updated on the progress. I got the vehicle back today (April 14), and could not be happier with it. The whining noise from the transmission is completely gone, and the car drives wonderfully. Because of all the hassle that was created with the whole issue, Grappone also made a goodwill gesture and repaired and repainted my rear bumper cover, which was scratched pretty deeply when I bought the vehicle, and also a small rock chip in my hood, all free of charge. The service manager, Scott Hodgson, and the Chief Information Officer of the dealership group, Greg Grappone, could not have been more accommodating to me while my car was being repaired. Let me be clear: I do not believe that Grappone was ever "at fault" for what happened. This was an instance where they were only doing what was protocol, and Toyota Motor America dropped the ball. I have recommended Grappone to two co-workers since the March 15 incident happened, and will continue to do so. Grappone and Toyota Motor America turned what was a really bad situation into a really positive situation, and for that I couldn't be more thankful. I really appreciated Mikhail's sales style. It was great working with someone who was not a traditional "car salesman", and I felt he was very honest, up front, and easy to talk with. Upon getting my car inpsected and serviced last year, the mechanic parked it in the fire lane after he completed whatever he was doing....I was then pulled out into the hallway to be notified that a lady, not expecting a car parked in this spot, just backed into my car causing some lovely body damage. Toyota was very unhelpful, unapologetic, and seeming to not find themseleves in any way a part of the blame. Yes the lady hit my car, but what would have happened if he parked my vehicle in a parking spot? Overall it left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. No one wants to go to get an oil change and inspection and leave with body damage.

Over Presidents Day weekend 2012 my wife and I worked with Greg Scarfo when looking for a new Camry. Greg was absolutely terrific.Greg listened to all we had to say, then he directed us to exactly what we were looking for, no waisted time, no sales pitch, no gimmicks. Greg got the different vehicles we wanted to test drive ready for us while we stayed warm inside the saleroom. He explained the items/features in/on each vehicle and did not try to sway us in any direction - either by purchasing options or different models. No pressure was put on us to buy. When the car was delivered it was perfect, Greg then walked me through how to set up the Bluetooth and then did it for me. Everything Greg said he would do - he did. We appreciate his every effort. My wife and I have been dealing with Grappone Toyota for several decades all the experiences with Grappone were good, but this most recent Camry purchase with Greg was the best, not just from Grappone but from any dealership we have been to and purchased from. Thank you Greg for the excellent service - it was above and beyond.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly to both me and Brinkley (my dog). Grappone has a great atmosphere, in which the employees seem like family - and, at least in my case, I felt like family, too! I pretty much knew what car I wanted, I did my shopping, and I was ALMOST ready to buy; I still had one other vehicle I was planning to consider. After working with Greg, and a little bit with Mike, we were having a good time, (both great guys). After negotiations, I was convinced that they really do care about their customers and work to provide a positive customer experience. They were successful! I was given a fair price, and the GRAPPONE DIFFERENCE is something one cannot get anywhere else....that was definitely the clincher.I am now the proud owner of a Toyota Prius! Thanks Greg! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and now I regret it. It seems that depends on who you deal with; you get different responses, or promises. The sales manager was very aggressive, indifferent to my concerns about the vehicle, and he didn't even honor what the first sales manager told me a day before. I guess they don't work as a team. They don't care about safety concerns I brought to their attention and their response was you don't like the car, don't buy it. My response was I like the car , I am going to buy it since I drove 60 miles to get here, at least do the courtesy of addressing these basic issues( tires leaking , missing tire jack , detailing car...) . Once they heard I like the car, they wouldn't even listen to anything I say/ask. My friend asked me about them but didn't recommend at all. The customer service of Mike (Internet Sales Manager) was horrible. I never saw such a cold, insulting and demeaning behavior of a person in a customer service/ sales role in my life. This guy is awful. Do not deal with him.I wish they lived up to the old men "Grappone" reputation and honored his legacy by offering a decent not an outstanding customer service.Do not deal with them ... Don't get lured in by low prices. Spend an extra $1000 somewhere else and have the peace of mind.

Grappone gave me a good quote for a new car online. I called their sales department just to be sure they would honor it. I was assured they they would. I also wanted to make sure it wasn't too late for us to come and they said no problem. When we walked in, this sales manager greeted us. I told him why we were there and the quote we had been given. He didn't believe me (really?) so I gave him the paperwork. He spent the next 15 minutes angrily calling people to find out what had happened and trying to fix how it had happened (this after I had driven an hour at night in a storm with three little kids). He was so rude we would not have bought from him. The poor salesman they gave us was a nice guy, but we had such a bad experience with the sales manager that we didn't buy the car. Seriously, it was a matter of only a few hundred dollars, as I saw the newly altered quote when I got home. The next day a different manager did call me to see what he could do to make it right, but then he never called me back. I have been searching for another car as well, and though they have posted that they have it in stock on the Honda website, I can't find it on their website. I am not impressed!

We have dealt with the Grappone Dealerships for the last three vehicles we have owned or leased(2 Toyota and 1 Honda)and we have always had a great experience with both the sales and service staff. During the sale we never felt intimidated or pressured and the Grappone sales and finance associates were helpful in getting us where we needed to be in order to make the auto purchases happen. I liked being able to talk to Jennifer in Internet Sales. She was helpful in letting me know pricing and what specials were in effect at Grappone. I had a very good sales experience at Grappone Toyota. Dan Adams worked with my husband and I to find a Corolla that we were both happy with. We drove 2 cars, a lower end model and a slightly higher end model. I liked having more options on the car (like power locks, cruise control, power windows etc..)so we decided on a higher priced model. Dan showed us the price on both models and there was just a small difference which made the LE more enticing. I liked how efficiently Dan was able to get both vehicles to the front of the dealership so we could drive them on the same day. We could see that Grappone was remodeling the building and that it may have delayed how they could get out the vehicles we were interested in. But it didn't take long. We were also sold a maintenance agreement through Toyota which added more years and mileage to the plan so that more of our car is covered. I know having talked to other people, that they had to purchase other 3rd party maintenance agreements and they had to pay much more than we did. We have purchased 2 other vehicles with Grappone and have kept coming back because they offer good value. We've purchase cars in Vermont as well, but I think it's great to be able to get an inspection sticker on the car in NH and be able to have one less thing to worry about when getting the car ready to drive legally.

Great dealership. My customer service experience was good. I knew exactly what I wanted, and had pre-approved pricing in mind. The dealer worked out a nice offer for my trade-in and got us approved via Toyota Finance. I was impressed - in addition, the dealer delivered the car to us so my wife could sign without having to make the trip to Concord. My only issue is that the sales floor is "open" so you can hear every other customer/deal being worked while you wait for your paperwork/pricing. Aside from that, highly recommended. I will come back.

I have purchased new vehicles before but this was by far the best experience I have had. I dealt with both Mike Roy and Greg Scarfo, and both were very professional and honest. The internet sales person was very patient and helpful. We ironed out a deal even before arriving to the dealer. When we did arrive at the dealership our new Corolla was sitting there waiting for us with the salesperson, Gerry standing next to the car. We were in and out of there in just over an hour. Dan Adams was so helpful in the process of purchasing my car, but at the same time not pushy which I absolutely loved. I started out communicating with him through email and eventually met him in person and test drove some cars. In the end, the price was better than other dealers and the customer service and friendliness just made it that much better. I am in a customer service industry and am very particular about what I expect, and he/they met all of my expectations. After visiting other dealerships on the web and in person, both in Ma and NH, some bad, some good, we found the vehicle that we wanted at your dealership. My husbandcalled and talked to Mike Roy about the details of the vehicle. After talking to meabout it when I got home from work, we decided to purchase the vericle from yourdealership. When my husband called back, he was told Mike had left for the night butthey would handle all the details and that Mike would still get the sale. A depositwas put down. This was Friday Sept.16th and we picked it up on the morning of Sept.17th. Mike was waiting for us at the door. He was very friendly and courteous. The internet sales was very convienient. They were able to let me know if they had the vehicle i was interested in and if they could compete with prices i had already received. John was very personable and made me feel very confortable in the store with out the usual pressure that most salesmen bring. I found this dealer offering the lowest price on the truecar.com. They gladly agreed to honor the price I got from the website, and gave me a straight forward number of OTD price, which is also low. This dealership is a very professional organization. What you experience first is the friendly greeting you receive from each and every employee you encounter. If you have a question or need help, they don't just send you to someone else, they try to get the answer for you, even if it's not their department.The facility is clean and gleaming, and there seems to be good rapport and support among the employees, which provides a feeling of confidence in the customer because you know you'll be treated well. It's almost like they are friends you haven't seen for a long time. Ashley Morse was our first contact thru internet sales, and she was just wonderful with providing information and trying to help in any way. Our salesman, Dave Randall, was known to us because we were repeat customers, and it was pleasant talking with him, hearing his passion about cars, and his interest in our needs and questions. Josh Glazier (F&I)was awesome! He was the key to our purchase, and we felt comfortable discussing personal financing matters with him because of his expertise and service approach to making a sale; he has a personal approach that inspires confidence in making an auto investment, and was working FOR us, and not an anonmymous corporation. His friendly and personable manner led to sealing the deal, and we'd return to do business with him again anytime.

Two reasons this dealer was outstanding. First, the dealership had someone available at 8am to answer basic questions like availability of specific inventory. I found that other dealerships did not have sales people until 9am or later. The other reason was that the dealership sent out our new title via UPS overnight. We were so excited to get the new vehicle that we forgot to double check for it when we picked up the new truck. It arrived at our house before we even knew that it was missing.

I went down to test drive a few vehicles and came away with a good deal on a used car, partially due to the end of the month quota they were trying to reach. Overall, the process was efficient and everything was well explained to me. I'm very happy with my pre-owned car and the quality and friendliness of everyone who worked with me at the dealership.

Very easy to deal with, clearly communicated what we needed to have checked out, even though my Sienna had some goofy electronic issues.They accidentally charged me for labor that was under warranty, and when I pointed it out, gave me an immediate credit. I will take my honda here too, as I like the professionalism, courtesy and speed with which they worked.

We had a great experience at Grappon Toyota in Concord NH. The manager and salesman were very helpful and never gave us any pressure to purchase or lease another Toyota Camray. We have had Camrays for over 11 years through another dealership but when we visited Grappone Toyota they won our business from the start. Jeff Othot was a great salesman and I hope to recommend him to my friends.

Walked in the door and was asked "who can I help you find". Thought that was pretty cool. Didn't get a rush of sales people in my face. The buying experience was consultative; Carole asked us questions about the family, our commute and travel habits, family growth and general preferences. The work was finding the right vehicle with the right options to work within our budget; work she put in to earn the business. There wasn't a silly back and forth, let me get my manager or whats it going to take. They came out of the gate with their best price (that was very competitive). We got a fair price and I assume they got to make a fair profit; that is good business in my mind. Same experience at the end with additional warranty and protection options. It was posed as these are the things that are available to you, here is what they cost, here's the benefits and would you like any of them; no pressure, no games. Loved it.

I was referred to Grappone by Jena Buckman, after telling her about a bad situation I was in with my leased vehicle. She automatically made me feel very hopeful about getting a new car and assured me that they would do everything they could to help me out. I went to Grappone the next day and met with Tom, the sales manager. He was extremely nice and helpful and put me at ease about the situation I was in. Everyone at the dealership was also very kind and the whole atmosphere was awesome...didn't have the typical uncomfortable or high pressure feel that a lot of dealerships do. Tom and the rest of the staff went right to work and started the process of finding me a vehicle that would be fun, reliable and would also work financially. It took a few days and a lot of hard work due to the perdicament I was in but they managed to find me a great car with low mileage and get me financed! This was after I had gone to a few other dealerships with no luck. I enjoy going to Grappone because of the great staff and the fun atmosphere. I have stopped by even after the deal was done just to say hello. Nobody near me could touch Grappone's quote. 90 minutes from the time I entered Grappone's showroom, I was driving my new Corolla home. This included a test drive and the appraisal of my trade. Jenny handled the initial phone and e-mail contacts, and Mike assisted me in person. The entire process was painless and straight forward. He demonstrated and explained the many features of the Prius.He did not "push" the sale, but gave a good explanation of the Grappone advantage. I was in the market for a new small SUV, but didn't want to spend too much money for one. I saw on the Toyota national website that they had a good lease special on the Rav4, so I went to Grappone to look at vehicles. I walked in and asked to speak to a salesman, and John was assigned to me. He was very friendly and likeable. He knew what he was talking about in terms of the vehicles on the lot, and was never pushy. I got the feeling that he was looking out for my best interest, not his or the dealership's. When it came time to negotiate a price (on my trade-in, not the lease since it was a special), he was not pushy. He went to his sales manager, who gave him one price. I said I would have to go talk to my wife and sleep on it. The sales manager then gave me a better price on my trade. I told him I still had to talk it over with my wife, and he said that was not a problem and I could come back in a few days later and his offer would still stand. I went back in a few days later and John showed my wife the vehicle, and we closed the sale. He was friendly and professional the entire time.

We were at the dealer for our 20,000 mile service on our 2008 avalon. The service was prepaid when we bought the car, We were very pleased with the gentleman who took our car in and did the paper work. We had a poblem with the winshield wipers and a service person sat with us for about 10 minutes and explained what our options were untile we made a decision. Overall our experiences with service and a small body work job have been very satisfactory.

I went to Grappone Toyota after many weeks of doing research, and recieving competing bids on the Toyota Tundra that I wanted, and all I can say is WOW. I worked with Sam DePerri on getting the deal I wanted, and both he and the managers there worked very hard to get me an awesome price for my new truck (they beat a competing bid) as well as for my trade in. The whole time I was in contact with them, I felt like they were working for me. Their was no HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics unlike other dealers, nor was their any feeling like they were out to scam me. In the end they actually made the whole car buying process a very easy, laid back experience. When it comes time to get my wife a new car I will do my research and go back to Grappone first, and if they work for me as hard as they did this past time I know I will be buying from them.

Appointments are easy to make on line. They seem to never over-book their service department so it is easy and quick to drop off the car. Most importantly normal servicings are done when they say they will be so there is no unnecessary waiting around. The staff is always very professional and seek to be helpful.

Overall, our purchase experience was good. The dealership had the truck we were interested in and in a nice color.Our trade in was also a Toyota truck and that was examined while we test drove the new one.The bottom line price was what we hoped for but it should have been reached sooner with less back and forth. In the end we were happy with the trade in value and discount off the new vehicle. Plus the 1.9 financing worked to our advantage as well.The salesman and finance person ended up staing past closing time to complete our purchase.We ended up also purchasing the extended warranty because we want to keep the truck for many years just like our last one. We also negotiated the price of the extended warranty and ended up with a discount.When we picked up the truck, it was clean and had a full tank of gas.We plan on servicing the truck here and were also given two years free maintenance coverage including one free set of tires.We are planning on another car purchase from Grappone in the future.

I found Armand to be very knowledgable, helpfull, friendly and willing to go that "extra mile" in his salesmanship. He was not pushy or arrogant like some car salespeople can be. He did everything possible to reach an agreement with me. I did not know much about the pricing of the Tacoma equiped as I wanted and he helped me do a comparison with the other Makes I has looked at and driven. He worked with me all the way to get into the price range I could afford. I have not had any work done there yet is why I listed N/A in question 2. I was also impressed with the service agreement incentives.

In my experience with this dealership, they don't just talk the talk about "the Grappone difference," but they also walk the walk. Carole Smith was outstanding, a real gem who was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and professional, and when I told her what vehicle and features I wanted, she worked to locate an exact match. This is unlike my experience with a competing dealership, which pretty much dropped me--no further contacts--when I said I didn't like the color of the model they had in stock. Oh, I get it--buy this one or nothing at all. Yikes! Get me to Grappone! Negotiations there were low-key, reasonable, and actually easy, and I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I expected to pay. I also got several puffs from Toyota that sweetened the deal significantly (a couple thousand dollars worth), and the service benefits and extended warranty features that Grappone throws in are also a big plus. This is the second car our family has bought from this dealership; routine service on the first one has been seamless and I expect the same on my new ride, too. I recommend these folks highly--they made buying fun.

I had no service appointment when I arrived at Grappone Toyota needing scheduled maintenance for my 2010 Prius. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule, and peformed the work while I waited. They advised me when they took my keys that if the car needed alignment work to correct abnormal tire wear that it could take as long as two hours to complete. 45 minutes into the service, the service department personnel came and found me in the customer lounge. The car did need alignment work, which would be performed under warranty. In another 45 minutes, the work was complete and the car was returned to me. While I was waiting, the person at the parts counter took the time to look up some Prius accessory part numbers for me. One of the salesmen showed me some of the features of a new Venza on the showroom floor. There was plenty of coffee available for customers, and I was able to use one of their internet-connected computers to read the morning news while I waited. The cost for the scheduled service was reasonable for a car dealer, and I know that they used the correct Toyota parts and the proper motor oil for my new engine. The alignment work made a significant difference in the steering response. My 2010 Prius is the fourth Toyota that I have owned. I am accustomed to exceptional service from Toyota dealers. Grappone Toyota is a fine example of the high quality owner experience that I have come to expect from Toyota. I will return to them for my next service, and recommend them to other owners.

If I was looking to purchase a new vehicle I would go to them for pricing, all because of their service department.

We've driven Toyotas for close to twenty years now and in all of that time not once have either of us found ourselves on the side of the road, the car disabled. In a nut shell, Toyotas are good looking, comfortable and always dependable. When time comes to replace our Tacoma, we know where to go.

I came in on a reconnaissance mission to look at the Prius 5 with the tech package. There are not many around to look at. I was fairly certain I could not afford to trade as I was extremely upside down with my current vehicle. In my case the financial package and how it was handled was a key element, without which I could not make a deal. John took time with me despite the clear issues with my current loan.I have researched this car since it came out this is my first opportunity to see. Over a period of couple of hours John and later the manager walked me through a process whereby I would be out of debt in a shorter period of time with the new purchase that I would be if I continue paying off the current loan.The dealership and tempted to get me into a three-year lease but I was too upside down for that they worked out an arrangement with an affordable five year loan allowing me to make the deal. It was John's style of working with me combined with the managers and financial s staffs ability to put a package together despite a difficult financial situation that sealed the deal. I'm very pleased with the results.

My 60,000 mile maintenance appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient service consultant a few minutes before that time. I was told that it would take approximately four hours. It was finished in three. I was also given a ride across town by a friendly driver that is part of Grappone's service. The van ran great after the service was completed.

We had been to one other dealer who did not seem interested in finding us the vehicle we wanted - even though we indicated we were purchasing and had bought two other vehicles there. I called Grappone and they thought they had the vehicle we wanted on the lot. When we arrived the vehicle had been sold, however the exact vehicle was found for us in a matter of 10-15 minutes. We signed in time to get the 0% financing and we picked up our new RAV the next day. There were a lot of people buying vehicles the day we were there. It was clear that Grappone was working hard to sell and to accomodate buyers.

Our experiences with Grappone Toyota have been positive. The attention and service were outstanding compared to two other dealerships we had visited the week previous to our visit to Grappone. We were promptly greeted and taken care of right away, and they even had some burgers on the grill for lunch we were looking at the cars. Our insurance company had negotiated the price of the car ahead of time, and Grappone had the best deal within a one hour radius of where we live in Massachusetts. One negative aspect of the experience was that the new car received a small scratch while they installing he remote starter and it took a few extra days for them to fix/paint it. That being said, they were upfront about the problem and took care of it right away and I now cannot tell were the scratch may have been. The also provided a credit for service (e.g. oil change) for the inconvenience. Overall I am very happy with my interactions with this dealership and would definitely recommend them and/or return there in the future.

I bought my last car at Grappone and have been working with their service department for 5 years. I always have great customer service. I am able to schedule my appointments online. I always get coupons in the mail or through email. Every 6th oil change is free. The building is clean, they have free coffee and popcorn. The staff are all friendly. I LOVE having a shuttle service to and from work. Overall a great dealership experience.

Tanya told me to come right down, and she ensured that the tire was checked immediately, and provided me with a new key at no cost. Awesome service and service rep! My experience with Grappone Toyota/Scion began with the purchase of a new 2006 Scion XB. The salesperson, Andrea, was extremely informative, helpful and enthusiastic.I look for her whenver I go for service just to say hi!I am always treated courteously whenever I phone to make a service appointment whether it be for an oil change or regular maintenance checks. The service technicians always manage to accomodate my request for a particular day or time for maintenance.(Recently my husband had called another Toyota dealer where he had purchased a Toyota Sienna in 1998 and tried to schedule maintenance for his car and was told the next available appointment was in 13 days even though the engine light was on and the car was actually running rough.) They quote a price for the work to be done so I am never aurprised when I pay. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle so I don't have to worry about how I will get to and from work that day. The driver is friendly and actually engages folks in conversation while we ride - a nice personal touch.Grappone sends emails regarding appointment confimation on the day I phone to request maintnenace as well as alerts a day or two before the actual time and date for the scheduled work. After the appointment they follow-up with an email asking customers to rate their service. I truly enjoy dealing with this auto group. So does my husband who just bought a new Rav4 from Grappone because the Sienna, at 253,000 miles, is on it's last leg!

I was searching for a particular color Rav 4 which was not available at the dealership from which I had previously purchased my 2007 Rave 4. I had previously leased a Tacoma ('96) from Grappone through Armand Tremblay and remembered it as a good experience, so I called Armand to see what he could do. Armand showed me adifferent color which was acceptable, gave me a good trade in value for my 2007 Rav 4 and I was on my way.

In the past 5 years, I have purchased two vehicles from Grappone. The first was a used 2005 Corolla with 12,000 miles which I bought in Feb. of 2006. It was my first Corolla, and I was very happy with how it handled as well as the appearance. I thought I would be driving that car forever. I decided to buy a new Corolla this week due to the special 0% financing, and because, even though my old Corolla was driving well at 80,000 miles, there was some body work needed and I wanted to have a new, clean car. Basically, win/win. I have had my 2010 Corolla LE for exactly 24 hours, and so far, so good. I am very happy with it, and would definitely send friends to Grappone. They know what they are doing, so why not go to the pros?

I leased a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I stopped in on Friday and briefly discussed what I wanted with Dan Adams and Ricky Ryan. Saturday morning I stopped at the dealership, the car was ready, and so was the paperwork. The whole process took very little time and all employees of Grappone Toyota were very helpful. I am 57 years old and have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. Without a doubt, this was the quickest and easiest.

I choose to have our car serviced where it was purchased to insure that the technicians are the most up to date with service requirements. The people are always very polite and friendly and eager to please. Prices are comparable to other dealer service centers and coupons are often available to save a few dollars. I was surprised when I purchased windshield wipers as part of regular service visit and was charged for the time it took to install them. On the last service visit the technician didn't latch the hood properly so I had to pull off the highway to latch it which was unsafe and inconvenient. A minor complaint but an avoidable situation.Service hours are convenient and booking an appointment on line is a plus. Will continue with Grappone to care for my car.

It was early on a Friday morning when I brought y 2008 Toyota Sienna in for a 60000 mile service. I was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. A man checked me in (Im terrible with names) and asked if there was any other issue that they could help with. I said yes that my Bluetooth connection had stopped working and wanted to know if they could figure out why so I could drive with the hands free option again. He wrote down my concerns told me that would add about an hour to my time and charges. He gave me a time of completion and said they would call when it was done. Right on time, actually a few minutes early, he called to let me know my van was ready for pickup. He also described to me the process they used to test the Bluetooth and verified that it was working properly. I still dont know why it had stopped working for me but when they were done it worked again and has ever since.Check out was easy as the clerk had the paperwork ready. The cost was even less than they had estimated (Bluetooth took less time to investigate). The car was clean (as when it went in) with no paper mats or paper numbers hanging from the mirror (that always annoyed me at other places) which meant I didnt have to clean out when I got home. So I drove away in my well serviced van with Bluetooth working just after noon. Thank you Grappone. You make servicing my van easy, quick and affordable.

I was extremely impressed with the manner in which Grappone Toyota did business, especially since I recently visited several dealerships. My goal was to trade in a vehicle that was only 2 years old, and I wasn't sure it was possible. I was treated with respect and everyone I dealt with listened to me and responded accordingly. Other dealerships were very much in your face and pushing all the way to try to get me to do something I did not want to do. Grappone took the time to understand my situation, and help to reach my goal. In fact, they truly went above and beyond, in my opinion. I am extremely happy with my new car, the entire experience in my purchase of it, and most definitely will recommend this dealership. When one works with a dealership to purchase a vehicle, they tell people about that experience - good or bad. Grappone gets an A+!

My Grappone experience was terrific, particularly since it took very little time to identify the car I wanted and to come to very good terms on the deal. In total, it took about two hours to come to an agreement. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the Toyota line and very committed to my satisfaction. It helped that Grappone has a very good overall customer program to sweeten the deal, including service incentives, a free tire program, etc. I had already done my homework, including working on a deal with another Toyota dealer, so I knew I was getting a solid deal with Grappone.

I had a 2007 Prius, with which I was quite happy, but I wandered into the dealership just to see what they were offering. We've been doing business at Grappone for 30 years, so I looked for Mike Roy, an excellent, customer-oriented salesman with whom we've been dealing for the past 15 years, and started talking with him. My wife had recently worked with Mike to trade in her 2008 Camry for a new one. After a bit of negotiating, he gave me a lease price I wasn't particularly happy with and wanted to think about, so I left and did some research about used car values, new car prices, options, and lease arrangements, after which I had a pretty good idea what kind of "deal" I'd be happy with. I then called a competing dealership to get their best price. Then, armed with all that information, I went back to visit Mike.Very shortly, he took me to visit with Steve, the sales supervisor (who was very nice), and we began haggling. He was very straightforward about the extent of his flexibility, and he was very receptive to my research. I must say that I feel got an excellent trade in value and subsequent lease arrangement for my Prius III, and I couldn't be happier!!I absolutely love the car!

When we dealt with John he was completely straight forward and honest which is exactly what i wanted. I got the car i wanted at the price i wanted and didn't have to waste a whole day doing so. I have had many unprofessional experiences in the past and it was refreshing to have a positive experience.I recently went back to the dealership for my 5,000 mile check-up and to have a bed-liner installed. I again was impressed with the service, quality of work performed and the appreciation expressed by all the employees for my patronage.Grappone also has an efficient e mail system that allowed me to have contact with the appropriate departments that I dealt with. In the future I can make appointments for service via e mail; which is much more convenient than using the telephone. I support Grappone Toyota during these trying times. My Toyota Tundra has been a pleasure to drive and has performed flawlessly for the three months that I have owned it.

I purchased my car in October of 2006, Rav4. Dealing with the salesman, Mike Roy, was great - he listened to my questions and provided me with the answers as necessary. I was not pushed into buying the car - I was given information to assist me in making the decision. Each time I have come in for service I have been pleased with the quality of customer service. I feel any concerns I express are addressed appropriately and in a language I can understand. I have not had to return the car for problems that have not been addressed. Of course, I would like it not to cost as much, who doesn't, the quality of service is of major importance to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this Toyota dealership to any of my family and friends.

Prompt greeting upon walking in the door was followed by expedited processing from a friendly service advisor. The shuttle driver continues to be my favorite of the wonderfully helpful people. While price is comparable to other dealerships, the added touches (including the $5 discount for scheduling online) make the difference.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The Grappone staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike other dealerships, I was greeted and spoken to by employees I didn't even know. It was apparent that I was dealing with people who truly care about me and my business. They have also showed me that they are concerned for their customers even after the sale. Their inventory and pricing was among the best as well.

Very friendly employees, without being pushy. We were asked numerous times by employees if they could help us. They were busy and our sales employee was helping another customer when we returned to purchase our vehicle. I wonder if she should have turned us over to another employee as we did have a few wait times. Showroom was clean and offered coffee or tea. Vending machines available. It was the employees and waiting area for service that sold us on this dealership! Check them out!

We enjoyed and appreciated the no pressure sales approach from the Grappone sales team. They were concerned with our needs and put in extra effort to get the car of our preference at a great price. They then guided us through the paperwork process quickly and efficiently while providing detailed explanations throughout the process. It was a great overall experience and I will recommend Grappone to my friends and neighbors.

I thought that the sales staff at Grappone Toyota was very nice and not pushy at all. Jon Laramie took the time to go through the entire car with me, even before I told him I was interested in buying it. He explained all the features of that car to me as well.

I always get my service done at Grappone Toyota, and they always go above and beyond the call, even to the point of occasionally picking up my car and leaving a loaner! Who else does that? I've bought 2 cars there so far, and I'm sure my next will be a Grappone Toyota.

Wonderful experiance with the dealer. the salesmen and women are not like the "typical sales person". they don't attack you to the point where you want to leave. best car buying experiance i have ever had. they are extremely friendly and will do all they can do to make you happy and your experiance wonderful.

Appointments are easy to make and change online. Once you walk in the door you are greated promptly, price and routine service explained, nice area to wait. I have not used the shuttle service, but heard it is a good option. The routine maintenance is alwasy done in less time than quoted; checkout is fast.

The day I had my car serviced was also the day of the VIP luncheon for the employees of Grappone. I had asked if I could be squeezed in that day since my daughter is the Easter Seals Child Rep and we had been asked to appear at the luncheon that day. It just made it easier for me that I would not have to go to Concord twice in the same week. I never felt that I may have been asking a lot just as if it was "another request". Needless to say I was accomodated with my request and not only was car done when the luncheon was over I also got a ride back to the service center from Larry Haynes, President and CEO. Larry was so nice and so approachable. My family had a great time meeting staff and those have either helped with the sale/purchase of my Yaris and those that have been servicing my car since. My daughter ate a lot and actually fell asleep before the end. I love my Toyota and the dealer that I purchased it from. We chose the Grappone Auto group due to the fact that Easter Seals is a charity of choice for the Grappone Group.I would deffinitely consider another care from Grappone in the future.

Everyone was very helpful. I purchased a new RAV 4 last Nov 2009. I needed help setting up my hands-free phone. It works great now. This dealer is also dog-friendly. My little dachsund is just as welcome as I am. Without this kind of assistance both personal and profesional, I would not be able to do my Toyota business at this dealership.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We dealt with Armand the first day and Crystal the second day, as it was Armand's day off. I was hesitant to buy a car and everyone was patient and answered all of my questions (over and over again!) They made the finance process easy but explained it in a way that even I could understand. Probably the lowest-pressure car purchase I have ever made!

Bob was a great person to work with. He was very informative about all of the features that each of the models that I looked at and what the differences were between them all. He was very attentive to my needs and provided me with first rate customer service. I wish I could have gotten the car for a little less, but who doesn't want that. 0% financing is hard to pass up though.

Although their maintenence service seems a bit pricey (75 for oil change and tires rotated!) I felt like I got a good deal on my inspection (32 with online appointment) and they did it super-fast!I also purchased my car from them slightly used and feel like they did a great job and I got a good deal.

We found the service advisor to be very pleasant and accommodating to our rather crazy schedules. We needed to have both of our Toyotas serviced, and wanted to leave a vehicle in their hands for a few days, while we were to be out of town. Additionally, we needed to have our daughter pick up the car for her use halfway through the week away. All this did not faze him at all, everything was "sure, no problem". The work on my car, a brake recall programming on the much written about Prius brake issue (I was NOT noticing any braking problems at all, just getting the work done since it was a recall), was of course, no charge, hence the price is N/A above.We have been Grappone customers for years; this is my third Prius from them, and my wife has a Camry Hybrid. They make it "easy to be green"!

I have been a customer of this dealship since December of 2005 when I bought a Matrix from Mike Roy. He is the best car sales person that I have ever dealt with and have recommended him to a couple of my friends. He is very friendly, down to earth and not the least bit pushy---a hit for me. Everyone at this dealership that I have encountered is extremely friendly and polite. Any service matters have been dealt with immediately and done correctly without any hassles. The price of my most recent sale could not have been better with the zero percent financing and the specials.

First, I love that Grappone has online registration for service. The quality and service starts here. They are diligent about servicing their customers and send out reminders of service appointments. The entire service department has a very cordial atmosphere and everyone seems to great you with a smile. Most of the time when you have purchased a new car the "friendly dealer attitude" begins to decline. Service at some dealers is a second thought, but this is not the case with Grappone Toyota. I have yet to have a complaint about the service, even though it was the Sales group that brought me to this dealer to start!

From start to finish the personnel at this facility were very courteous and efficient!The waiting time was very reasonable, the facility was very clean and attractive. I would certainly recommend this service center to others. The accounting department was also very efficient and courteous.

From the moment I walked into the Service Area the representative greeted me and attended to my service needs. My appointment time was honored and I was out in under an hour. I enjoyed being able to do my email, etc. on the computers they provide in their customer waiting area. Overall, a great expereince.

My experence was wonderful, they were no non sense gave me the best price that I could possably find, ANYWHERE, and belive me I have searched, they stayed 2 hours past there closing time to make sure that I had absoloutly everything that I could have possably wanted before they let me drive off the lot in my new car, I bought my car 4 days ago and have already recomended my sales man to more than 4 of my friends who are currently looking for a new vehicle.

His fallow up after the sale is second to none, this also hold true for the service department. I have recommend my parents my son and daughter to this dealership and they bought cars from them.

The sales process was painless and I now have a great car. Dave has been at this dealership for many years so he is very knowledgable on the products. I was able to receive the new car on the spot which was very nice. I do however have to go back for a free inspection sticker as a person who does inspections was not available during the time the car was being prepped for delivery, this is only a minor inconvenience.

Check in and out was efficient, service advisors were pleasant. Work was completed sooner than expected; the work order was completed thoroughly. I find the multi-point inspection report helpful and appreciate that the advisors always answer my questions clearly. I also like (and use) the ability to schedule appointments on line.

This was the 7th Toyota weve purchased and the 4th from this dealer. This was the 3rd car purchased from this salesperson. So Id recommend the sales person, dealer, and service department based on the more than decade experience with all 3. We actually have 2 closer Toyota dealerships to our home now, but drive the distance to this one because weve found David and the service staff friendly, honest, and make it right. We bought a new Toyota in light of all the negative press, because weve had Toyotas for 20 years, and theyve always been very reliable (we trade them in with 150-190K miles on them, they just last, they hold their value, and we service them at the dealer to ensure the quality stays there).

I have never had anything but an average experience at a car dealer whether for service or when buying a new car. Until I found (quite by accident) Grappone Toyota. My most recent visit was to fix a recall-related issue with my new Toyota. They were friendly, kept to the timeframe promised, gave me free popcorn, a comfortable room to sit in, and even installed vanity plates that I had brought along - at no charge! It sounds strange to hear but my new car buying experience here a few months ago was actually pretty fun! I will ALWAYS come back to Grappone and I recommend them without reservation to all of my friends and family members - whether they ask for a recommendation or not!
