I purchased my truck living 1,100 miles from the dealership. The salesman, Brandon, was very professional giving me a true description of the truck. Needless to say, I was more than pleased when I saw the truck for the first time. All information given to me by phone was accurate, and the sales process was very smooth. Our experience was simply the best experience we've had at a dealership. Terry Berry met me in the parking lot & asked if he could help me. I told Terry that I was on my way to work & that I would be back. He replied that he would be here "all day" and he was. No hassle, straight to the point, easy listening. We had explained what we were looking for & Terry had the vehicle sitting at the front door when we arrived. An hour later, we were in our new vehicle. Brandon Shoemaker, finance, got us an interest rate that we had never seen before, it was really that low, sweet! Terry presented us with a offer/package, we had a trade in, that was so reasonable & we were impressed. We will return to Graven!

We stopped by Graven as a secondary option looking for a used vehicle. Wish we would have saved time and stopped by there first. Doug/Sales met us outside, even though it was cold and wet. Without ever feeling any pressure, he questioned us on our needs and we were already test driving our selection within five minutes. The finance part was just as easy. Doug informed us we were approved within minutes, but asked for a few minutes more to find the best possible financial deal for us. When we were ready to sit down and sign the paperwork, we met Brandon/Finance. Again, very polite and fast. Talking to Brandon was as easy as socializing with an old family friend. We have never heard of Graven till today, but it is definitely a dealership that deserves repeat business. They will see us again when it's time for our next new vehicle!

After getting the run around from another dealership in my home state I stumbled upon Graven's dealership via cars.com. I called them with less than an hour before closing time and they still squeezed every second out to deal with me and provide me with the information I needed. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own and not only were they honest and fair but the overall process was as painless as could be. Within 36 hours of making first contact I was the owner of the car of my dreams. Even after the purchase they still called to check on me and make sure I was happy with my Purchase. Great dealership with great people, so good in fact I was compelled to write this review!

After shopping around at other dealerships for my first car, I wasn't sure what to expect coming to Graven. I'd had some bad experiences with pushy sales people and bad financing before. Brandon exceeded my expectations though. He was happy to correspond with me that morning about the car buying process and even had the Jeep in the garage warmed up and ready for me to test drive. The buying process was seamless, no pressure, no games, and a great deal without even having to haggle! It still seems like a blur, we were in and out. In no time at all he had an awesome finance rate for me and I was out the door enjoying my new Jeep. I will definitely be coming back in the future when it's time for a new car.

This is our second vehicle from Graven's that we have purchased. We went back to Gravens because believe or not it was actually a very pleasant experience unlike other places. No "pressure at all", salesman was very accommodating and got a us a very good deal. Finance manager was fantastic also and got us the best financing available and had to lenders bidding for our loan which ended up making our interest very low!! How Assume is that!! I would recommend Graven's to anyone that is holding back because of high pressure salesman. You will get a great deal, have a pleasant experience and leave as Friends!!

The associates at the Graven Chrysler Dealership are very professional and a pleasure to work with! They don't bombard you with the typical high-pressure sales tactics that other dealerships often utilize. They treated me more than fairly in my search for a nice used vehicle and I ended up buying from them. If for some reason I need another new vehicle in the near future I will be looking at Graven first!

I found what became my jeep on the CARS.COM website, Terry Berry was my salesmen, This is my second used jeep, I couldn't have asked for more. They are some of the nicest people I've meet, were very up front with the vehicles history and went to the greatest length to make sure all my questions were answered. I never would have imagined my dealer dealer experience going so well. I've told everyone that asked about my jeep were I got it and that if they ever are looking for a jeep, car, or truck, to drive the extra distance out of town to Graven.

My husband traded vehicles in our 30 years of marriage more times than twice as long as we have been married. UGH!!! I have to tell you Graven is by far the absolute BEST dealership in town. We have worked with both Terry Berry and Doug Wade; both gentlemen are outstanding. Chris in the parts department is fabulous!! I cannot say enough good about this dealership. Oh and let's not forget Rae... she is an excellent finance lady!! Love our 300s LOL!! I would not ever go to another dealership!! We have three cars and 2 of them are Dodge; when we need to replace the third--- it will be be Dodge also!! Thank you!!

First, let me say how much I HATE to buy a car and have to talk to car dealers!!! HOWEVER - this place is different. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Terry Berry didn't talk down to me (they usually do if you are female), he was helpful, gave me a GREAT deal and didn't waste time running back and forth to "check on what I can do". I love my car, the paperwork was easy, I will definitely use this dealership again and recommend it to anyone I know who needs a car. Thank you again!!!

Spoke with Doug Wade on the phone and through email both. Incredible experience to deal with this dealer. We drove from Oklahoma City, OK and never once felt that it would be a wasted trip. Truck was exactly as described, gave me a fair value for the trade I had brought and my entire family was treated extremely well. This was one of the best experiences with a dealer I have ever had and the truck was a great value. The next time I am shopping, I will absolutely check here to see if they have what I am looking for before I make up my mind to purchase.

While searching online, I found a great deal on a Nitro at Graven. It was the Thursday before 4th of July and even though I got there 30 minutes before they were suppose to close, I still got excellent customer service! They went out of their way to walk me through purchasing my vehicle and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

We were in the process of looking for our next rv and was leaning toward a 5th wheel. We knew we would need that extra pulling power and it was recommended by the rv dealership to go with diesel. This was something new for us. The Gravens salesman, Doug, was very helpful in the process of explaining what we might require to meet our need. So, we purchased our first Ram 2500. We are very pleased with the vehicles we have bought from them which are both used vehicles. When we left the dealership, we felt at ease. They go above and beyond their duty to make you feel welcome and at ease with your deal. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. We found them on the internet when we were looking for a pickup truck and called on the phone to inquire about it and had a very pleasant conversation and felt that we knew what we were going to see when we arrived. The service people are very friendly as well as the office personnel and salesmen. They make you feel right at home when you are there whether it is for service or to find a vehicle to purchase. We have had nothing but excellent service with them.

It's been nearly 5 years since I've financed a car and I was dreading it based on previous experiences. In the past it's been an all day process, I had to talk to multiple people to get a final price, trade-in value and financing options and there was always miles of paperwork to sign. Not so this time. I spent about 30 minutes after work talking with Doug Wade, taking a test drive and giving him general financial information for loan approval. He called first thing the next morning to let me know what an awesome rate Raeann was able to get me, so I went up on my lunch hour and was able to sign all paperwork during that time and walk out the door with the keys to my new car. I will definitely do business with them again.

The people at the Graven Dealership were very easy to work with when we bought our new jeep. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about their cars. It was our first time to visit this dealership, but they made us feel comfortable with their calm approach. I really liked when we were negotiating the price, the gentleman worked right with us and did not have to leave the room to consulate with anyone else about the price. The gentleman that showed us how to operate the jeep was knowledgeable and patient. I left with a great feeling and a beautiful new jeep. I will go back.
