malcom is one of the best and patience saleman i ever met he went above and beyond to help me and kept a upbeat personally even when i walk away from the deal that i knew was good but wanted to wait but after i check other dealership for a vehicle that wasn't half as nice as the tahoe at gravity plus was over price i call malcom back and we got the deal done and i thank him, rick and the finance mgr for their service and friendly personally they are a great group to do business with and if i need another car i will buy from them. My husband went in looking to buy me a used car didn't think we was going to get one but Antoine Sewell was awesome he listen to us and he cared about our needs I just want to say if you are looking for any kind of vehicle New or Used Get on over to Gravity in Duluth and get the car you are looking for they have to top end of the line car. I have had a problem with these guys not fixing a problem that was their fault. It got to the point a lawsuit was placed. If there is a warranty bought on a car. The warranty should cover the charges. Point blank.

I found the car I wanted on the dealerships website but didnt think I could get the financing I wanted and doubted they would honor the advertised price. My car is not some beaterit is a premium ride! I contacted the dealer, spoke to Igor, did the paperwork and when I got the call to come get my car, I was ready for that infamous car salesman shuffle when I arrived. That did NOT happen! I test drove the car, LOVED IT, sat down with Mike, read, agreed to and signed the paperwork; I was gone within 45-60 minutes of arriving. I could have been gone sooner, but when I got to the lot, I saw other cars I thought I was interested in. Igor answered my questions about the other cars and he was actively listening to what I was saying. Based on what I told him I wanted, what my needs were and most importantly, my budget, he was the voice of reason that I needed to hear. He convinced me that what I found originally was what I needed and should be purchasing. He took me to his desk where we compared on the internet the same car at other dealers and on that day; at that time, NOTHING on the market in Atlanta was anywhere closethis was the best advertised deal. Not only was the price of the car lower than on similar models in Atlanta, the financing was much better, easier, cheaper than I thought I would get. I did very little to no research on this dealership before going by, something I never do. Mainly because, the process was so fluid and fast, I just didnt have time to. However having been burned before at other places, when I drove off in my new to me car, I had that feeling in the back of my mind that I probably just made a major blunder. I was totally wrongTOTALLY!!! I have had ZERO problems with my car, Im very comfortable with the price and warranty (which Mike discounted, he showed me his price). I recommended a close friend to the dealership who purchased a vehicle from them who was certain she was going to a major dealer to make a purchase until we talked. Based on my recommendation to Igor and Mike, she took a chance is as pleased and happy as I am. I will be back in about 12 months.

After getting rear ended in my daily driver over a month ago I have been searching for a replacement. I didn't need a new car, but a low mileage, good handling sporty car, that looks good and for a good price of course was my goal. I happened upon Gravity Auto in Duluth by accident because I had made an appointment with another dealer next door to test drive a BMW 325I, unfortunately no called me to report the car had been sold the night before. I had some other leads at some other dealers so I left, as I was driving out I noticed some cars at Gravity on Satilite blvd in Duluth and took a chance they might have something I was looking for. I walked around the lot, no one hasseling me and then there it was love a first sight.... a 2007 Mazda RX8, 73, 000 miles on the odometer, in near perfect condition. The sales manager, Simo, was the first person who approached me. He gave me a warm welcome and let me take the car to my son, a certified mechanic, to check it out. It drove like a dream, and checked out perfectly. I worked out a terrific deal through this website, the original tag on the car was $1,000 more then this site listed it. Gravity honored the price and kicked in 4 brand new performance tires, and new brake pads. I can't say enough good things for the staff at Gravity, they really do want to please their customers, I believe they enjoy making people happy.

Gravity Auto in Duluth was excellent the moment we drove on the lot we were greeted. The entire staff was priceless. We had the time to look at each vehicle we wanted and drove any vehicle we desired. We had no pressure. We did purchased a vehicle from Gravity this type of customer service you don't get to often. We visited. Gravity after our purchased to our surprise the staff greeted us again. I will refer any family members or friend looking to buy a vehicle. This is my second vehicle purchase at this dealership. The staff here are great and got me into the car I fell in love with after my first test drive. They cleaned it up very well and overall they took really good care me! The GM-Mike really worked hard to give me a great deal and Igor always makes sure all the finishing touches are done. Do not buy from this dealership. They do not conduct business in a fair manner. Prior to my arrival, I conducted research on the price of a car. Upon my arrival, the car was sticker priced was well over $1,500 of the Internet price. When asking the salesman for their lowest price, I was quoted prices that were not close to the Internet price at all. Very interesting, the games that are played to sell a car.

BEWARE! I would never buy a car from this place. First they were some issues with the car we wanted to buy. They guaranteed they would fix everything which they never did knowing I was an out of town buyer and needed to get back home. On top of that they ruined the car with very bad repaint. Its been over a month and now i have no tags and my temporary is expired. They will say anything to make the sale. These people have no souls. Just care about their bottom line. They are selling below standard cars to hard working people wanting to drive a nice car. Stay away.

Spent half a day taking an X5 for a test drive and to mechanic for inspection today, only to come back to the dealership and find out Igor screwed up on the price he quoted me (in writing via email) - After negotiating a price, he was now asking for alomsot $2K more. Would definately not buy from a business that operates this way.. Very, very disappointed in them wasting our time today.

I had been searching for a used SUV for almost a year! I had visited a different dealership that same week I found Peach Motors. The other dealer couldn't finance me without a huge down payment but Peach Motors worked with me and got me into my dream car within hours! Igor M. at Peach Motors in Duluth made buying a car a wonderful experience for me. I was in the market for a used BMW and came from quite a distance to see their immense inventory. Unfortunately, another dealer came by and bought the car I was coming to see out from under me before I arrived. Igor not only found me a nicer car than the previous one, but he also matched to price due to the inconvenience of missing out on the first car. Igor and the other sales staff bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. The finance manager also threw in a warranty just to sweeten the deal. They stayed open nearly two hours late just to wait for me to get there from out of town. Not only that, but Igor and another associate (also named Igor) drove nearly 30 minutes away with the car to Lilburn for me so my grandfather wouldn't have to get out on the roads late at night to sign paperwork. I never expected this much buying from a used dealership, but the guys at Peach Motors have truly raised the bar. Its evident that satisfying their customers is of the utmost importance to them. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again, and I'm sure I will when the time comes. Ask for Igor M if you decide to check out Peach Motors in Duluth.

I needed a vehicle quickly. I stopped in at Peach Motors and met a salesman named Egor. I told him what my parameters were and he said I will take care of you. Less than 24hrs my family had car to take home!!! Egor kept his word and by working with his brother the finance manager my stress level went from 9 to 0. They are the first dealership that i would recommend to anyone and i'm planning to return to purchase another vehicle.

I've been to quite a few car dealerships and I can easliy say that Peach Motors has the best service by far! Egore and Mike did an awesome job with getting me into the right car that fit my wants and needs, and they did an excellent job with the financing. Adrian was our Salesman and he was more than 100% patient with us as we were undecisive about what we wanted to buy b/c everything on their lot is very nice and luxurious. He was so patient, not pushy at all and we felt at peace and comfortable the whole time looking/buying a car there. Mike and his brother, were also super awesome to deal with!! Very true to their words, made my car look awesome, took care of us the whole time we were there!! I won't go to another dealership ever. I will always refer family and friends to Adrian and Mike and his brother. Great Team!! NOt to mention my ride is super hot!!! I bought an 05 infinit g35 there and it's my best friend!!! If you are looking to purchase a very nice premium vehicle. Go to Peach motors. Mike Suyunov, the finance manager in Duluth GA is a great greaty guy. He worked on the best financing he could for hours for me. He is a man of his word. He made sure everything I wanted was taken care of. My sales person Daniel was very nice also and gave great service. The facility is very nice. Very nice cars. Great staff. And a sense of a dealership that really cares for their customers.
