Second time buying a car from Gravity Auto (different location this time around!). Great people that makes you feel at home. No pushy salesman. Ben Franklin was our sales rep this time and he was not pushy at all. I was undecided for reason outside of this control and he did not pressure us whatsoever. Our son was having fun, playing video game with another sales rep son...he had so much fun he did not want to leave! 🤣😍 I love love LOVE our new 4Runner. This is the place we will come back to in a few years to get another upgrade and we will keep recommending this business. Honest business. Family friendly. Chill. No pressure. Good quality cars. What else do you need?

The service was great. Ben Franklin was my sales manager and he gave exceptional customer service. He followed up on every call. They do have a nice selection of cars. I gave 2 stars because I never experienced a dealership taking over 30 days to pay off my trade in. You are warned to still pay your car note because they know it will not happen within 7-14 business days Although you will be refunded after car is paid off, who wants to pay two car notes. Bought car 7/14/2021 and as of today no payment. Update My car was paid off 8/25. I changed my rating because I did not want this review to reflect on my sales manager. He was awesome and yes I would by another car from Gravity. I will not do a trade. Everybody was pleasant and friendly. I recommend Gravity Auto in Sandy Springs. 👍

I recently purchase a vehicle at Gravity Auto. I had the best experience. I had the pleasure of working with Alex Barghouthi. He was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me. I was there shopping by myself and I never felt pressured. The process was quick and easy. I had to bring it back for an oil change a month later and Alex and the service manager went above and beyond to give me the best customer service! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I'm Super Excited! I'm truly Grateful!! The Customer Service is Incredible!! I truly thought I was going to walk away with nothing. I'm a single mother of 3 children and I'm on a complete tight budget! Gravity Autos Sandy Springs did not give up on me and worked with me until I was comfortable! That took away a lot of my anxiety! I'm truly Thankful and Grateful!! If I ever wanted another car or truck, I will definitely come back! I also recommended You to come here as well!!!

Traded in my vehicle July 1, took them over a month and a half to pay off my previous loan. It has been 2 months and they still have not completed my plate transfer. I had to get emissions done on the new vehicle because they did not and my request for a refund was ignored. I am now having to do the plate transfer myself because they never submitted the paperwork. Poor experience all around and I will never make this mistake again.
